DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, they say no credit checks( they credit check) never once told me it was a leased vehicle, I ve read threw all the reviews and happen to have been told all the same stuff as these fellow people. 30k for a car worth 10k. You have one options to make your payment and that s @ 1am or anytime later with a 3.5 percent convince fee. Please Do not become the victim of AUTO EXCHANGE OF LAWRENCE or NAVICAR. Would 913 love to 405 get a lawyer and 0513 sue this place. Contact me if you wanna move forward to help.

This place is an absolute SCAM. You can't pay off early without paying your interest also, they added in a 750$ GAP insurance even though they require you to carry full coverage, the window price on the car I bought was 14,200 and I ended up paying a total of a little over 27K! I totalled it out hitting a deer and I called to talk to them about my final amount owed and she told me it couldnt be discussed with me o waa no longer the owner of that vehicle. Even though they took my payment out this morning!!!

This is the worst dealership EVER!! Two weeks with having the car the MAINTENANCE light came on. They will disable your vehicle for being a few days late. If the due date is a Friday they will try to automatically withdraw the funds at 1am Friday morning and if it s not there its 3.5% interest rate applied if you have to call in to make the payment. No way to make your payments online. The worst part is none of this is told to you before purchasing the vehicle. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have been making my payments on time. I been calling Brian telling him when he sold me this car they try to cover it up. But now I been washing my car my rim is blue. Brian going to tell me he can t do nothing and it would cost 125$. Please do not go here.

If I could give negative stars, I most definitely would! The absolute WORST used car dealership I ve ever dealt with. They lie and say they can get you approved with your credit and a down payment but when it s all said and done, they take your down payment, don t even put it towards the actual car and they don t even report to ANY of the credit bureaus. They will disable your vehicle for anything, even if the issue is their fault. Out of all the people you end up dealing with, the only one that has somewhat decent customer service is Julia. The rest of them absolutely suck and are full of it! You ll quickly realize that they literally only care about you making your payments and when you don t, your car will be disabled no matter your situation or what you may have to do that day. You can call them and tell them that you lost your job, lost a couple limbs and are on the verge of being evicted from your home and they will still ask you when can you pay them. About two weeks ago, I called and asked for a payoff and they told me $17,000 for a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta that only has a KBB value of about $3,500. I then asked for a maturity date and the lady I was speaking with says Oh, I don t know. Just when you pay it off . She didn t have any idea on what that even was; which further confirmed amongst all the other things that they are a HORRIBLE place to get a car from. Then, they NEVER fix anything! I didn t know the headlights were faulty because I got the car in the day time and figured that out after it got dark and I was only able to use my headlights on high beam. Called them about the lights and was told that the lights worked when I got the car. The gas tank door was taped on with clear plastic tape and I was told by Jeremy Pine that they d fix it but they never did. I had to replace all the tires because they lied and claimed the tires were new and they weren t. The car didn t even have Bluetooth and Jeremy Pine lied and said it did! The a/c worked for two months during the summer and would only cool down if it was somewhat cool outside. The leather seats were all cracked as well. During that time I needed a car ASAP, which was the ONLY reason I went along with this for as long as I did. Now, I m in a way better situation and couldn t have been more happy and excited to tell AE Rentals where they could shove that Volkswagen! If you can help it, DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE! You will instantly regret it and they will make sure they make your life a living hell as long as you lease from them! No empathy. No remorse for their mess-ups. No welcoming customer service. *BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK*

Just all around bad, I walked to work everyday. Then took all the money I saved up to put down on a car, I thought I was buying a car but turns out it s a financed lease a 15,000 dollar car turned into a 30,000 dollar lease, not to mention the 3.5% convenience fee tacked on. They swindle me and pencil whipped me into a car, it was the first car I had ever bought and possibly one of the worst life decisions I ve ever made. Brandi the customer service lady is nice she really is and I applaud her, but Ben the sales man lied to me. Even said he would give me a referral bonus and I got my mom to buy a car that day too and never received the money. They got me a really good insurance deal and then when it came time to renew the insurance took away all of these discounts it s almost like they had a deal to get people in cars, Ben told me my credit score would go up after 6 months of making payments and I could refinance, THEY DONT EVEN REPORT CREDIT. I had two tires go flat in the first month, the key to my car doesn t match the fitting to my doors so if the battery dies I can t get in, I ve been with them for a year and 6 months and now I ve just had it, I even see they are changing the name of their business to NaviCar probably because of the fraudulent business they ve done and the lives they ve made hectic under the name AutoExchange. If you buy a car from them make sure you do not finance through them.

We recently bought a beautiful van with low mileage from Auto Exchange in Lawrence. It is obvious that they curate only nicer pre-owned vehicles. Their lot is full of gorgeous cars at great prices. The process was so easy and the personnel there is top rate- We worked with both Jeremy and Eddy. They were both so nice and there was no high pressure to purchase from them, which is important to us.

I highly recommend you avoid this dealership. They are the stereotypical shady used car lot . I purchased a 2021 VW from auto exchange through Jeremy pine and 6 weeks after purchase I found out that the car has a major engine issue. Two mechanics looked at it and both agreed that the likelihood of this issue taking place in the 6 weeks that I owned the vehicle was very slim. When brought to their attention I was greeted by a very rude and condescending Jeremy Pine. I received no apology for what was happening. He simply did not care. When I emailed the owner I basically got a sorry for your luck . Please do not do business with them no matter how desperate your situation is.

I purchased a 2016 jeep and gave my 2018 impala premier. They gave me $20,000 for my car and the jeep was $22,999. They financed me $12,000 which is way over from the $3000 I should ve paid. Today a year later I asked for a pay off to get out of this purchase and their business and they told me it was 13,500?? I recommend not to purchase any cars with them they are MOMEY HUNGRY. This was my first car I ever purchased on my own without my mom and they took advantage of me. Shame on you Auto Exchange also to add two month into me having the vehicle the transmission was leaking and I had to get a new one and we all know those aren t cheap.

If I could give more stars, I would. Hands down the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Mason McGraw helped us find the best car that would work for our needs and that was within our budget. Mason wasn't pushy, didn't rush us to get a quick sale, he communicated with us throughout the entire process. And kept us informed. The best part of all of this beside getting a new car, we did all of this over the phone. Loved not having to spend hours in a dealership.We highly recommend Auto Exchange for anyone who wants to be treated like a person and not just a possible sell. They will go above and beyond to get you the car you need or want! This is the only place we plan to go from now on.

I needed a very fast turnaround on a new vehicle and Gino made that happen for me. Gino and Auto Exchange were life savers and I would highly recommend anyone going through them when they need a second chance. Edit to my original post: not even 5 months in and this has been a terrible experience. They changed my automatic payment dates on me so now I'm late with every payment. Then my insurance lapsed accidentally and after spending a ton of money to get it going again and sent in the proof, I'm still sitting here waiting for them to turn my car back on so I can get to work. Not even responding to my texts now that they got what they wanted. They are very expensive and the car doesn't belong to you in the end unless you pay even more money to purchase it, and they don't report to the credit bureaus either. Much of this was realized after I signed up of course and got stuck in this. I do not recommend Auto Exchange, aka Navicar.

Auto exchange has been the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. My cars engine has been messed up and is under warranty and they've been giving me the run around for over a week now on getting it replaced or putting me in another vehicle. They've told me SEVERAL times that Matt, the general manager, is suppose to call me. It's been DAYS and I have not received a call. I've called back about 6 or 7 times trying to reach this guy and NOTHING. I've left him a voice mail and I've called his phone 3 times. NOTHING. I will NEVER get another car through this dealership and I will NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership. I am absolutely fed up. And as soon as I can get my car back, I will be going to a different dealership to trade in my car and take my money else where. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Customer service has been horrible, nothing but attitude from staff. Little to NO help at ALL from staff.

I don't have the words to express my gratitude toward Jeremy, and Gino. They surpass amazing. I am a single mom of 3 kids who was searching for a car. When I approached them with my situation. They were so generous to help me get into a car. They went above and beyond for me to search for that perfect vehicle that would fit my family. They were never too tired to keep in touch with me via text or call. to keep me informed through out the process. They made it so easy for me to get into my vehicle and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again Gino, and Jeremy...you guys rock!!!

I was very happy to get the car in the beginning. I wasn t even going to post this because I was nervous to because companies will try and screw you over for posting a negative review about them. Whenever, I called in the beginning they would keep pushing the date back for me to get the car. Even though I was told it would be ready every time I called them. Then some guy named Mason(I believe) would have an attitude with me for just asking if my car was ready. They told me that they were waiting for new tires which was apparently 3 weeks of a wait. I got the car and the experience of getting it was taken away by rude customer service people. So fast forward almost 2 months later my tires started acting up whenever I drove to work in the rain. I took my car to get a simple oil change and the car repair shop said that I needed new tires and that there was no way that those were new tires for them to be so bad so quickly. When I called back, they made every excuse as to what could ve happened and refused to help me. I will not be back here again to purchase a vehicle and I would recommend anyone reading this to look elsewhere cause they could care less about you or your vehicle. When you start to have issues early on, they will dismiss you.

Luke is amazing!! I went in to get a car and was able to go home with the one I wanted in the same day. He treated me like a friend from the moment I walked in and I never truly felt like a customer, but like a welcome guest. It was absolutely the BEST car buying experience I have ever had and I won't go anywhere else from now on. Thank you for making it so easy and seamless and for getting me into what I really wanted. These guys are absolutely fantastic!!!

I'd been looking to upgrade to a newer and bigger car for a few months now since having another baby as we needed something roomier for the extra car seat. I went to a few dealerships nearby and everything was so expensive and they all told me my car was basically worthless as a trade-in. How is a 2018 civic worthless if they're selling older ones on the same lot for $20+K????Anyway, I started looking online for cars that fit my budget and found one on Auto Exchange's website. I called and spoke with Jeremy Pine who made me a great offer on my Civic and put me in a much roomier Grand Cherokee. This place is great. They gave me $1500 MORE than the next best offer for my trade in. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

This company does not care about your livelihood i made my car payment and my insurance on a business day they cut my car off saying they can't turn it back on until my payment shows processed. My insurance told them that my insurance Was active but they still refused to turn my car back on. I had to pick my daughter from school and they wouldn't even let me go get my daughter. Samantha was very rude and told me she will get to me when she has the time to and Blanca laughed in my face i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I understand you have to have full coverage an i paid my insurance said i could start my car til Monday.

I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! Gino gave me very good options, but understood that came for one car in specifically. He made it happen, while at the same time, making everything hassle and stress free. He was kind, very respectful, considerate of my time, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Jeremy reached out to me about a vehicle I inquired about a few weeks back. He reached out and provided me with accurate numbers and feedback and made sure I found the right car for me. He did not hesitate to stay in touch and worked With me to get the vehicle I wanted. Most car salesman tell you what they can t do for you, but Jeremy told me what he COULD do and kept his word.

This place is AMAZING!!!! Doug and Jeremy went above and beyond to help me get a new car. The car that I traded in actually broke down on me on the way to the dealership. Doug picked me up in the car that I was talking about purchasing from them in the first place. They had my other car towed to their shop and still did a trade in for me. They got me my new car ver fast. They have GREAT customer service and I LOVE my new car. I would recommend this place to purchase cars and will be back to purchase another one for my husband. Thank you Doug and Jeremy, you guys are amazing!!!

Great service! My wife and I arranged to buy a vehicle with financing from another country before moving to Lawrence. Mason was really helpful and the process was surprisingly easy. We had called around town to a few places and it was clear that the people at Auto Exchange were by far the most helpful and receptive.

Guys, come and get your next car here! Ask for Mason! The whole experience was absolutely amazing. They helped me pick out the right car for my budget and made sure everything was ready when I got there on pick up day! Definitely not your run of the mill car lot. The cars are in great shape and clean. They even switched out the floor mats for me. Five stars isn't enough!

Be very careful when dealing with this dealership, and I suggest searching the vehicle for any active recalls before buying. We purchased from them in March and the car was in the shop 5 times in two months for different issues. Granted it s covered but you still have a $100 co pay each time. Along with the engine blowing because low and behold there was a recall . It took 6 weeks to get the engine fixed, but that entire time we were responsible for the rental out of pocket. We were responsible for full coverage insurance, and car payments. They did not offer any sort of help or assistance. We were promised all the money we spent would be paid back and here we are a month later, $2000 spent on a rental. $100 on Ubers. And behind by one month on a car payment because my god who actually can afford ALL this. Not a penny has been reimbursed along with now the threat of disabling our car. They expect $900 in two weeks but said we ll have to figure out a ride for work the next 3 days.. three days. They could easily wait until the Friday we agreed to pay the remainder of the balance but instead choose to be shady, time and time again. If I could know what I know now and never make that purchase I wouldn t hesitate.

I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I had a time sensitive situation and I didn't really know what I was doing in terms of financing. The manager, Brian, stayed steadfast with my situation and needs with immediate, patient and transparent communication. With the utmost respect, I cannot recommend them enough!
