My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Main Street and have always had a great experience! I recently traded in my Jeep Renegade for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. From the sales team to the finance department, it was a seamless process! The vehicle I had my eye on was actually located at a different dealership. Within the afternoon, Shane had organized having the L transferred to Lansing where I was able to meet with Vegas and complete the purchase! Vegas was amazing to work with. He was open and honest with everything. He was easy to relate to because he wasn't being a sales person, it was like talking to just a friend. Drove 2.5 hours in from Wichita and picked up a 2019 Chrysler 300 Touring with black leather seats, low miles and great price. Vegas was great! We really enjoyed meeting him and he made us feel comfortable. He's got a great personality and is really knowledgeable. Mike was also very friendly and we had a great conversation with him as well. We will definitely look to them the next time we need a car or truck. They had some awesome cars and trucks there, in an array of colors, not just your standard colors. Which made the visit even better!

Vegas Vegas VEGAS! Literally the only person I will buy a car from. No one else can come close to the amount of love and care Vegas puts into each and everyone of his customers. He is truly 1 of a kind, and this is now the 3rd vehicle I've had the pleasure of working with him on. Really helpful and straightforward team. Bought a truck from out of state and they even picked me up from the airport!Purchase process was quick, easy and they didn t try to see me a whole bunch of extras. Briggs and Joe at the Collision Center are top-notch! Joe made sure to keep me UTD on the progress of my vehicle. My insurance definitely didn t make things easy at times and they handled everything so well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

I want to give a shout out to Vegas and Ron. Thank you for walking me through the entire process of buying my truck online. I appreciate everything. Vegas has wonderful customer service. He went above and beyond to help me with everything. Vegas explainedthe understandings of how this will work Online. He also had my truck delivered to me.Ron was great with the financing aspect of it all, and walked me through everything as well. I flew from Colorado to purchase a used blue Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and I have to say I couldn't be happier !! The truck was immaculate inside and out and looked way better than the pictures. Great experience. I was visiting my son in Leavenworth and my check engine light came on. They took care of me without an appointment. Great customer service, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend . Didn't charge me that much to fix tge issue and another dealership messed up on.

His attention to detail to my needs and his after service support is excellent. As always, their service department is top notch from my standpoint. My husband and I just purchased our next tahoe from these guys. We were a little hesitant because we usually purchase our vehicles from hendricks Chevrolet in Shawnee. We do not regret our decision at all! We got the new tahoe premiere we wanted and to add the cherry on top the people went above and beyond to not only meet our needs but surpass them beautifully. We were able to handle everything remotely and only had to come in to sign and take our new SUV home. That is what we like to call rolling out the red carpet. I have no doubt that they treat every potential buyer just as exclusive. Thanks a million Mainstreet! You guys are the real MVP's! If I could give you 500 stars I would!

I gave their collision center reps a 5 start review but their Service and Techs are not impressive.The techs do not have any attention to detail. My Wrangle needed a new front axle and suspension after an accident. They failed to ensure all the nuts and bolts were tightened on my control arms which I noticed when my steering was becoming less responsive.My husband had his Ram 2500 100,000 mile service done here. Techs failed to put the coolant hose clamp back on after flushing the coolant. 3 weeks later my husband had to pull over on the side of the road because there was steam coming from under the hood and the low coolant light came on. There was coolant EVERYWHERE. The reservoir was almost empty since the hose had finally fallen off its connection point since the clamp wasn t put back. Not what you want after spending $1300 for the service.My Wrangler also now has a very small crack in the radiator that we just noticed after seeing a drop of coolant on the garage floor. Due to its location, I wouldn t be surprised if it happened during the accident and was missed during inspection. Driving a vehicle after an accident always comes with so many what-ifs not knowing if an issue arises because of past damage or not, but with their track record, I wouldn t be surprised if they missed it.After 2 (possibly 3) experiences of SIMPLE things being missed, we will not be coming back to get either vehicle serviced here.

First things first Went to look for a specific truck that was on their website. Price matched what it was online and found truck quickly! Got in the truck and it was already super clean!Truck was not overpriced like most dealerships in fact it was right on point with kbb.Now the good stuff about the staff when you go ask for Micheal Mims! Micheal was super nice to me and my wife. Unlike a lot of sales people just talking about the details, spec of the car, how fast we can get a deal done, etc. Micheal talked about the truck, football, and just related to us on a personable level quickly. This made the decision stress free and not so much pushy. When numbers were laid out he stepped away and waiting until my wife and I were ready to talk again. If you want a great salesman that doesn t rush and take care of you micheal mims is that dude!

I bought my new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Mainstreet Lansing and let me tell you that I have never had a smoother experience when buying a car. It all started with my amazing sales guy Vegas Urbon. The friendliest and most accommodating sales guy I have ever met. He is a go getter but in the best way. Also Shane who kept the communication flowing and of course John Miller the best possible Finance Manager. Signing on the dotted line has never been easier. Also a big thanks to all of the behind the scenes people, service technicians etc, who help make these deals happen on the daily. In my case this Jeep was a long time dream. I appreciate you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It s your job everyday but you are all amazing at what you do.

I bought a used 2020 Chevy Blazer RS after seeing it on the Car Gurus app. I m enjoying it! Kyle was knowledgeable and helpful. Straight and to the point. It made for a good experience. Thank you!Amazing what a difference a week and half will do. My Blazer s performance is great mechanically. However, on the day I looked at it, I noticed and notified my salesperson that the rear gate didn t open remotely, but it can be opened manually and from the button on the driver s side door. He said the service department will take a look at it. I was guessing that the service department was going to diagnose AND remedy the issue. Since the Blazer is a Chevy product and the dealership is partnered with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, they couldn t do anything and would have to charge if they could fix it since the bumper to bumper warranty expired. But since this vehicle was on their lot, I thought that they (or any dealership) go though a checklist on the condition of their used vehicles. Not anymore? So, should Main Street have accountability for overlooking this issue? It s a minor issue but they should have spotted the issue instead of me. I love my Blazer, but Main Street s response was irritating and disappointing. My 5 star rating changes to 2 stars.

Vegas is very easy to work with. The dealership is laid back made me feel like I was in the lead and empowered me to determine what would work best for my situation. I very much appreciated the support compared to most dealers who bully and pressure you to do something you aren t comfortable with.

I've been searching for a 2021 Chevy RST for the better part of a year. The pricing has been all over the place nationwide, until I saw the model I wanted in my own backyard - Mainstreet Lansing. I made an appointment with Vegas on Saturday at noon and hashed a deal after my test drive. The Mainstreet experience was great between Vegas and Shane, there were a couple of offers then an agreement...DONE. Vegas delivered my new truck by suppertime that day...amazing!!! I've only bought vehicles from my uncle who had a dealership in Wisconsin, Mainstreet is similar to dealing with family. Thanks Vegas and Shane!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Traded my car in for what I was told is the exact same vehicle just a better car . I asked so many questions and received pictures. I looked everywhere for the vehicles I wanted and found it in Kansas. I am from Texas. I told my sales guy over and over how nervous I was not seeing the car. He assured me that I can trust them and they do this sort of thing all the time. That was the first lie of many to come. Besides the fact it was not the same vehicle, they lied about the mileage that was actually on the vehicle, I received the car and the entire drivers side door would not word (windows, any of the power). I called immediately after delivery and did not want this car and wanted mine back. I had not even finished signing my paper work and could not get one person on the phone! I had to have my own insurance call to even get an answer of who I was financing through! I emailed and emailed no answer. I was humiliated and completely upset with the bad choice I made and they made it even worse for me to ever trust learning to trade in a car and no what I m getting in to! Please do not go here! You will be lied to and I still have had no one contact me about the last piece of paper I was supposed to sign this is bad bad bad business. Be aware and go somewhere else!

Vegas is honestly the best salesman we ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was honest and upfront about everything. It was honestly a better experience than I ever thought would come with purchasing a car. He actually cared about our wants and needs and put the interests of our kids in the vehicle first as well. I highly recommend you go to Vegas if you are looking for a vehicle for you and your family.
