CJ or TJ was great, helped me with quite a few things and I dropped in unexpectedly. I even stopped by the next day to donate a few things that I wasn t using. Great service and seven better people! I will be back! Go to the one on State Ave!

Store Manager Adam was very helpful. We were stranded on vacation and he got us the parts and tools necessary to get our vehicle fixed. Wish I had more stars to rate this place and manager.

The staff at this location is top notch. I drove to this location 2 days before I was to leave for Rome. My car was having trouble starting and to say I was stressed out is an understatement. Daniel diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road within the hour! Austin and the whole staff were super friendly and had me laughing by the time I left. They definitely made me feel like family.

I think the folks that work here mean well but there is a reason it is noted to be a huge conflict of interest in offering to work on peoples cars or recommending others who personally work in cars.My elderly mom visited this location for one of the workers to offer to fix her car after scanning it for her, he replaced a part but not the part that was indicated as to be the major problem, then completely ghosted her.Then I went in with her to pick up the right part where we were advised from the cashier he would not recommend we try to fix it on our own and recommended his personal friend who works on cars to be called, I has been a nightmare to get it done.Today I called Heartland in Basehor and made an appointment as my mom canceled the appointment she originally had when the employer stated he would be happy to help her. Should have never took the direction from the cashiers at this location, a total mess is all it has been.Keep in mind the second recommendations came right out to my moms to charge her the 65 to scan and said it would go towards the cost of fixing the car, haven t seen him since .. excuse after excuse but boy did he make it to her house to do the 5 minute scan and collect 65.00

Great location, knowledgeable and friendly employees who are actually eager to help you out. More like a family owned setting the a work place. Everyone needs a raise and a pat on the back.

This location has the ALL time best staff I've ever met! My car stopped and died on me in the middle of the road.. I managed to make it here and the outcome was that my battery needed to be fully charged. The night staff made sure to make me feel comfortable like family while I had the longest wait ever.. but I enjoyed every moment of it!! They laughed, joked and worked professionally all at the same damn time!! They made my night much better. I love these guys!! Keep up the great work fellas you all need a raise!I'm a very satisfied customer!!

They had what I needed, it wasn't too expensive, I was helped immediately, I was asked if I needed help finding something, the service was friendly, and they asked for me to repeat my business plus they helped me to open the door when I left. Now that's service with a smile! This, in today's world of business, is too rare... if the shopping experience was like this everywhere, then many places of business would still be in business and customers would be lining up at their doors. Thanks to the O'Reilly staff! Keep up the exceptional service.

This location has the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I came in today for a battery test. Of course I needed a new battery, 2015 original battery. The guy that helped me didn't hesitate to replace my battery, even after we found out it was behind the passenger seat in the floor. Wowzers! I was sure he would say to take it somewhere else, because it's 13 degrees and more work than most installs. But, nope. I pray he is blessed all his days for being such a blessing to others.

Driving after a big snow I needed to replace a windshield wiper. The gentleman was so friendly and offered to install it for me. In about three minutes, he looked it up, pulled it for me, checked me out and installed it. he was so kind and happy to help. Thank you

I went in for replacement light bulbs for my work van and on my way out they asked if they could help me install the new bulbs. It was so nice for them to help me out and get me on my way quickly. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable.

They had the rental tool I needed and I used it right inside the store fixed brake line and Left friendly service people

I had an electric problem with my truck and I was fully prepared to replace the wiring harness and pay the cost. Time was of the essence and I didn't have a chance to completely troubleshoot the problem. Travis at O'Reilly quickly diagnosed and ran the problem for me and narrowed it to a simple fuse problem saving me a lot of time and money. Great job by Travis and the O'Reilly team. I will definitely use their service in the future!

I stopped in on my lunch hour to get a brake light bulb, ended up adding a wiper blade...Abraham was great and installed them both for me. Made it back to work in plenty of time.Consistently friendly, quick customer service. Thanks Abraham!

Good parts, they will do your best to help find what you need, if needed ask for someone with a bit more experience in a hard to find part. Most thing can be ordered in by the following morning assuming you are not in early enough to get it by 8 pm out of the warehouse.

Staff is not helpful and like to mumble derogatory statements about customers under their breath... Be glad I was with friends cause they for real saved u from getting snatched over the counter fat man. You don't even know how close you were that day.

Ive always been an oreilleys customer over other parts stores. I like the way they work to make sure you get what want and fast... Their employees are almost always ready and willing to go out of their way to help indtall some parts on the spot like wipers or a light bulb or battery, and even scan your car if check engine light is on, and they even have those specialty tools you may not have in your toolbox for rent free of charge... So you can do that job yourself and not pay the dealership or another mechanic the outrageous prices they charge for a job you can do yourself...Thanks Guys & Gals of O'Reilly's

For approximately thirty years, I have been using Western Auto. Sometimes I have used Oreilly's for better deals now and then. The customer service has always been great. If they didn't have the part, they would take the time to find the reference numbers and order it. One night I went into Auto Zone, asked for a y-connector for my Suburban. The man went around the corner, talked to his friend for five minutes, then told me they didn't have the part and could not even order one. Thanks for taking the time to help people, even for a part that does not cost much. I am now an Oreilly customer. Hopefully for the next thirty years!

O'Reilly's at 79th and State handle ALL of mycar part needs. I am a mechanic and earn agood living at it, especially with the care andrespect that I receive at this location.I've had a commercial account with them for several years now and they always go above and beyond in order to see that I am taken care of.

I had gotten my tags stolen. So I got a replacement tag. There was one other customer in the store who finished and left before I took my part to counter. I am disabled and asked for assistance but they wouldn't help me. So I left the part and left the store. I will never go there again.

Its cool if you know exactly what you need and can articulate that nomenclature to a sales person should there database be rendered inept through pure happenstance or your desire to have a non oem part/ orm clone.
