I needed an engine replacement (ugh), and they provided the lowest estimate and could fit me in before most other shops. Troy and his staff were incredibly easy to get a hold of and work with, and the replacement was done well and finished when he said it would be. And he owns a towing service, so it made it much easier for my car to get picked up when I couldn't drop it off. Top notch people and high quality service

My mother in law came to get her car fixed for a SIMPLE TUNE UP, they never gave a quote, they never said what they did with the car and took a MONTH to have her get the car. They were terrible at communicating, never called her and updated her ever, and we re rude when she was questioning them. She wasn t given ANY invoices detailing what they did, nor reciepts and the car is worse now than when she brought it there. She deserves an explanation, and a FREE fixing.

We were 600 miles from home. I was so glad to have found this outfit! They were stand up and got my truck in and repaired quickly. We were able to pick it up after a not so simple repair was completed in literal hours, and get back to the hotel for the night to head out EARLY Saturday. Saved the trip. Apprechiated the quick turn around!!!

the worst experience I ever had, I towed my car there, the front part was damaged, they took almost a week to give a quotation and we said we will take it somewhere else to fix it, they blackmailed us saying they will charge us for the garage cost when they were the one who delayed the quotation and I had to keep my car there. So, I had no choice but to repair my car there, they charged me around $1800 but they didn't give me the breakdown of the cost. It took them more than a month to fix it and when I went to pick my car up, they said they have fixed it and did a run test on the highway, and works just fine. But the car seatbelt was stuck, and the headlight had no light bulb, don't know how they drove on a highway without a seat belt.Regret going there, and will never go thereServices: Car towing, Tire change

My insurance company called this business to handle a tow for my minor child. The call was accepted, and after my child sat with his broken vehicle for two and half hours he called the insurance company USAA back to get a number for the purpose of getting an ETA since the original ETA had expired forty minutes before. When he reached the towing professional he was told they decided not to make the drive since it was out of range . Wow. What kind of low-life would do this and not even care enough to make sure the customer knew? Certainly not a company that I would EVER patronize or recommend.Service: Car towing

Honest, fast, reliable service. I ve been to a lot of automotive places for my various vehicles, and as a woman, it can be a point of anxiety and dread. Action Auto took care of my car when I thought there was something seriously wrong with it. They didn t price gouge me. They did a 30 point inspection, found nothing internally wrong, and even fixed my bumper and fender (damaged from someone who hit and ran me a while ago), so that my tire would stop scraping the metal. Thank you for making me feel exact the opposite of anxious about my car! If I lived in Lawrence I would only come here to have my Toyota looked at.

We took one of our Company Trucks in to get a new engine, they provided quick service, fair pricing, and even delivered the truck back to our shop. Would gladly do work with them again always will recommend a company that stands behind their work!
