Went in to get my tire replaced and they broke my hubcap to my truck and won t even replace it. Just take ownership

Went to the Minnesota Ave location and didn't have to wait. Very friendly and fast service and the price was way more affordable than other tire companies I had looked into. First time customer and will definitely be a returning customer

Good shop sort of low staffed, would be more better if they had 2 workers but overall good shop !

The ladies that work there are super friendly and nice. Nice vibe, always willing to help. Nice place to get used tires or your wheels rotated at a very fair price. I have been to a lot of tire places that are just rude and unfair. Whenever I come here, they treat me nice.

This used to be a great shop, but now it's slow and and the 14th Street location is poorly organized making their service even slower

Made a bunch of excuses why they couldn't put a valve stem in a scooter tire after I called and they said they could so I had to just buy the valve stem from them and go install it myself. It took about 2 minutes and no tools probably wouldnt go back

Texted and asked for a specific tire and they said they had it. I drove 15 miles to them and waited two hours to be told that the tire wouldn't mount.

the tires went up in price. i usually love this place because they only cost $30 but it was $50... that is crazy.
