Jackie was SUPER helpful. I had been to 2 other parts stores looking for a serpentine belt in a specific length. The other two stores would only look for the belt via the make and model of the vehicle, but I knew it wouldn't fit the engine. They refused to do anything else and said they couldn't help. But when I went to Advance, Jackie started measuring belts until we found the right one. She was fantastic! So very helpful when the other stores weren't. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much Jackie!!

Dustin is the man there. Super helpful came in with a battery issue and he fixed but also went above and beyond fixing a part on the battery which he didn t have to do at all. Super friendly and great mood. Super knowledgeable as well! Will returns to this store for his help alone!Thanks for the help in buying and installing new battery!

Timely friendly knowledgeable affordable available and confidence the experience that I'm among like minded individuals and that I need not doubt any aspect of the business practices - at any store and at all hours. The time I save, employees are determined to find a resolution with a personal touch to all my many projects-its always bright clean and I like the policies for any help with a change of heart. I like it so much I applied.

I purchased a high-price part from them drove all the way from Topeka Kansas to pick the part up and they refused to let me use their parts unless I paid them more than what the part was worth they refuse to let me use their tools to put the part on would not work with me I feel so disrespected the manager at the time was weston. Maybe he could use a lesson and customer loyalty from now on I'll go to AutoZone.

Just came in here because my battery died and had to get it jumped by my roadside. Weston and Jackson installed my new battery even though I came in just a few minutes before closing and they were fantastic, I really appreciate them.

Came here the other day to get some headlights for my vehicle. Vincent was quick to help me find the headlights that best fit my vehicle. He also went above & beyond to help put them in for me. Great customer service! Awesome employee!

I had been having issues with my car dying on me when it was idling for a few weeks. I was told it was my battery, so I got a new one. It continued to die on me, so I got another new battery. Still dying. I took it here to have diagnostics ran and to get new air filters. My car wouldn't pull a code on the diagnostic machine each time I had it done previously. Vincent ran the diagnostics and it turned out it was a sensor. Vincent was extremely helpful and got me the sensor and filters I needed that day. That guy deserves a raise!! I will only take my car here for issues in the future!

I went to the store early Saturday morning. A young man named Yaser was quick to greet me. He helped me find the correct power steering fluid and put it in. In addition, he read the check engine code and helped me understand what it meant.This young man is a great asset to the store. He was genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Yaser.

I have had really good luck at finding what I need at this store. I found a starter at a cheaper price at a different auto parts store and they matched it. Every employee that I have dealt with at this store has been really helpful. I try to go online and order whatever I need so I can get the online discount and this has saved me a lot of money. The speed perks reward program has also save me money. They have always had everything ready to go when I arrived at the store.

I needed a spark plug cover boot. But didn't know the size, make or modell. Steve went through all the different sizes with me till we found the correct one.Awesome customer service. Thank you!

I'm almost ready to say I won't buy my auto parts anywhere else. I own obscure cars so parts availability is always an issue but Advance Auto has fantastic prices and deals (I usually order online and pick up in store to take advantage of their coupons on the website). Customer service in the store is up to standard with friendly people and timely help. As long as they continue with their online discounts they will soon capture a huge percentage of the market share for aftermarket parts. Thanks!

I have purchased many items from here off the not so convenient app.The Same app that will not allow me to sign up for speed perks. I have tried 3 times for store employees to sign me up in store, they can not.This is just a bitter pill and I will go a hundred miles out of my Way to never shop this store again.

Needed a new battery on a cold, snowy day. Got a nice deal online and went in to pick it up about an hour later. It wasn't busy when I went in; the staff got the new battery installed very quickly (even with the inclement weather) and were friendly and helpful throughout the exchange. Thanks!

This has been my auto parts store for the past few years, at least since Chad took over as manager. The store is always clean and customer service is always what it is suppose to be....."customers come first". I recently order parts for my son's 88 Isuzu Trooper. The only issue was that my son drives a 99 Isuzu Trooper. The store was great in making the adjustments and fixing the problem that I created. They seem to always be busy which is a symptom of good customer service and prices.

Went here today 09/19/2022 around 5 pm, there was a kid in the counter who looked really bothered when I asked for help, he had a very bad attitude and was very uninterested in helping, definitely the worst experience I ever had at a Auto parts store.

I used to be an Oreillys guy but the location by my house has really gone downhill so I'm switching brands. They have a couple of locations in town. They had what I needed in stock on the shelf today, which is kind of a weird part that oreillys didnt have. The staff was friendly and helpful also.

These people are great! Tonight, they even spent probably 15 minutes trying to get a stubborn pair of wiper blades on my vehicle. Always happy when I come in to get something here.

This store has been my go to spot for 20 years, Steve and Thurman have been working there the whole time and always help me get the right part, either for my ancient work truck or one of my late model personal vehicles- today I was trying to track the down the parts to rebuild my front breaks and the manager Chad spent close to an hour patiently finding my parts! Can't say enough about these boys-if they don't have it, you don't need it!

Most of the time I would use a competitor. Store this one one actually showed. Compassion. That most places can people have lost.. I recommend this place. To anyone. 3 different. People. Looking. For what I needed.. To most this looks like nothing. But to me its a lifesaver.. A big thanks again for. Your help and hope to return. That favor soon...

Went in to replace a 5 year old AutoCraft Gold battery. Bought the new battery and Chad installed it for me for no charge. Took just a few minutes. I always have a good experience at this store.

I ordered 6 spark plugs and wires but when I got there the guy only had one spark plug. What can I do with 1 spark plug and to top it off no public restroom.

Usually people are ready to ring you up. Tonight a bit of a wait to check out with an employee just standing around behind the counter. Prices seem a little high. I see why Amazon is eating everyone's lunch.
