Very genuine and insanely fast. They helped me when my alternator went while driving cross country. Did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable while they worked on the car and luckily had the part in stock and was only sitting for a hour! Every other place is town told me it would take a few days to even get the part. 10/10. Would totally bring my car back!

Great place!! These guys were completely 100% honest with me about what was wrong with my car, they didn t upcharge me, and they re just really nice and understanding people. Definitely will be coming back for any future issues with my car and recommending to my friends/family!

Big Bill has performed exceptional automotive repair for my family for over 15 years. He has always been very good at diagnosing the problem, reliable, efficient and very reasonable prices.I truly believe Big Bills Automotive to be the one of the best mechanics shop in the midwest. Bill is awesome! My battery had died over the frigid weather last week and I had tried to fix it on my own and found a slew of problems added on top of it. Not only did Bill have my car fixed within the day, he also helped me over the phone to try and fix it before having to call a tow truck. The price was unbeatable and the service is unmatched. As a college kid struggling with money, I can say he takes care of clients and doesn t take advantage of young, unknowledgeable kids (coming from someone who has paid a extra money for nonexistent issues). I fully intend on coming back for any issue I have in the future!Services: Electrical, Battery

Not only did I get a great price, but he was also able to get my car fixed and back to me the next day! The service, staff, and speed was great! I will definitely take my car back in the future if needed.

I took my car there in April 2013 and today. I can't say enough about the quality of work done here and the amazing people working. The first time I had no idea why my car wasn't working and they fixed the problem in a half hour. This time it needed some major repair done on several things. What I love about this place is they diagnosis the problem and then tell you the price. And I can't determine if I like the quality, the speediness, friendliness or the price better!!!! They get the job done ASAP for a ridiculously low price!!!! Half the price of other independents! My tire rod needed replaced today and meineke on Iowa told me it would be $300!!!! They are fixing 5 things on my car today and the bill isn't even to $300. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone! Ask for Bill!!!

Absolutely fantastic to work with a guy you can trust! I've taken him everything from an older diesel Mercedes to a newer Mitsubishi Eclipse and his work and pricing have been great. I recommend him all the time! And -- just a really nice, car loving guy!

Took my Durango in. Bill was fast and VERY fair in his repairs. He even went BEYOND the call of duty and found me some tires that I very much needed on his own time, and I had already picked up my vehicle from being repaired. It didn't benefit him at all - he just did it because he knew I needed them. I will take my vehicle, and my daughters vehicle to him for now on!!!!

Bill has been working on my old truck.. which has some issues. He diagnosed a difficult issue and fixed at a very reasonable cost. He's a straight up guy to deal with and I'll be doing business with him again.

I called Bill Thur about an air conditioning repair and he told me to drop it off Monday (today) at 10:00. I got there at 9:45 and waited until 10:20, no one ever showed. And of course I needed someone to bring me back so that's 2 people's time wasted.

I brought him a superturbo that I bought online. He incorrectly identified and installed it which which blew up my motor. Had to take it to another shop and they got me on the road in no time. 1 star

Told me I needed struts, then kept avoiding making appt. Said was getting parts then never called me back. Went elsewhere & the problem wasn't struts at all! Won't ever go back!
