Amazing customer service, friendly people that are very helpful! Definitely liked how the sales people weren't pushy and helped guide us to get the we really wanted! Plus I like the fact that the owner is, as he put it, a man of culture!

Bought our Jeep in July... awesome sales team. Raymond in finance made our purchase very simple. No pressure from sales.

I contacted Morris Ford, battery code across the dash. Took the truck in and the technician mentioned that the battery looked fairly new. I was told it would take 2 hours to charge, and they didn't want to sell me a battery if I didn't need one. So they gave me a ride home. Few hours later called me to let me know that it was charged, code was gone and everything was fine. Very professional, very honest. Stand up guys. I will always bring my vehicles here for work to be done

I have purchased upwards of 15 vehicles in my life and this was by far the worst buying experience I have had, and its not particularly close. My wife and I decided to purchase a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from them at the beginning of the year. The sales-person Kelli was fine to work with, quiet and reserved, not pushy. The sales manager Ramon was easy enough to work with prior to us purchasing the vehicle. The issues began when the finance manager Kaylee became involved. She is confrontational and has no customer service skills. She informed us that they apply a ceramic coating on all vehicles they sell. She said the cost of that is already factored into the price and wont show up as a separate line item on the paperwork. When I received the documents to sign, it was, in fact, an additional $800 or so. When I questioned that, she said she misspoke and I would have to pay that additional amount if I wanted the vehicle. When I told her I didn't want to be "forced" to purchase it, she said "well, maybe this isn't the car for you." She was extremely rude and condescending throughout all of our conversations. In speaking to Ramon, the sales manager, he informed me that I didn't have to pay for the ceramic coating after all which salvaged things.Because the paperwork wasn't signed until after bank hours on a Saturday, they agreed to deliver the van the following week. After delays, they agreed to deliver it thatFriday. While there was a snow storm that morning, roads were completely clear between Larned and Great Bend that afternoon but they kept citing the weather as to why they couldnt deliver it. After all but demanding they deliver it, they finally did at the very end of the day with a full tank of gas, as Ramon had promised. After driving the vehicle the next day, I discovered the gas door was not functional. I notified Ramon and asked for it to be fixed. His pre-sale customer support didn't match the post sale support at all. He questioned the truthfullness of my report (Great service!) but after some back and forth they did correct the issue. Not long after taking delivery of the van, I purchased a Chrysler extended warranty which required a full inspection by a Chrysler dealership. During the inspection they found a very small oil leak and the drive belt was severely cracked and missing a rib.I contacted Morris Smith Ford and they agreed to have a look at it and scheduled me an appointment. When I showed up, no one had documented my appointment so I had to wait half an hour for Donnie, the service manager, to show up and look at my vehicle. This encounter was one I would like to forget. We looked at the van together and rather than admitting any issues, he completely gaslighted me telling me there was no issue with the belt, even though I was pointing the crack out and showing him where to feel for the missing rib. He said I was wrong and there was nothing wrong with the belt, even though I again verified the issue with the dealership in Great Bend.Regarding the small oil leak, Donnie said he couldn't see the leak (of course) but said he would clean the area of the engine with brake cleaner so I could monitor for further leakage. He had me wait in the waiting room while he did that. Imagine my surprise when I realized he didn't spray brake cleaner on the engine, he sprayed SPRAY PAINT on it. Who does that?!?It was at that point that I decided I was completely done dealing with the clowns at Morris Smith Ford and would never do any business there again. There is something seriously wrong at Morris Smith Ford. The culture seems broken and every one seems unhappy. No one is friendly or acts like they value your business, particularly AFTER the sale.Reported early issues to Morris but he was dismissive so I didn't feel that calling about the later issues would yield better results. (we did talk, despite what his response says)(Based on other negative reviews, I fully expect them to try to shift blame back to me somehow or gaslight me further) - (edit: TOLD YA!!!)

Wanted to get a new vehicle that would better fit my life, wants and needs. Traded my car in for a vehicle I ve been eyeing up in their lot with ease. Amanda was spectacular in everything she did. Greeted and helped me as soon as I entered the building and left me happy at the end of the day. She was super professional and didn t force anything upon me like most places do. The other staff were just as fantastic, including Morris himself. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from here as they make it their priority to find what you want/need while making you happy and feel comfortable. Great prices on everything! Thank you Amanda and Morris Smith Ford for helping me continue my journey and being apart of it, forever grateful!

I have been buying Ford's for all my life. I have dealt with many good dealerships and this is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with! Nice inventory for a small town and Morris and his crew were excellent to work with. I think they go out of their way to make you happy. Would highly recommend this dealership and will be back for more.

Excellent customer service in the service department. We were traveling through Kansas when the check engine light started to flash. We needed to get back on the road so I started calling ford dealers in the area. Many simply stated their schedule was full and it would be at least 5 days. Sean at Morris Smith found a way to get me in the same day. He was super helpful in explaining everything. Great experience!

Took my 2012 Ford Explorer to find out what was wrong with the power steering. They charged us almost $200 just to tell us what was wrong and wanted to charge $3500 to fix it. Then tried to say we didn't pay them the $200. I will never do business with them again.

We purchased a 2022 explorer limited at the end of July. The entire team was extremely helpful and made this the easiest car buying experience I had. Elijah and Raymond were very professional and helpful throughout the experience. The gave us a fair price for our trade and for the explorer. There was no hassle and no over the top pressures. Financing options and Extended warranties were offered but not pressed to the point of awkwardness like most other dealerships. We were on a trip 23 hours away from home and couldn't beat the price so we decided to do the deal here and I am glad we did. I will exclusively deal with Morris Smith Ford from now on and feel comfortable sending my family to this dealership. Thanks for a great experience!

I purchased a used vehicle. A few weeks later there developed an issue that required service. They got me in the next day and handled the issue. No charge for parts or labor. Excellent customer service! Two thumbs up

Everyone here was extremely friendly and my husband said it was the easiest buying experience he'd ever had. We drove from CO to trade in our truck and buy a new one. The experieced team at Janssen Ford had all the necessary paperwork ready to go by the time we got there. The whole process took a little over an hour and then we were back on the road home.

Went in with my daughter for a car. Kelly was great. We didn't like the one we went to see and she had alternate choices for us to see.Kelly helped us through the process. We weren't able to make a deal but had great service.

Just a fantastic purchasing experience. I worked with Morris directly, and he was transparent, upfront, and extremely customer focused. He made the buying process a breeze, including delivery 500+ miles away. I haven t bought a new car in many years, but this is how it should go, no pressure, no mark ups, no BS. I will definitely look to Morris Smith first when buying my next Ford.

One word: WOW!!We drove two hours and I am so glad we did. The owner, Morris, was a delight to work with. Quick and easy, no gimmicks and no haggling. He made sure we understood every bit of the buying process. Robert was an absolute delight to work with as well. He kept us entertained and answered any questions we had while we waited for paperwork to process. Since we lived a couple hours away I called to make sure the vehicle we desired was still available. Not only did they ensure our vehicle was still available, they kept in contact with us and gave us updates on the availability before we drove out there. I couldn't give 6 stars, otherwise I would!

Morris Smith Ford, a great truck buying experience! This was my first buying out of state from a long distance away. The owner and my salesman went above and beyond to get me detailed photos and information about the truck I asked about. We were late coming down and they stayed well past closing time to make sure I had time to look the truck over and make the deal. An absolute pleasure doing business here. The used truck was exactly as advertised and I am very pleased with my purchase and I felt very comfortable driving it back home 12 hours away. The truck has been great and I just wish they were closer, haha. Thanks Michael and Morris.

Repaired my truck for them so that the next person that owned it wouldn't get screwed. Bought one of theirs and the transmission went out 3100 miles and left me stranded. Took it to them to get it fixed and paid several thousand to have it repaired. When I received the vehicle back the truck did drive but had new issues. 1. Vehicle rattled now when starting 2. The turbo sounded like it was grinding when accelerating. 3. The transmission would shake when shifting (every gear). I understand the meaning of regular wear and maybe I just didn't notice 1 and 2 before and was just hyper conscience of the sounds the truck was making. But 3... 3 I came to find was a programming issue by the mechanic that repaired the vehicle. I was originally told that nothing could be done about it and needed to take it back to them to look at. I travel alot so I had about a 1200 mule trip back to the location. On my way the transmission went out, lost reverse, and all gears above 2. I towed it to the closest dealer fixed it and traded it in.The sales side of the business was great, Mike, Tyler were great to work with as well as Maggie. Their shop side is poorly managed and seems to me that they may need some more experience. I would gladly buy a new vehicle from them, but I just wouldnt trust their used lot.
