Luke and the team did an amazing job. 2010 Jeep Wrangler that got backed into on the door and rocker. They did an estimate on a Tuesday. Got it in the following Monday and done within 7 days. Not only are they responsive, the quality and service is top notch.

Luke and his shop has always been good to me. Had auto body work or quotes done there at least 10 times. Never felt ripped off.

Great body shop great work.Brought my car here after my first accident, auto body work, and insurance claim and they made it as easy as could be while explaining everything to where I understood what was going on.My family will be using them for any future body work issues!Service: Body & Trim

Best body shop in town! Would highly recommend, they really know what they're doing. Can't even tell it was ever damaged and I'm pretty sure my car came back waay cleaner than I left it. Quick service, everyone is so friendly and they even dealt with my insurance company when insurance quoted me a used part for the repairs after my accident. Just wasn't an option for my vehicle and I would have never known the difference so thank you! We will definitely come back if we ever need a shop again!

I have used Pringles Auto Body for as long as I can remember. Yesterday, 8/17/2023, I had a 2 p.m. appointment to get an estimate on some damage on my truck. I had made this appointment more than a week earlier.The lady in the office took all my information, and we were waiting for the owner to arrive. He was outside with a couple, so then she said she could do it. We went outside.The owner took the couple inside as we went outside, and the lady went back inside with them. I was left there standing by my truck waiting to be helped. No one came back so I left.I had waited for over a week, had an appointment, and then this happened to me.I have been a customer for more than 20 years. I will not be a customer any more.

Pringles did a great job with my car. Everything came out great and my car is back to looking as good as it did before.

Had work done a couple of years ago. Very nice work very professional. Took the same car in almost three weeks ago with some new dents. Am still waiting for an estimate. Was told i would be receiving the estimate via e-mail. Nothing. I called on the 12th of May and was told the estimate would be sent to me before noon. No estimate. If the e-mail is a problem they still have my phone number and address to contact me. To bad, they do very good work. Guess to job was to small for them to bother with.

Had to bring my truck here after an auto accident and the people here were so great it happened before Christmas and they were amazing at talking to my insurance company and allowing for more time for us to use the rental car and was able to save up the money needed for my deductible. I would recommend this auto shop to any one they do great work and are very reasonably priced. If I need a auto shop again I'm definitely using them

They fixed the bumper on my Jeep and it looks better than the original bumper. Hopefully I won't have to go back for repairs but if I do I know the work will be great. Customer service is great also.

I took my car to Pringles to get my bumper repaired. They did an amazing job, fixed it at the best possible price. Luke and Pete were very nice and super helpful on any question I had. Not only is their work very nice but the customer service is wonderful as well.

Above and beyond is the only words I can come up with for this company! This is my body shop for now on, Pete & Luke are amazing, they really care about they're customers & they're customer service, I'm really big on customer service & they stand behind they're performance. I'm very pleased with this company, best one I've ever been too! I wanna give a BIG SHOUT OUT!PETE & LUKE THANK YOU

My car had to go back to the shop several times and it was never repaired correctly repaired over a year time. Poor workmanship and customer service. If you care about you're vehicle please do not use them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
