Complete morons. Called and set up appointment for alignment. Dropping truck off, the tech informed me their caster alignment machine isn't even working. Then during pickup was treated with disrespect by a fat worthless tire changer who obviously didn't know what he was doing in the office. He couldn't locatea work order or the keys, told me to go check in my truck for them, 200' across the lot... We've taken 3 different trucks for alignment and none have come back properly aligned. Absolute joke

Complete jerks treated me like they was doing me a favor and being forced to then acted like I was trying to steal something stoped mid service and demanded payment probably because they knew they wear severely overcharging me I paid $1000 for a $250 tired I would ve never use these guys but they re the only ones I had it in stock and I was on the side of the road

This shop has been one of the best I ve stopped at across the country. They really know how to take care of customers and make sure their prices are fair. Alignment, shocks and a pm service. Will be back for sure. 5 star across the board

Love this place. They are above all honest which is hard to come by. Great on communication and no surprise charges. They will be my go to from now on when I need work on my cars and will highly recommend to everyone I know.

We've been using this mechanic/Tire shop for over 8 years. The guys there (Aaron, Dave, Brian, Mark, Kevin) are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair and clear. Highly recommend without reservation.

Aaron was very helpful in replacing a loose bent gladhand plus I was in and out of tire bay in 30 min for 2 new trailer tires. Excellent service

Aaron and his crew were able to fit my truck in on short notice and stayed after closing to finish the job for me. Went above and beyond expectations, highly recommend!

I guess they're ok. The guys in the shop weren't that friendly. To sum it all up, they ended up telling us that they couldn't help us anyway because the guys didn't have enough skills just to take a tractor tire off the rim SMH LHH so we didn't receive any services that day.

I had a last minute tire problem. The guys were super friendly and validating! They were able to get me in and out of there right away and provided feedback to my questions. Totally recommend Pomp s for all your tire needs!

Very professional service from the front desk to the young man taking care of a tire needing repair. Very efficient, in-and-out very quickly. Price right on point. Will definitely recommend them, and be back to order a couple of tires for my truck.

I needed a front tire change and an alignment on my Volvo truck. My colleagues recommended Pomp's tire. And, indeed, I have not been disappointed at all. Many thanks to Brian, the weels alignment mechanic, who went beyond the extra mile in his customer service. He patiently explained the forecoming repairs and then even found time to help me get in touch with the dealers of the extra parts. A quality place with good people!

I came here to get a flat fixed, was told they didn't have a door right at that time and was told to go outside and wait, that they would let me know when a door came available. Are you serious? Go out side and wait? What happened to you can have a seat here in the lounge if you like. Then when asking for a quote on front tires, he acted like it was a hassle. Very disappointed in this place this visit.

This Pomps location has the worst service of any Pomps I've been at. I'll avoid it if possible. The ownership really needs to get some good help at this location.

They were quick and got me right in for 4 tires. When they were done they checked the torque of each lug nut with a torque wrench before they let me pull out.

I dont leave many reviews but this truck repair shop is top notch in service and time..Aaron the manager and his crew saw me right away and not only fixed what I needed gave suburb service. I will always come back if im in the area.

Not worthy of even one star they sell products that they won t back I don t care if it s foreign or domestic or who mounted and balanced it a tire supposed to be round if it s not round it s a defective tire
