I have gone here a few times...today was bc I badly needed a new tire. These folks are the bomb! Quick, friendly, and I feel fairly priced!!

They had an Ad for 4 tires with 75% tread they confirmed they had them and I drove 35 mins for them to say they sold 2 of them already but just an hr ago they had them

Waited two hours for two tires, first they didn t have my size so we settled for small size. Then they had to go to second location for the other tire, then they brought a 20 tire instead of a 19 I showed up at 9:00am when they opened. Somehow they managed to take care of other customers while i was waiting for the two tires to be mounted, which i had already payed for.I finally got fed up with the wait, as i was checking to see if they were close to being done, the tire guy was trying to patch the tire with a cheap plug.At that point i had enough! Told them if they can put my old tires back on because i was going to take my business else where.I would not recommend to anyone! The tire technicians don t care about they work they do.This isn t my first issue with them, have had tires leak air in the past.I would give zero stars if i could!

They really cut me a deal. I got a flat tire, and they charged me $35 for a used tire. Perfect for just getting my car up and running quickly and for low cost. These guys were awesome and friendly!

Seemed like it took forever but I arrived early. Great price! Staff was so friendly and Alexander is the best!!!! Had an issue and he solved it fast! Awesome guy! I enjoy talking to the 2ladies(sraff) and was really good explaining everything and kept me updated on what was going on. I will recommend the. To everyone anx anyone. Thanks a bunch for excellent service. Made a friend today named Alexander.

Very fast service I bought 3 tires and I was in and out in less than 45 min. Used tires looked great and priced great! Facility looks a bit rough, but don t judge it based off that, the girl in the office and the guys were very professional and friendly. I will return in the future.

Great new or used tires at great prices. Bought 2 used Goodyear Eagles with a LOT of tread left (usually $$$) and had them mounted, balanced, and installed plus tire rotation for $135 out the door! Very quick, even on a busy Saturday. Customer service was stellar. I'll DEFINITELY be back!

Bought 2 vehicle batteries for my car and truck (I was told came with 2 month warranty) from this place but ...tried them and found that only one of them was good. Couple days later I went to take the bad battery back and was hoping to get it exchanged for a good one or my money back. I could not find my receipt so the lady at the counter told me basically that I was beat, without a receipt even though she is the same person that sold them to me in the first place. I left unhappy of course , unable to drive my truck now. I spoke how I felt about the situation and left. Idk how many others are done this way but I paid for a bad battery so therefore I was ripped off and have to pay elsewhere for another battery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY KIND OF BUSINESSES. BAD PRODUCTS ARE BEING SOLD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AND UNFAIR. DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Awesome experience this morning. Fast and friendly service. 4 new tires for an amazing price. I like them better than the original ones I had. All four tires for what 1 would have cost me anywhere else. Will definitely be back!

AMAZING SHOP!!! Don t read the bad reviews from people who think they are walking into Aristocrat Motors of KC to get their Bentley serviced... It s a small but extremely professional and quality business! The tire prices are insanely cheap yet high quality and the customer service is even better. They give you a 30 day warranty on all tires so if anything happens to your tires beyond that it s your fault... Go get an alignment after getting new tires or replace your shocks/struts like you should ANYTIME YOU GET NEW TIRE(S)!!! Bottom line is you are guaranteed a quality tire(s) that REMEMBER are used with a 30 warranty. Hands down best shop in KC!***Silver Ford Focus bearded man***

They had a set of 4 tires listed on craigslist for $180.00 I drove all the way out there and showed them a picture of the ad. They told me it was a "typo" and that the price was $280.00.

We purchased 4 used tires and had them mounted and balanced. Excellent price and awesome customer service. They saved us over $800 total with the purchase of 4 -almost new tires and installation and we couldn t be happier with the entire experience! We have recommended The Bullet Tires to friends and family and will use them again!

I usually don't do reviews but with my experience i got here i have to. Order new tires and gave a deposit and came at the time they said they would get here and waited 2hrs and half and the tires never arried. Will never come back or will recomend this place to anyone.

Good deal on tires but do yourself a favor and get them mounted somewhere else. I was missing a lug nut after they mounted mine and their impacts are cranked up way too high.

The employees at Bullet Tires were very helpful in finding me a set of four used matching tires. They definitely have a large selection and very fair prices. Highly recommended.

Called about buying a full set of tires they let me know they have my size 265/65/16 and that they would hold them but when I got there this evening, they were gone. the lady tried to sell me two sets of two tires that were different brands &treads or she could send me a full set 265/75/16 at a higher price and wouldn't be willing to match the previous price

They sold me a used tire that loses air. I have to air it up every night and it's flat again by morning. I went back with my receipt to get a different one and they insisted that they can't find a hole. So they put the same tire back on and told me it was my problem. I won't be back

So let s just start by saying we been to this place before and spent money with them now we have been here for two hours no rush to get us out its cold then the price changed several times on us no discount for the long wait. Then had showed up in our business truck and it was horrible after two hours of waiting my husband had to go tell them he would pay them more money just to us out of the shop. We stopped here to grab two tires before we went to work and this set our whole day back. It s bad because they laughed at everything we said and if they do not know about English too well then they need to always make sure they have a full English speaking person working I am really upset that I had to leave this bad review but I had no choice because we did not even get a discount at all for the long wait . Then the worked they had there did not even know how to work the credit card machine I felt robbed in plain daylight I will never support this business again and we support small businesses on a regular basis but this one is a no go and they are never going to refer them again ever in my life

This will be my choice for new and used tires. All of the staff are friendly, and very helpful. They got me in amd out, my wait time was under 30 minites without any appointment. I will be back!!

They installed the tires without balanceIng and the never told me when i ask they said machines Dont work !!! How you gone install tires with no balance !They employees dont know how to use the jacks he damaged the car !They are Using power tools on lugs just like kids playing they damage the threads and at the end they need to set a Torque those people dont know a thing!And be aware of their used tires its mostly junk and over priced check ebay you can get new for same price they apply tires shine to make it look newer !

Place looks a little rough but service was great. Staff was polite and got the job done cheaply and with professionalism. I do wish they'd clean the place up a little but if you can look past it then it was a really good experience. The image you get looking at it doesnt match the good service

*Edit* I had a problem with the tires I bought, they worked with me and we came to a good solution for both of us. *Be sure to inspect your used tires very closely before buying.
