I am not a car guy and I stopped at the location by my house which is on shawnee drive. Nick was there to greet me right away. I explained I'm not a car guy and if he had a minute would mind attempting to help me. Without hesitation he said he would definitely take a look and see if he could help me. I'm a GM of local restaurant and I was super impressed with his professionalism and he didn't act like it was a bother. Definitely someone I'd keep around if not promote. Thanks again Nick for taking the time to just be a good person.

Went in the store 4:43 pm. They have one customer in the store and two ladies at the front. I came to get my battery replaced since it is under warranty. The lady said we do not install or remove batteries and it s only two of us here and neither of us know how. so WHY are either of you working at O REILLY AUTO PARTS!!! Your useless !!

Delivery is noted as a service OReillys provides. Don't count on it! My husband is a shop owner in another part of the state & does considerable amount of business OReilly auto each month. Rethinking that now. NEEDED a battery for our personal vehicle while traveling but they wouldn't deliver because we weren't at his shop. Thanks for NOTHING. Customer Service much?

Wrong part. Even after we called. Drive 1.5 hours to get days post Then they were rude on the phone. Went to a different O'Reilly auto part store for correction.

Like all the Orielly products. But this store is 50/50. It used to be a pretty good store and never had any problems. However, in the past couple years or so the store has taken quite a turn. From closing early to no open sign ever on at night. All the employees are in the back for some reason. The manager isn t there most the time. And finally the attitudes given when trying to purchase anything or ask a question. I definitely would just take the extra 10 mins and go somewhere else. Convenient location, poorly ran.

Will never go back to this store again. Bought an alternator and stater come to find out we didn't need the starter at all. Box was never open so my husband returned the starter and when they opened up the box they said the starter was used when it should have been a brand new one so they will not give us a full refund. Idiots there either didn't open up the box at all to look at it before they gave it to us or someone took the new one out and replaced it with an old one. I will be contacting the Corporate Office.Note: Always look inside the box before purchasing.

Employees don t know what time their own store closes, got there at 8:30pm, they close at 10pm (according to google they close at 9) . There were 3 cars in the parking lot and multiple people inside the store (obviously buddies with the employees) kid comes and unlocks the door says we re closed then shuts & locks the door again and walks off. One of the worst stores in the area, if you ever have to go to an oreillys go to the Nieman road store. They know how to deal with customers and are more knowledgeable about parts/cars than this one.

I have consistently had issues with not getting the right parts over the years so I tend to avoid O'Reilly. Mistakes happen, I understand. They always took care of the problem courteously but on more than one occasion it ended up costing me more time and money.

Was a bit understaffed when I was there and the staff that was there seemed like only one of them was capable or willing to use the register. Also everything in the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned or dusted in 15 years. Took me about 20min to get wiper blades... It's auto-parts tho so because need is pretty much maxed they can do anything and still sell stuff.

It says 9 not 8:55 It would have taken us 3 minutes to grab the hose we needed and to check out. Respectfully stop being so incredibly lazy and then smirk at us as you re leaving for the night. Early.

Yes, my Jeep ...Real Estate Twin City... taking pictures of your home, then sending you your very own post card... Lot20 Black & Veach, Notary of Beaver County went over contracts in Smithey Addition and you know take your soul, and children, dumping them in Osawatomie State Hospital, Chippard you were right..about taking KCKPD down... vehicles..there is no instead of theCoverup with German Pontiac Grand Prix Racing Series

I am giving this compliment because it's deserved. Paulo GOT UNDER MY CAR LIKE A DAMN MECHANIC AT A SHOP to see what size filter I needed. Daniel gave me a fair deal on my oil because I was told of a different special on the phone (well done) and Luis was more than helpful discussing my options on messing with my heater core. I got to say...all 3 were very polite, professional and knew how to take a joke! Best experience I've had in a long time. Paulo ACTUALLY GOT UNDER THE DAMN CAR...thank you guys! I told you I'd write this review because now a day's customer service is s***. Not with them! Bueno!

The people at this location are usually very nice. I am not confident in my knowledge with car repair and maintenance but no one at this location has ever made me feel belittled or embarrassed for my lack of familiarity and it is appreciated.

This location lies about it's hours. Never stays open when the hours online and store say 10pm. They have been closing B4 8. Not away to run a business.

Staff is friendly, and prices are competitive. If you don't know much about cars though, good luck getting good and accurate information from the employees. You'll have better luck researching online

After driving an hour to your store there on Shawnee drive got there at 8:15 for nobody to be there your hours clearly says 9:00
