Very good experiences going here. Haven't had any issues. I'm fact, they noticed I had veteran plates and they took care of a technical issue without any problems or pushback. Great service! Thank you.

They don't know what they are talking about at all make you wait almost 2 hrs before they told me they couldn't do the service on my car. Told me wrong pricing had to drive all the wait out there because I didn't think my son had enough money just to get there and see that he told me the wrong amount. Extremely slow

So.....Flat tire repair and rotate tires. 45 minutes and then didn't do anything to it. Somehow a tire shop couldn't get tires off and no one said anything until I was there for 45 minutes then said....Oh couldn't do anything with it. What a joke

My door won't ppen from th3 outside. Wich I made clear from the start. By time my tire was repaired all the shop. Customers knew cause it was talked about like we was scum for it not working. Left very passed and not ever going back.

Way to slow, I was checked in at 7: 11 a.m . One gentleman ahead of me was getting to two new tires on the back of his car and I wanted to tire rotation. I got done at 9:16 a.m.

3 1/2 hours for three tires. Then was ignored because we did not want to wait another two hours for an oil change. Winfield, Ks. Walmart Service center is slow, hateful and inconsiderate. Not to mention my husband had to put the spare tire up because the tech could not figure out how to use a four way lug wrench

They are faster and there are no long wait times. They also have a waiting area to sit down in that is it's own separate room. Plenty of chairs and some magazines.

Pretty reliable.Not always perfect jobs, but just test things yourself before leaving-especially light replacements and valve stems most of all.

We arrived at ten minutes until 6:00 pm under the impression the hours were until 8:00 PM. Since a google search displays the hours until 8:00 PM. We were turned away saying no more business would be accepted because the store hours are only until 7:00pm. It doesn't feel good to have our business turned away over an hour before closing time.

Worst service ever! Messed up a standard tire rotation......Torked the lugnuts too tight, causing the studs to snap & tire to come off. Dangerous & it could cost someone their life. Never again- go to a professional! Go to Ark City Tire or Bulldog Tire, which I should have done.

They get me in and out pretty quickly and are very nice. Competitive prices and they can order specialty tires in a flash.

After purchasing tire I forgot to warranty out the unfixable tire. The guys over rode purchase to give my warranty discount.

They stopped taking tickets at 430 when they didnt close till 7 and only had 5 things to do. They're a joke.

change your hours on your website page. it says you guys r open til midnight but u only stay open til 7pm in the automotive department.

Guy took 30 minutes to run the two people in front of me threw the computer and asked them each the same question at least 3 times then put the wrong oil in my car and charged almost double what they were supposed to.
