I don't trust my car in the hands of ANY other auto repair establishment. I have a 2010 Dodge Avenger so I have an older vehicle that I'm maintaining to avoid a car payment. My vehicle is well maintained but I've had to have some repairs. They replaced my radiator and oil gasket. I take my car in for routine oil changes, they have serviced my brakes and they recently did a tune up on my car. As long as my car keeps getting me from point A to point B, I will continue to take my car to Parkway. I live in N. KC and the drive to KS is well worth it. I have referred family and friends and they too have had great service. The prices are always fair and they get you in and out. They always call you and tell you how much repairs will be before they start any work. Jason and crew are amazing!

I've been going there for several years and they ate the most honest and fair repair shop I've ever been to . Hands down, if you want great service and very good prices, check them out, and you won't be disappointed. From a very loyal customer. I give them 5/5

This is my second time using Parkway for repairs. (Front in axle and water pump replacement). Great work, and I was able to get my car in for repair and return on the same day. The cost was reasonable too! Employees are very helpful when you ask questions and address your concerns.

A shout out to this place!!I walked in because I had a low front tire and asked if they could help me out. Without hesitation the guy at the desk said yes. He didn't have to. He was busy. I truly appreciate it.

We were visiting family, and the alternator went out on our van. Tim and his team got us in and replaced it in a timely manner and guaranteed their work. They helped make our holidays a little better by taking care of our van!

Tim is the one of the nicest people you can ask questions, He does what he says he is going to do, they even showed me videos of what they were doing to the car so that I could understand what was happening before they fixed it

First time bringing my car here and I like how honest the employees are and didn't try hustling the bill up because I'm a woman. I brought my car here for a second opinion to see if the ball joints needed to be replaced. The mechanic said they were still good so that saved me a lot of time and money. I will definitely bring my car back for future service.

So far so good had problems with my front end ,they didn't try to up sale me anything honest place and people this is my first time taking my car there and very pleased with the work....Thought I needed more front end work they were honest and only replaced what was needed good prices and great service....Definitely use them in the future...

We ve traded with Parkway for YEARS. NEVER AGAIN!!! Since Tim retired, his son has destroyed customer service. He acts as though it s a burden to fix the problem. He has a rude mouth. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Very sad to see his son run the customers off.

This place fixed my motor mounts and two weeks later; my car shut off while I was driving. I got it towed here. He said my motor had went out. I had never had any issues w/my Challenger. I had never taken it anywhere but the dealership but twice. Both times I came here and BOTH times I had to bring it back due to issues w/the repair.

Had a flat tire and was going to have to wait until the morning to get it fixed and be late for work. The shop stayed open late for me and fixed my tire!!! Awesome service!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

In the past I had a tech or two that were questionable. I have dealt with these guys for years, and they stand behind their work. Which is why I keep going back to them time and time again.09/20/23, yesterday was a good example of why I go here. I bought a new/used car. I have a check engine light, they couldn t diagnose (smart car). I will have to take it to Mercedes. Apparently Mercedes is the only one to have the diagnostic machine to tell me what needs to be fixed. Parkway Service Center, didn t charge me for looking at it

These guys are professionals and highly efficient. I drive a Nissan Murano which stalled completely out of nowhere due to a faulty wiring. Took them to Parkway service center yesterday and they fixed the car by today. The guy in the front is also very polite and PATIENT. Plus these guys charged me reasonable money for the fix. So 5/5 recommend this place.

Best bang for your buck out of a mechanic hands down. They are fast, efficient, and do the job correctly. Also did I mention extremely reasonable pricing? I have a fairly rare make and model of vehicle and there was never a problem with any repairs it needed. If your not bringing your vehicle here your doing it wrong!

I don't trust my 2010 Avenger with anyone else. It seems like a lot of shops try to rip you off. Especially if they assume you don't know better. I've had poor experiences with other auto repair shops but never with Parkway Service Center. Tim and his crew are awesome! I recently had my oil gasket repaired as well as a housing component for my coolant. The cost was reasonable and the service amazing. They actually take time to explain what they're doing. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Your car will be in great hands.

They're wonderful mechanics. My dad and my brother bring their vehicles here and we all have been going to them for years.They not only repair your vehicle, they also explain everything in detail and their honesty and integrity is outstanding. I appreciate them.

I come here all the time to get my oil changed. The service is fast and friendly. It s also super easy to call to set up an appointment. I would highly recommend if you need a car repair or your oil changed.

Parkway has been my go to for about 4 years now. Jason and Tim are down home guys who dont sell you on anything other than the truth. Helpful and easy to work with.

They were very nice and personable, and I feel like they were very honest regarding the issues with my car and did not pressure me in any way to have additional work done that was not requested or needed. The only slight negative was that I didn't receive a call when the work was complete and ended up having to Uber to pick up my car, as the ride I had arranged was no longer available. They are busy, though, and that's understandable. I'll definitely feel comfortable and confident taking my car there in the future.

We have used these guys a couple of times and have been blown away by them. They know what they are doing, are fast, reasonably priced, and honest. All I can say is WOW!!!
