Drove from Omaha to get a brand new GMC Sierra here because I couldn t find anything like the deal they had here locally in Nebraska. My experience from top to bottom was awesome. The salesman Paul Hill was down to earth, and made the process easy. I came in on crutches from having recent surgery, and he helped out to make it easy as possible on me moving around the establishment, as well as helping me move my stuff from my previous vehicle (trade-in) to my new one. The finance manager I dealt with was very informational, and easy to talk to as well. He ended up beating the rate offered by my personal bank. All in all, would highly recommend this place if they have what you re looking for!

I have bought several new cars in my life, but this was the easiest, shortest, friendliest, and most convenient of any. Everyone I met treated us with kindness and respect. Our sales lady, Renee McCubbin showed us the car, answered every question and was a total delight and the new car manager, Kim Warner, was very nice and professional, also. All in all, I would highly recommend Randy Curnow GMC Buick for anyone in the market for a new car in the KC area.

Didn t even have the truck I was buying and then I got it. The motor is completely covered with dirt. Truck was not clean. Windshield wipers are no good it s a very sad situation. I don t even know if I get free oil changes or anything I spent 34,000

Took my car in yesterday for a issue to be diagnosed & hopefully repaired, since I waited for a day where they could keep my vehicle all day & they said they were wide open. I also added an oil change since it was almost due. I told the service dept I would need a ride when I made the appt. They said no problem. I drop it off @ 7:30am & got a ride to work. The gentleman who drove me was a super nice guy! He mentioned he only works til 2:30pm, so I called the service dept at least 4 times trying to get thru to a real person not voicemail. I also NEVER heard about my vehicle diagnosis after leaving a voicemail. I couldn't get a live person to find out about a ride back. I was literally stranded at my office with no car & my office closes @ 3:30pm. I had no idea when they said "no problem" on the ride into work that they couldn't give me a ride back! Needless to say I called my Daughter who left school to come & get me. I didn't want to pay for Uber when they said they offer rides & are open past 4pm. They told me the diagnosis when I finally got there to p/u my car. So they only did the oil change when they had my car all day. (And the diagnosis) I could have went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change & been in/out in 30 mins. I've never used this shop for maintenance & I never will again, sadly...

We drove from Norton, KS to look at a couple of their vehicles. We purchased a 2022 Durango, and it was the BEST dealership experience that I have ever had!!! We worked with Renne and she was amazing! They are all down to earth and are truly there to make you happy, not just make a sale! They all have earned our business!

I bought an SUV from here 3 years ago. 2 head gaskets blown in September. I haven t even put 30K miles on the vehicle since I bought it. I also regularly maintenance the vehicle. I have a warranty on the vehicle that I purchased through the dealership. Warranty company stated they would only pay bare minimum. Not even the amount I actually paid for warranty. The dealership brokered an agreement with the warranty company to give the full price of the warranty back. The catch was it would have to go towards a down payment for a vehicle at the dealership. I m sure the agreement was if you give her the full price of the warranty then we will put her back into a warranty once she buys another vehicle from us.i spoke with finance to cancel my warranty. Spoke with the warranty company a month later and they advised they never received my signed cancellation request from the dealership. Due to the poor customer service I bought my Lincoln MKX from another dealership. I am now still waiting on someone from the dealership to send over my signed warranty cancellation. This was signed at the beginning of October and today is December 7. I ve left several voicemails and no returned calls. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE

I would not recommend there service department very poor communication I brought my 2013 gmc Acadia in because I was going into limp mode on my way to work called my warranty company told me to take it to a licensed technician mind u there was a engine code that was reading for a ignition switch Jared insured me that he would figure it out come to find out it was the battery so they tired to hit me with a 470 dollar invoice for putting a brand new battery which of course my warranty does not cover so I ended up paying 300 bucks to get my car back very poor communication Jared the service rep never called my warranty company nor did he tell me I would be paying almost 500 bucks for a new battery very shady ppl just watch what they do and say cuz they definitely out to get your money l!!!

Extremely poor work. Replaced hood finder bumper and grill took 4 days longer than estimate not even one body line were it should be, I went to dealership because I thought it would be done right, never again, had alignment done also steering wheel is crooked also, body shop is a joke, so are the mechanics

If I could give Randy Curnow service 0 stars I would definitely do so, however, in order to leave a review, I have to leave at least one star. On 12/14, on my way home from work, my check engine light came on. Had it towed to Randy Curnow service, I was told it wasn t a guarantee they could get it looked at Friday because the schedule was full, but for sure first thing Monday, 12/18/23. I completely understood due to the fact that it was late Thursday evening. Monday comes I don t hear from anyone about a diagnosis. I called at 12pm to speak to Heidi, my advisor her VM was full. I tried to get through to her 3 times and wasn t successful. I spoke to a nice lady by the name of Destiny, I believe she may be a receptionist, she had to go track Heidi down, get the diagnosis (engine lifters) and advised me of what was wrong with my vehicle. Destiny explained to me that Heidi would get in contact with my car warranty company and call me back within the hour. Never got a call from Heidi for the rest of Monday. Tuesday comes and I still hear nothing from Heidi as far as if she submitted paperwork to my warranty company or not. I call to speak to her supervisor, Kevin, he finally tracks her down and they both call me back. Heidi s excuse is it s just so hectic she hasn t had time to call me. I was understanding. She told me she had submitted the paperwork and she was waiting to hear back from my warranty company. About 30 mins later I receive a call from the warranty company stating they ve been trying to get in touch with Heidi, but haven t had any luck. They state they hadn t received any paperwork to start the approval process. Wednesday 12pm comes and I get a call from the warranty company again, still no paperwork. After numerous times I never got in touch with Heidi, instead I spoke to Destiny and she got ahold of Heidi and said she states she sent it, but will resend it. Thursday comes no new information. Friday comes and I received word from my warranty company that they sent the approval to Randy Curnow Thursday evening around 7:30pm (I do realize they were already closed by this time). Friday comes, I speak to Kevin, supervisor, he states that they ll work on it and if it goes into Tuesday, 12/26/23, they ll finish it. I hear nothing from the dealership all day, Tuesday, 12/26/23. So once again, I have to be the one to reach out. Mind you, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental from Friday, 12/15 to Friday 12/22, my car warranty only approves 7 days max that they reimburse me. I went all holiday weekend without a vehicle and still without a vehicle. I spoke to Kevin, yet again today, 12/26/23, which if you ask me, he doesn t deserve the title of supervisor. He asked me what I d like him to do, I stated provided me with a loaner to which his response was I don t have any. I then state then cover the cost of a loaner and of course he wouldn t agree to that. He assured me he d be the one to keep me updated daily until my vehicle is fixed. According to him I d be without my vehicle until Thursday morning, 12/28/23. I ve taken my 2015 Yukon Denali to Randy Curnow for EVERY service it ever needed. Needless to say, I ll NEVER take my vehicle to Randy Curnow for service EVER again. Horrible experience and you can bet I won t refer anyone there either. I ll update if needed come Thursday when I m supposed to get my vehicle back.

I brought my Yukon XL Denali in for an electrical issue early December. First diagnosed as weak battery. Two weeks later back as vehicle was dead on several occasions. New battery and software update performed. Over Christmas the vehicle was dead on several occasions again. Brought back in early January. Another software update and rear hatch module replaced. Two weeks later back again due to vehicle being dead. Now I was given a rental and vehicle at dealership for over three weeks. During this time little if any communication on what was being done. Calls and voicemails to dealership and service rep went unanswered. Finally got my vehicle back and appears to be working now. Never did receive a copy of the completed workorder, as requested, to know what was finally determined to be the problem. Terrible communication overall.

Absolutely horrible experience with the service department. They agreed to take in my work truck after the neighbors at AutoKraft started working on it and couldn't get it running after 2 weeks. The mechanic noted that AutoKraft had changed the heads and not changed coolant and oil. The diagnosis was that the bearings were washed out and the whole motor needs to be replaced. AutoKraft agreed to pay for a remanufactured engine to be installed. 2 weeks later they were still troubleshooting an idle misfire on the new engine. They said it was drivable but needed to tear into the internals of the motor again. I picked up my truck with the idle misfire and an agreement with the service managers Kevin and Heidi, that I could bring it back in a few weeks for them to continue to make it right. I came back a couple weeks later and informed them of an oil leak that started as well. Kevin said he would check on the warranty process and then get it scheduled in for repair. I called back the next day to get it scheduled in and tell them that a warranty claim had been opened with the engine remanufacturer. Kevin told me that they were no longer interested in working on my truck, they offered no warranty on the work they performed. Now I still have a misfiring engine with an oil leak and went for an entire month without my work truck. I also spoke with Craig the GM and partial owner about my issues. He just told me that he tells his service managers to never take in the older vehicles, because there is always problems and they just aren't profitable for them to work on. Absolute disgrace to GM, the company my grandfather and uncle both retired from.

Leased my second car in as many years from the Curnow team. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. No back and forth, no worthless dealer add ons, got the price and it was exactly that when I showed up to take delivery. While other dealers are charging over sticker and adding $1600 of worthless add ons the Curnow team is just selling cars with no hassle. We will be back!

This dealership is shady at best. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in August. Turns out I didn't like the vehicle as much as I thought so I started a search. I found a vehicle with Randy so I emailed on the vehicle. The rep acknowledged me as a returning customer multiple times and even said he would get me a better trade offer because I was a repeat customer. The offer came in $13k below what I paid for the car just over a month ago. I vocalized my displeasure and got a return call from what Randy calls a "Manager". During the conversation he coitized the value I was asking. Once I explained to him I was a returning customer he said "that wasn't with the Cameron dealership, that was purchased in Kansas". I'm fully aware I would lose cash, but $13k after 33 days??? Its funny how I'm a returning customer when its favorable to them, but when its not my business meant nothing.....

I just have to tell everyone about my awesome experience I had today with Randy Curnow. So a few days ago I was driving and my new Buick Encore 2020 GX light came on with something about a steering issue. This concerned me because the dealerships were closed at this time and it seemed serious. Well first thing today I reached out to Randy Curnow and spoke with the amazing RAFAEL, who was diligent in taking my call. Once I dropped off my vehicle, he consistently provided timely updates and was very genuine. He arranged for a shuttle service to get me as I expressed concern getting there AND since my vehicle is still under warranty it was all free of charge. Thank you Rafael for a terrific job and the driver who came to get me. It really eased all of my worries and I was back on the road in no time! Would certainly recommend this place to anyone!

We went in to Randy Curnow to check out their selection of 2019 GMC Terrains. Sylvester happily greeted us in the parking lot and showed us what they had to offer. We figured out what we wanted, and Sylvester quickly and easily found exactly the car for us! He got us what we wanted, even our color choice, at a fantastic price. He was helpful, informative and cheerful throughout the process. Alicia was just as friendly while helping us wade through the mounds of paperwork involved, and made it painless. We drove out of there the same day in exactly what we wanted, at a price we wanted. Great team! I highly recommend Randy Curnow Buick GMC.

My first service experience was very poor. I came in for my first service change and a warranty issue with a driver's side puddle lamp. I was told that it would take nearly an hour to perform the service and another hour to inspect the puddle light. Thankfully it took less than that. They told me I would need replacement part which I already figured. That it would take 30 min to put on. I said I would said. Then a few minutes goes by and I was told it would be this afternoon and that I would have to come back. I said I could come back by 5:45 or so due to work. They said that parts closed at 5. I told him but they were open till 6? He (Josh, the service tech) said he would take care of it and to see me at 5:45. I was ready to check out and then he proceeded to run to the restroom "real quick". That took nearly 10 min of me waiting. Then I wasn't explained what all went on with the service, what was performed, etc. other than to see you later. They had misplaced my wheel lock so I had to go back inside and wait another few minutes for them to find it.I came back around 5:30 and was promptly told by the same guy that parts was closed and they didn't have my part. He then went to go check, 10 min later he came back and told me that they were in fact closed/locked and that I needed to come back again tomorrow (Saturday). I was beyond furious at just how things were ran and lack of communication.I came back the next day around 12pm and was told it would take 10-15 min to fix. Then it took closer to an hour as they figured out it wasn't the light but a low voltage problem. It appeared to be fixed which was good. Then he told me I was good, still not giving me any sort of service paperwork and no explanation of what was performed previously.It just wasn't a good first time experience in my opinion.

Changing my review from 5 starts to 1, 0 if I could! I brought my 2 cars here for hail damage repair.... 1 car I was offered a free diagnostic after I asked about an oil change. I am told my car is done, but when I go to pick it up no diagnostic or oil change has been done I have to bring my car back. So I do, suddenly some thing breaks on my car while they're doing the oil change- no big deal. I'm ok with getting that fixed, I want to now what else needs to be fixed with the diagnostic anyways, and that gets fixed as well. 30 MINUTES AFTER I PICK UP CAR#1 - MY AIR CONDITIONER STARTS BLOWING HOT AIR! It's making this crazy winding noise and it's NEVER done that before. I bring it back the next day as soon as they open, the guy says it sounds like my air compressor before even looking at it. When I ask why that didn't show up in my diagnostic, he says that that diagnostic machine is being serviced and that I "have really bad timing." And after spending over $1500 on car #1 with them, he tells me to go to Firestone so THEY can fix my A.C. which just so happens to be right next door. Then he said, "Hey at least it won't be hot today, keep your chin up."Car #2 - We picked up our 2014 Dodge Challenger and it's got marks all over the car from them marking where they fixed the hail dents. I turn on the turn signal and it's blinking like it's out. So I go to the auto parts store up the street, get a new light, go to put it in and THEY NEVER HOOKED MY BLINKERS BACK UP. THEY ALSO DIDN'T HOOK MY WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID BACK UP. All this was before my A.C went out on car #1 which is why when it started to blow hot air, I simply took out back to them hoping this was something else they decided not to bother hooking up.After my family getting 5 vehicles from them, countless oil changes I can say that we will NEVER EVER go back. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of.

We were traveling and lost power on the freeway on a Saturday. We called the closest Buick dealer & spoke to Josh, he said they were closing in about an hour but bring the car. We got there and he said it was transmission but wouldn t know how severe until Monday so he gave us a car for the weekend. On Monday he called we needed a new transmission & was trying to get one that day but that didn t work out so he arranged a rental car so we could continue our trip. When we got back the car was ready, we drove from Kansas to Idaho no problems. Thank you to the mechanic that put in the transmission but without Josh this situation would ve have been a complete nightmare. Can t thank him enough.
