This place has done me really good so far. The guys seem fair and upfront about what's wrong with your vehicle. I would recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle, so far they have done right on my expedition.

Man the manager was on the ball... Service was fast, prompt, and extremely professional. Did I mention the price was the cheapest in town? I plan on using them for anything moving forward. Wish I knew the managers name! They will work on anything including my mercedes. Thanks again gentleman!!

Thomas has been working on my cars for 8+ years now. I don't live very close to this shop, but I am willing to make the drive because they have always done high quality work. I exclusively trust RS Automotive with my business because they operate with the customer's best interest in mind. They aren't interested in racking up a bill for tons of repairs that aren't necessary. This shop has always been transparent with me on what is needed, and how much it is going to cost. I recommend RS Automotive to everyone I know.

All the staff are nice and professional I haven't had a bad experience yet and I been going here for 4 years. Went here based on google reviews so I'm going to leave my experience here. Took a Honda Civic for a new starter, 2 hours after it was supposed to be ready, still hadn't heard from them so I called and was told it was done and to come get it.Arrived 30 minutes before they closed, paid for the repair. Then was left alone in the office for 20 minutes before being told the replacement part was bad and they had to get a new part. Then promptly left me alone in the office for another 20 minutes after I said I wasnt sure I wanted them to finish the repair. When they returned they had already disassembled their work and sent an employee for a new part. Car was running when I took it here, would have had to be towed away. I don't fault them for the part, I fault them for the utter and complete lack of communication that left me without a car and missing an important work event.

Waste of money to come to this mechanic. All he did was check to see if my car had a check engine life for an inspection and that s it . Also told them to flush my coolant . They did not even do that . I got my car back and my coolant was completely empty and my coolant that I had in my truck was in my back seat spilled on the ground of my car !!

Awesome repair shop. Dropped my car off at 4pm one day, they had it diagnosed and quoted within 1 hour and they had it fixed and on the road the very next day. I recommend this place to anyone

Hot as ever outside My air decided to stop working called this shop spoke with Thomas, rHe said No openings I was like really then he said come on in He ck'd out My air put dye in to find possible leak and recharged it (Cold Air Again) at n/c.....He said lets see how long this hold. 2 days later no Cold air again He had other work to finish up but referred Me to a shop He assured Me I'll like and were just as reasonable.....MOKAN

Don t go here if you want honest and upfront communication. Own it when you mess up and make it right with your customers. Don t make lousy excuses and then do NOTHING to make up for terrible customer service. Maybe it was an off day but still not an excuse.

They Take time out to see what's wrong with your car just by pulling up if their not busy, and don't give you no bs or try to get over on you. And help you find the best prices on parts

I usually do all the work myself. But when I don't this is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. And know that I can have my family in it and they are safe.

Took my truck to the shop February 21st and for them to replace the oil pump finally got the truck back after 2 months didn't even make it home before the engine locked up on me ... this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a auto repair shopService: Engine repairService: Engine repair
