My son paid $600.00 of his hard earned money to repair his car to get him back and forth for his first year of college. My son shared what the issues were and he was charged $120.00 to run a diagnostic. Shortly, after the repairs, the same issues still persisted with the car.I had a different mechanic fix my car and asked him to run a diagnostic on my son s car (which he only charged $50.00). He shared that his tool read engine issues, which should have been picked up by Ricardo s tool, if his diagnostic tool was efficient. Why would you charge a college student $600.00 if that wouldn t fix the engine issues? How come your tool didn t pick up those issues? And why wouldn t you take responsibility and make this right?The mechanic who fixed my car, knew something was wrong the minute he started up my son s car. He told my son the car didn t have much life left in it, not to drive it.My son and his father went back to Ricardo and he did not make things right. Ricardo never showed the diagnostic test to my son or his father, before or after the repair.*My son s father s family suggested Ricardo. I be they won t make that mistake again.*The pictures posted are from the mechanic I used to run the diagnostic.

My wife and I were moving from MInneapolis to Houston last week . As we got to the Kansas City area, my engine light came on and had no acceleration anymore. We pulled up to an auto zone miraculously and hooked up the equipment to figure out what part was bad. Someone suggested taking my vehicle down the street to R.M Tech Automotors. Walked in the shop and told him what happened. And he was able to fix my vehicle in a matter of thirty minutes while my wife and I played with our dog on the side of his shop. HE BLESSED US!!! Forever grateful for people that spread the love and help others out in time of need! Thank you again for you help and service! Everyone in the area knows the location, but it is now R.M Tech AutoMotors. I had hard time finding mechanic to work on my import and my friend mentioned Ricardo. So we've chatted and he gave me a good quote. I brought in my luxury Suv and they did a fantastic job, they are a life saver.
