I called to see if they had my size tires in stock. They did and they had no wait. I told them I'd be there in 5min. 2 minutes later I walked into walmart and the man was shocked, said boy you're quick. They were able to replace my whole set of tires in an hour despite having some overly tightened lugnuts on one of my tires. They did a great job and I appreciated how fast and friendly the service was.

I went there to get my tire fixed yesterday and the associate name Tim kept sneezing and not wiping his hands. Most importantly, he did not wash his hands! He touching people's belongings. Now, I'm sick and walmart should hold him accountable buy wearing a mask or stay home if sick!!

It's not worth saving a few bucks. If you have a life. Don't get tires here.4 hrs to find a hole on brand new tires they just put on.

I am a frequent Walmart shopper so when I decided to take my car in to get an oil change I never expected for a member of the Auto Center to go in my bag pack and steal out of it Company refused to allow me to view cameras and I was told they didn't have camera footage that was able to view inside my car nor the persons actions while my car was being pulled out of the servicing area and parked Yet I was told it wasnt a memebr of their team Rather I left a million dollars on my dash board Under No Circumstances Should Anything That Didn't Belong To Any Member Of Walmarts Associates Have Been Stolen Out Of My Car.. Its Sad That I Had To Go Through This and Was Redused To View Camera Footage.. Of Course For The Sake Of Their Job They Will Lie But God Sees All And I Pray Whoever Did It Suffers From This Beyond The Pain It Has Caused Me For My Bracelet Being Stolen!

They really need to wash their hands and clean up before coming out to ring up customers at the service desk. I had oil all over my receipt! I also purchased other items that I had to hold up for the person to scan because they would have gotten oil all over my things as well! What happened to good customer service and where do they find these people? Fortunately, I keep wipes in my car! I had to clean my keys, my steering wheel, my door handle, and my gear shift!

Bad customer service online and on the phone and in person... Always under staffed... It's always a long line... You have to go through too much just to get new tires. I would rather pay the extra 30 bucks somewhere else with better customer service!

Lisa is very ignorant. She is races because she was very nice, smiling & joking with AFAM people s and when it s my turn she just ask me what car & model and that s it and she wasn t helping me at all after and she started cleaning and putting away her mess like really - I was asking what I need to do or how do I pay but she wasn t responding anything.. Very unprofessional & useless worker that Walmart has. Walmart Should terminate her asap. She treat people differently

Came out of our hotel to get back to STL to find we had a flat. Changed to the spare and made a few calls to shops around the area, and most acted like it would take all day (I acknowledge the obvious short notice). Called Wal-Mart and spoke with Carrie, who said she could get us in and out within 2 hours. We went there and she was great. Also, true to her word, it was all done in about 2 hours. We paid less than expected, too (AWD car, so we got a full set of Goodyears, and the old tires were probably getting near needing replacement anyway). I can't say enough good things about them!

Luis at Walmart Auto Care Center #1151 is a lifesaver! he and the other guys helped save my whole trip when moving across the country and i got a nail in my tire towards the end of closing time and they took me anyways! they went above and beyond to make sure i could get on the road in the morning! I thought I received great and professional service! I was in when they were busy and during a snowstorm. The person at the counter was doing a great job of handling all of the customers. Being short staffed this employee met it head on with a smile! I will definitely return after not going in for a few years from past experiences.

Customer service was great but, considering I got a full service synthetic oil change , nothing else that comes with it was done. My car was not vacuumed and doubt if any of my fluids were checked.After waiting 2 1/2 hours my car was ready in 15 minutes. I hope my oil was truly changed (????)Service: Oil change

Bad. I bought 4 tires and they toll me came back another day because today we are busy. I came back 2 weeks later because I have to go out of the town. After that they toll me that I have already my tires. So, I never have tires or my money back. And between workers and manager blame each other. Plus this guys NEVER answer calls. And ALWAYS when you arrive you can see people on the desk doing nothing, just standing around milking the clock. Sad.

Expect nothing & you won't be disappointed. Shady uneducated sales ppl who don't care. Very poor quality work. Literally "lost" my 4 new tires! They tried to offer a replacement of much lesser quality and value, screw that!Then, they offered to only charge me half the price for the high quality set I had bought from an outside source. Their only job was to install and balance.

If zero star was an option they would have earned it. My tire exploded so I brought in the rim to have a new tire put on. Employee in auto section that needed to check me in did not seem at all interested in helping customers. There was a woman on her first day trying to help but she had to motivate the guy on check in. He offered me one choice, which I accepted, then told me it would be a 3 hour wait. I left the tire. Upon returning 3 hours later the tire was lying untouched in the garage, and I waited 10 minutes for the new employee( now the only one working) to assist me. She checked and got no response from tech. 20 minutes later manager attempted to remove the remnant of old tire, got distracted and did not finish.I waited another 25 minutes then checked with new employees who returned with the news that it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. 5 HOURS TO CHANGE A SINGLE TIRE IS ABSURD!!! Especially if they told you 3hours. I ended up just taking my rim back...I could have gotten it changed anywhere within 100 miles faster. FYI the manager on duty absolutely could care less about me or any of the other upset customers. I have had my tires changed at many Walmart s around the country and I know this was well below their standards

Want tires? Forget about it. Techs are always on lunch break for 2 hours. They sometimes only have two on staff. Not very professional and rude. If you manage to get in for service prepare to wait for more than 4-6. hours. Don't recommend this place at all. Hopefully Walmart reads this. This one of your worse centers for service.

Despite other reviews, I had a great experience here at the Tire center. I called ahead of time to confirm tires in stock before driving over. Once I arrived they took care of business right away. Four new tires later I'm out on the road. Cashier tech was a nice older man, and the tire techs were polite as well.

I was told to expect a multiple-hour wait, despite an appointment. A text asked that I call about my car. I called for over an hour to the automotive center and main line - mostly prolonged rings or busy tones. Ultimately, I was hung up on twice (through the main line), and I was never able to reach automotive.Service: TiresService: Tires

Disappointing service at 75th street location. Took more time to get less work than requested.Went in to get two tires, was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. 2 hrs later I was told I only needed 1 tire (good news) and the vehicle was now in the bay(huh?). The vehicle had been sitting in the bay for 2 hrs now. I arrived at 815 that morning to get in and get out, saw others receive completed service without complaint, but I still was not finished. After another 20 mins of work and 10 min of the tech figuring out how to back the car out and return the key(not to the service desk, desk personnel had to go retrieve the key), service was complete.Girls at service desk were pleasant, but techs were very inconsiderate of customers time. Does customer service matter anymore?

Had a few issues when I took my car in. Already had a horrible day and was ready to come unglued. I explained the issue to the technician when I walked in and he had his manager, Jerry, come back to speak with me about it. Jerry handled the situation very professionally, took care of the concerns I had, and left me leaving in a much better mood than when I came in. I don't know if I've ever left a review anywhere before, but this instance I felt Jerry was very deserving of the praise.

Edit from below review... took a closer look after getting home and they put the wrong size tires on. Paperwork was right but they put 205s on instead of 215s as it should have been. And that's how you go from a 5 star to a 1 star review.Traveling I-70 I pulled off feeling some tire vibration. Quickly found I was going to need 2 new tires as the existing were pretty old and tread was beginning to separate. Found this Walmart nearby and Gloria and Scottie got me in and out quickly without breaking the bank. They did it all with a great attitude even though I pulled in 30 minutes before quitting time on a Sunday. Thank you!

This was the worst auto service experience I have ever had. My husband and I just spent THREE HOURS waiting to get new tires put on our car. They didn't even pull our car in until an hour after our appointment time. The only reason they pulled our car in, an hour late, is because we kept asking when it was going to be worked on. Funny thing is the mechanics were chatting with each other out in the lobby and not concentrating on their work.We will never use this Walmart Auto Care Center again.The only redeeming factor is Amanda at the front desk trying to help us by telling the mechanics to do their job. Thank you, Amanda!

Don t bother trying to call to set up an appointment, I ve tried calling 5 times now, and have gotten hung up on each time. And all I need is some tires mounted. I ve been on hold for a total of an hour, only to be hung up on in the end. Ridiculous.

I went to get my oil changed and waited for 20 min before anybody came to my car. The problem was there was one car in front of me that the mechanic was finishing up on when I pulled up. The mechanic got in the car and parked it, walked back into the auto care center and did not retun. Finally a another mechanic came over to assist. There were two mechanics doing oil changes neither one acknowledged I was there. Was very upset very unprofessional in my eyes

Call inquiring about a car battery for a 2008 Mazda six wanted to see if they had it in stock before I even bother to drive to the store called for 20 minutes straight and each time for about 2 to 3 minutes the phone just rang and rang and rang and no one ever picked up the phone. Well you just lost my business to O Reillys or AutoZone

Walmart came through again in an auto crisis. Needed a oil change, battery, tires get in line they hook you right up. Different prices to choice from so you don't have to break the bank, and plus you under warranty. Who don't like "Walley World" I love Walmart...

Needed new tires. These guys ordered them for me. I read reviews, even though I come to this location all the time. A few of them talked about how long these guys take. So I came early in the morning. Very cool friendly dudes. Thanks guys! I'll be back for another pair soon!
