Fantastic buying experience! Melissa and Kaitlin went above and beyond for me. I haven t purchased a new vehicle since 2003 and needless to say I was nervous. But they took the time to answer all my questions and I never once felt rushed or forced. And I ended up with the vehicle I really wanted. They let me drive a few different cars to compare just so I was sure. My sincere thanks to the ladies and Zeller motors for making this as painless as possible.

Had to visit Zeller's service/parts department the other day in search of a couple of seals. The local auto parts stores only had them available in a kit which was $50+. I went to the dealer as a last option and it honestly should have been my first. There was a gentleman named Harrison who was working and I must compliment him for his professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help the customer above and beyond what most other's would do. His extra effort to find/match the parts I needed because it wasn't shown available in the computer. A couple minutes later I had the correct parts to finish my vehicle repairs and at a price that was next to nothing! Thanks again, Harrison

We worked with melissa today trying to get my mother into a vehicle. She went above and beyond to take care of her. My mom left with a huge smile in the vehicle she wanted.I highly recommend melissa if your looking for a new vehicle

I personally will never buy a vehicle from here again. I bought a used F150 with a 5 speed, cash. They said they did a safety check. Well the rotors were warped and the Parking brake didnt work. They said the AC blew cool but not cold. They said it had a "faint" leak so they changed an AC line for $200 yet it still blew cool and not cold. I looked it up and it was a fuse for the AC Clutch so I replaced the fuse and now it blows cold. Today our 1st good rain storm and the back window leaks so now there is water inside the cab of the truck. If the Mechanic that did the safety check couldn't find these problems then how is he a mechanic? I have talked to and showed the issues with the truck to the guy who sold it to me. I have gotten no help to resolve the issues just the normal runaround and excuses. If they did it to me how many other customers have they done it to? EITHER A SAFETY CHECK WASNT DONE PROPERLY OR THEY KNEW ABOUT THE ISSUES AND DIDNT TELL ME. At this point since they haven't helped, I am going to find out what can be done legally.

I went into zellers not only did I get a nicer car and a better deal then what was previously discussed the sales girls Melissa and Kaitlyn were extremely easy to communicate with and get a deal made.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews before purchasing from this dealership. The salesperson, sales manager, and even the GM at this dealership are incredibly dishonest and shady. They lied to me numerous times throughout the process. First, they tried to hide the fact that the new vehicle I came to see had hail damage. Then they lied about the price that we agreed to even though it was documented with their sales manager's signature. I've purchased many vehicles and have worked with many different dealerships. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The problems at this dealership start with the general manager and trickle down from there to the sales manager and the salespeople. Do NOT trust anything these people tell you.**The response from the owner to my review says it all. I ended up purchasing the truck anyway because I had work planned the next day that required a heavy one-ton truck and had driven from two hours away to make the purchase. If you look at the other reviews you'll see that I'm not the first person from out of town that these guys have taken advantage of. Buyer beware**

Bought a 2019 traverse, and in couple months the transmission failed and they refuse to assist, charged to diagnose but said they are unfamiliar with chevy and have to take it elsewhere because they can't repair it and have to pay everything out of pocket.

We had a very wonderful experience today at Zeller Motors. It s our 2nd time visiting here and leaving with a vehicle! This time we got my husband a 2019 dodge ram and he can t quit smiling. The service was top notch! We was greeted/helped by Melissa and when I tell you she s great I mean it! She was very patient with us and had us laughing! We felt comfortable and happy. I won this car at Southwind casino in Newkirk but gained not only a brand new jeep but met some amazing people at Zeller Motors. Hey Courtney...you represent the company with an amazing talent. You introduced me to everyone there so I will know everyone there when I need anything for my new jeep. I remember all your names. Kyler...I will always remember how you explained everything so perfect to me when it came to signing all those papers. If anyone ever needs the perfect team to help with buying or winning a new car please run on down the Zeller Motors. I promise... you will love the honesty and the experience the Zeller team will give you. I have never felt right at home inside a car dealership. Thank you all for all your help today. Bought a used vehicle from them in November of 2021, had a coupon for a discounted oil change I used a few months later and they put the wrong oil filter on. Cheap service department probably not even saving 2 or 3 dollars by using an undersized oil filter! Thanks guys, your services are no longer recommended or required.

The service was good and what I expected. Brian and Steve were polite and thorough with me. I've been dealing with Brian and Katheryn through a change in ownership and its been nice to have the consistency. Also the work I had done was what I expected and done good and on time. I plan to keep comig back for my maintenance on our vehicles.

Zeller Motors was so awesome!!! Told them the situation and gave them all our info on Monday and set an appt for test drives for Friday morning. Once we found what we wanted it took less than an hour to get out of there. Grady and Kaitlyn went above and beyond on customer service We were treated with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this dealership!!

Terrible place. When they can't figure out an issue with a vehicle they fabricate story's and place blame on the customers so they dont have to fix the vehicle. Horrible experience and don't recommend buying a vehicle from here. On a positive note there are people in the company that tried to help me as much as possible and were very appreciated, and tyler Shinn was a great sales man, the rest of the team/management, not so much.

Bought a car three months ago and it has been in the shop more than it has been on the road. When I bought the car they said it was a good reliable car for my family. I call them to figure out what is going on with my car and the lady dealing with it supposedly is in a meeting or on vacation. I will not be buying another vehicle from them. I shouldn t have to spend money on a car that I just bought.

We bought a truck from Zellers years ago and was thrilled with them, so came here first when looking again. Found a truck and sat an appointment to test drive it since I was driving 2 hours. Got there and they sold it 3 hours before my appointment and didn t think it was important to call me and stop me from coming. Then they didn t even offer to pay for my gas. Very disappointed that a past client wasn t important.

I went in to test drive a vehicle and liked it so much I was ready to buy it. Brandon was my sales associate and he was very pushy and dismissive. I was trying to tell him I had a loan through my bank but would be putting some down as well. Before I could even finish telling him that, he cut me off and said they wouldn't negotiate at all and basically to leave. I drove two hours to see the car because my sister bought her car through this company 3 years ago and had a great experience so I figured it would be worth the drive because she was so happy with her purchase. I will not be looking at their inventory again.
