Will never go back! My wife is on crutches so I carried her emotional support dog whos in training to be a service dog in the door and was told to leave the dog..who alerts me of my wife's health issues..at the door or I couldn't come in. We've never once had a business.. not even a restaurant..do that! Not to mention rude and argumentative about it. Staff like that is costing your business money!

Of course we get upset when someone goes #2 daily while staying in town. Nothing wrong with asking said person to please use the rest area instead at 11:30 daily while lunch is being cooked.You try and be nice and people get mad and throw fits. Everyone thinks they are entitled these days.It is also always the person that is not a customer that destroys the bathrooms.No one reviews when things are good. We serve over 200 people per day.We do the best we can with what we are delt. Our building is old and so far out of date. We try to keep it clean.We practice food safety. We serve good food.Some people you can not please and we can not always smile. We are human.

I work for an oil company, so I travel through frequently. First, the food is excellent. If only the Ladies working were friendly at all. It's really a turn off. Don't expect any of my or my companies business from now on. It's a shame bc those breakfast burritos are delicious. Get better employees

I always stop here on my way to western Kansas. It has been one of my main stops throughout the years. They have wonderful staff, snacks, drinks, and even hot fresh food from the fryer.

The store owner really needs to get new workers we have a long trip and not only did she tell a 10 year old she need to purchase something little did she know we were putting in gas. Someone needs to fire these horrific workers while I asked politely the other lady was yelling at me while I consistently told her I was not speaking with her. I completely ignored her and she still made remarks while leaving the store. Idk if this is the type of customer service they want but I can clearly tell why they are going broke if they continue to have the same horrific workers. God bless their souls and help them have peace in their hearts. Don t so drugs kids cause that was a clear example of what it does to you. This place doesn t even deserve a star at all

I have stopped here many times on my way through town. Most experiences have been good until today, I stopped to use the restroom. As I was leaving the lady behind the counter got very angry stating that it was a customer bathroom. She yelled and yelled at me and finally threw me out of the store. I will never stop and give them any business again. Gas stations flipping out about people using the bathrooms is very bad business. If it was such a problem then lock the doors and have the key available by request, or put up a sign. Tl:Dr female employee was very rude and lost her temper over something that shouldn't really matter. This lady needs fired, she has a violent temper.

Their bathroom was amazing! Spotless and very clearly designed to be welcoming and modern. I was so impressed in fact that I went out of my way to leave a review which I never do haha.

Very rude people work here! Went today to get gas waited at the register 15 minutes awhile (she looked directly at me so she saw me when I first got to counter) besides coffee people in back drinking I was the only one in the store she just stood there talking to the other worker. When she finally did come over she ripped the cash out of my hand never once said a word just gave me a very rude look, so I told her that was for pump 6 and she stuck in on the register and walked away. I will drive the extra 20 miles to get to another gas station from now on.

Great food but horrible service. Half the ladies that work in there are rude for no reason. Will no longer be stopping there. I ll drive to Spearville instead. WORK ON YOUR MANNERS AND ATTITUDE. If I could leave no starts I would!

Until you have walked a mile in someone's shoes you shouldn't call them an attitude twin.i guareentee you that working with the public is probably the hardest job we are treated like we are beneath everyone who is on the other side of the counter. Show us some respect and you might get some back. We all put our pants on the same way.

This place is not worth stopping at. If you want to be treated rudely to buy mediocre products then this is the place. Not to mention the building itself is a rundown dump. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I was talking to the cashier and I hear yell behind being rude and had an attitude I asked her one simple question why the pump wasn t working , keep in mind I m not from there so I didn t know that they only had the 87 gas and I pick a 91 and that s why I wasn t working but I was really polite to them when I asked there was no reason for her to be that rude I will not be going back

The Ladys that work here are very rude!! The store is ok they do not have pay at the pump so you have to go in and deal with the attitude twins not a nice experience
