I recently purchased a used vehicle online from their recent Hail Sale . Customer service was prompt and friendly. Both of the Jason s that worked on my purchase stayed on top of the paperwork and delivery. Even the delivery driver was very courteous and conscientious about making sure my vehicle made it off the trailer without any additional scratches. I love the car and it is exactly what it was presented to be. Everything about the hail damaged was disclosed before purchase. %100 happy customer here.

So iv had issues with this dealership the day I purchased my suv ...especially with the service side 2years ago I stopped bring my vehicle here because they tried to sell me one tire assumed I wasn't going to purchased one .ha ya, no used zeck in leavenworth, but recently, i have moved back to this area an decided I'd give them another shot ....big mistake simple oil change turned into needing a new oil pan an spark plugs I was under the impression it was recall then they decided to fix my tire sensor when I didn't ask them to. But I guess it was covered under my warranty but then to top it off this is how they left my rim an tire when I called them the next morning I was told this is tire lube an it will wash off ....I don't care what it is that's not how you leave a vehicle I find this service department with no customer service an incredibly frustrating.

I am amazed with the quality of service received at this dealership. I appreciate that Anson was not pushy and he insured we were taken care of. The service Manager Jason was also very helpful and made the car purchasing process very smoothly. We are very appreciative for the service recieved and I highly recommend working with these two gentlemen.

The team at Victory Ford are great to work with. We appreciate their approach with no pressure to buy. It makes buying a car enjoyable. This is our second car from them and will be back in the future.

Dealership won t take responsibility for their actions. Their tech left a rag inside the head of an engine when performing warrsnty cam phasers. No accountability. Never take anything here or buy vehicles from a highly dishonest dealership.

Had one of the smoothest and relaxed car buying experiences in my life. Jaysen is absolutely great to work with, and they had me taken care of and out the door in three hours. Truly a great experience, and if you're looking for a vehicle then this is the first place I would start. Will be doing business with them in the future

The ford member and the manager said to put it in the junkyard because they said it wasn t going to work any more and they still charged 300$ dollars for just looking on a computer and it didn t turn . We bought a tester at harbor freight and it showed what was wrong with it we fixed it got all the parts that it needed and now it turns on

Sadly after oil change and tire rotation car shook so much at highway speeds had to take it back and unrotate tires. Still shakes after undoing tire rotation. Just a bummer to take car in for maintenance and you leave with the car worse off after two trips. People were nice but results not so good.

So let me preface this review by saying I have been loyal this dealership for almost 5 years. I am partner and loyalty driven, not just with vendors but with customers well. Apparently that loyalty and relationship is a one way street. Monthly oil changes w/ tire rotations, all service work, brakes, tires- Through 3 work trucks, my wife s car, and recommending many people here both to purchase and for service, I feel like we have built a long standing history and understanding. Apparently, that was also one sided. The time has come to say, no more. Had my truck in before Thanksgiving, oil change, new tires and to check codes as my check engine light came on. VCT solenoid & sensors needed replaced. Total bill was over $3K. Two days later, check engine light came back on. Had some performance issues since then. Made an appointment as I needed another oil change (6k miles driven). Dropped it off at 6:45am and in 5 hours all that was done was an oil change. Apparently 5 hours was not enough time to get it diagnosed as well. (And apparently, by the attitude I was receiving, my frustration and expectations were unreasonable.)Communication has been terrible the last few times I have been in for service. To get communication I have to call them.I will let my wife leave her own review, but she won t even take her Edge back to them. It has soured her loyalty to the Ford brand. All I have ever driven and owned in 30 years has been Ford products. As I am in the market for two more service vehicles, because of recent experiences, I am sharing her pain and contemplating a change I never thought would happen.I know this review means absolutely nothing significant to Victory, its service staff or technicians. Which is a shame. Because even though we had a rocky start, they had been great to deal with for several years. For anyone considering using this service center and dealership, just be aware. You will be laughed at. You will be forgot about. They don t care about your time frames or requests. And, if you push back at all, you are the problem, not them.

Oil change went great in a timely manner. I had them look at my brakes concerned I might need new pads. They were just fine. They could have told me I needed new brakes and I would have been none the wiser, but they were honest and didn t try to swindle me.

I purchased a used car from them online, I live out of state. They told me they spent all night detailing it. When I got home I found out that they actually did nothing but wash the outside. There was perfume from the previous owner sprayed all over the back seats, makeup flakes inside the center console, lipstick where my phone would sit, and personal items from the previous owner, including her registration. I called to see if they would pay for me to get it detailed locally, they said no. Since I was unable to see the vehicle before purchasing I asked if there was any noticeable interior or exterior damage, they told me there was not. When I took it to get detailed they showed be that this vehicle had multiple panels repainted and it was not done by ford so it doesn t match 100%. I am very unhappy!

My husband and I had a great experience at Victory Ford! On February 8, 2024, we found a car we liked online, called to confirm it was available for test drive and arrived at the dealership around 4:45pm. Upon arriving, Ansen who answered my call, was outside waiting for us with the 2021 Chevy Equinox and promptly asked if we wanted to take it out. Ansen helped answer all of our questions and provided any information we requested. When we returned inside to discuss financing he was transparent, kind and easy to talk with. We decided to purchase the vehicle. The process took longer than expected, but it was also my first time buying from a dealership. Ansen and our financing guy, Jason, were extremely patient and treated us great. Even though it was past closing time at this point, they never once acted like we were an inconvenience and were eager to help us and do a great job til we drove it off the lot!

Took my F250 diesel in to take care of a recall plus some routine maintenance, and all went great! My service advisor Ariel was very professional, accurately answering my questions about options and costs, with no pressure tactics. Keep up the great work, Victory Ford Kansas City!

Not good. They informed me after they did my oil change that I needed a brake and coolant flush plush brakes and rotors for my back wheels. When I took it somewhere else to look into it I was informed I needed none of that. Management called me and I returned their call, but they never called me back. There you have it for their service from the top down.

Went in to get a new alignment with +3 to try and correct Ford Death Wobble on my 2014 F250. Tyler suggested I start with the new upgraded steering dampener. I did, and so far it's working well. Karly and Tyler were able to get it taken care of right then and saved me several hundred dollars. They both need to be rewarded for their customer service.

More concerned with making money than being helpful. Constantly trying to upsell. Bad communication.Takes a long time to complete work. Always winds up costing thousands more than seems necessary. Jobs not always done right first time.

Always efficient, knowledgeable people at Victory Ford. I drive 20 minutes past another location, just to get my oil change here. Everyone is so friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for service or a car, to stop in.

I was having a persistent air leak in one of my tires. The service department at Victory Ford was able to work my car in the same day that I called. I did have to wait about 1.5 hours for a diagnosis, but the waiting area was comfortable and refreshments were available.

The worst dealership ever. I absolutely despise bringing my vehicle here to get any type of work done because it s either the problem doesn t get solved or they create new ones! I could write a long list of things they ve messed up on or have been dishonest about but it s too much. Every time I take in my vehicle for a problem, another one pops up when I drive it off the lot. (I have to take it there because of my warranty or else I d never step foot there again.) And good luck trying to talk to anyone about what s going on cause they re terrible at communication w/ customers and the other employees. I can t wait until my warranty is up to never have to deal with these people again.

5 stars, plus!! I brought my 2001 F-150 in to be diagnosed. Ford did an excellent job. I was treated with professionalism and the technician had a great attitude. They found an issue which no other mechanic had found. Even though I didn't display the best attitude with the tech (mainly because I'd had enough of going from mechanic to mechanic) he continued to maintain his composure as well as a pleasant demeanor. I appreciate the thorough job Ford did. I would without a doubt go back if needed. Thanks Ford.

ZERO StarsEarly March of 2024 Victory Ford had a Black 2022 Ford Expedition with only 14000+ miles on it for sale. After a few days of looking around, my wife and I decided to go to the dealership on Saturday, March 9th to purchase it.We were told by the salesman that the vehicle was a manufacturer buyback with the reason being a clogged sunroof drain . Didn t make a lot of sense, and was certainly concerning, but we were assured that this was the only reason. To further assure us, they showed us the Carfax report which clearly stated clogged sunroof drain as the ONLY reason for the car being a buyback. We were paying cash, so the process didn t take too long. After we had signed all the paperwork and they took my check for many tens of thousands of dollars, a man leaned in the room and told the finance guy, hey we still need to do that other paperwork. I assumed that he was talking about another deal. A few minutes later that same man came back in with two sheets of paper. Turns out he was the new car sales manager, and the paperwork was the warranty work that had been performed in Texas by Ford on the Expedition. The new car manager folded up the paperwork and slid it in the paperwork folder and laughed about how he just couldn t believe that the car was returned for a clogged sunroof drain. I was never shown this report until they slipped it in my folder. It was the ONLY paperwork we didn't have to sign as well. They all looked me in the eye and shook my hand as I told them I was looking for honesty and to maintain an ongoing relationship with their dealership. To their credit, they did it with straight faces. The car wasn t quite ready yet, they were going to detail it and touch up some spots, so my wife and I left. It had less than ten miles of gas in it, so the salesman said they would put a half tank in. WOW! I m paying cash for a car, and they won t even fill it with gas. I started to have an inkling about the kind of cheapskates with whom I was dealing. The first thing I did when I got home was to read the warranty report. Guess what? Victory Ford bald faced lied to me the entire time. Within 14,000 miles of being purchased, the main screen had failed three times, the battery failed at 4 months, the brakes and rotors had to be replaced at 13,000 miles, the sunroof had a loose bolt and plastic bracket that was broken Oh and one more little thing; the transmission had failed! A clogged sunroof drain was NEVER even mentioned in the report. So the original owner had taken the car in for service five times in the first year and was finally fed up, reported it as a lemon and Ford Motor Company bought it back.I was NOT HAPPY. We immediately drove back to the dealership, and I got my check back, to which they agreed with no hesitation, as they knew they had been caught in their lie. They told me that they had no idea about those other repairs. That even though they bought the Expedition and had the warranty work paperwork in hand, they had never read it. What BS! They waited until all the paperwork was signed and the check handed over before they pulled their little scheme and put the warranty report in the paperwork folder. Brian Pringle claimed to be the owner, which was yet another LIE, he is just the general manager. Pringle was rude and raised his voice to me, and I called him on it. He told me he could do whatever he wants because it s his dealership. Look up which professions are the least trustworthy, and car salespeople are always at the very scummy bottom of the report, next to politicians. Victory Ford is the poster child for why everyone knows that car salespeople are slimy, sleazy, scumbag liars. How these people can sleep at night or look themselves in the mirror is beyond me.As of 03/12/2024 the Expedition is still for sale with the false information. They will probably get their sucker; it s just not going to be me. Like I said, Victory Ford from the GM down are sleazy, slimy, scumbag liars.

The Service Manager was terrible. He bullied me when we were discussing my truck. He kept asking if I was always like this. I stated this will be my third visit and you still have not fixed my truck. He said, I don t think we will work on your truck . I said, What are you even talking about or getting at? . He stated again, are you always like this, is there something wrong, are you having a bad day??? I told him he does not need to be a therapist. He kicked me out. I left but I could not locate my truck. So I went back in and they showed me where my truck was. As I walked about 20 steps for my truck the Service Manager yelled at me - Hey, did you find your truck? I turned around and said, yes, as you can see I am 5 feet from my truck . He said, oh I just wanted to make sure you found your truck . I then asked if he was taunting me or hazing me and then he asked me again if I was always like this. The Service Manager is going to get Victory Ford into a lawsuit if he has not already. He is threatening and completely off base and unprofessional. He scared me so I left and I reached out to my lawyer because it was the strangest and most dangerous event that I can remember.

Making an appointment was very easy. The technician that waited on me was so kind an knowledgeable. Informed me that my brakes were bad and needed to be replaced/repaired. I am very satisfied with the service that we receive. That's why I drive from Leavenworth Kansas to get my car serviced. Thanks so much .
