I came on recommendation of a coworker... It's a great place to work and I'm still there!!!! Absolutely LOVE the place! A wonderful workspace filled with Happy worker's ___to get you the RIGHT replacement part you need- The FIRST time and EVERY time! BT you won't SEE us, just like The North Pole? The majority of the elves stay outta sight!

Very pleasant guy We had to rent a fan wrench set. The Google map shows the location to be in front of the warehouse but it is located on the back side of that warehouse but we found it got what we needed we returned and they were very pleasant and helpful Thank you

Had to go in 3 times to get the correct belt. My fault for not double-checking their work and making sure it was correct. But I trusted the people behind the counter to do their job.

I was very upset at first because the part that I ordered was not found until I left the store and they found it and called me then I came to get it the next day and they couldn't find it again but eventually the day after that I came in a third time to try to get the part which they had in the old dude at the counter gave me a discount and it was much cheaper so I'm not really going to complain I just I didn't understand. I think I ended up getting a better deal because of the mix-up but I know stuff happens

The store employees are helpful and friendly. However, I've gone in multiple times and they don't have the motor oil I'm looking for. It seems to be out of stock and they are not replenishing the empty shelf space.

Didn't have a friction ring for 3/8 impacts said we don't carry stuff like that even though it's to work on a car and I thought it was a car part store but it look like the rest of the selection was dwindling anyway

Nick the parts advisor has been an absolute blessing for me and my bestfriend. We had a smaller task that was a bit time consuming. He was very polite and sincere towards our situation. I went in looking for fuel injectors and shocks and the lady was rude and didn't seem like she really wanted to help me. She was huffing and puffing and had a attitude. I was asking her a question about the fuel injectors and she just said I don't know and sighed. Really should reconsider who you hire for the front counter, maybe someone without an attitude when the customer didn't do anything to deserve it.

I have never posted a review before, but I have had unbelievably bad luck with this store. I usually go out of my way to use Napa, but this location give the company a bad name. The last three guys I have spoken with at the front desk are rude and unhelpful at best. Earlier this week I came in with a odd radiator hose that needed replacing. Because there was no part number, they were unwilling to help. Another napa store 30 min away from me searched on their system for less than 5 minutes before they found a suitable replacement part. Just yesterday I came in for a hydraulic part. They told me they would likely have the part in stock, but would not search for it in their database or retrieve it from the back because they were not familiar with hydraulic couplings. Most recently I came in to have a fitting replaced on a hydraulic hose. The hose was in perfect condition, given I had the hose made just a few months earlier at another napa. The fitting failed because of user error, not napa's. They insisted I had to buy a whole new hose assembly. Again, 5 minutes at another napa store fixed the problem. The other store even gave me half off the fitting for this stores ineptitude. Ridiculous that other stores are apologizing for this locations behavior.

I have had some good luck here before but today was a different story. I was ignored by an older employee with white hair and glasses while he talked to a co worker in back. He was forced to come up front for a phone call when he asked if he could help me. When I asked for a code reading on my truck he refused to help or look up the codes. Told me he doesn't read codes. That I can go home and look it up myself. Appalled with the lack of respect and help I received for being a frequent paying customer. I will never be here again I would much rather take my business to O'Reilly.

My local store in Arkansas didn't have the flexible exhaust hose that I needed so I called this store and they sold it by the foot. Awesome or so I tought so I drove 45 mins out of the way to get. Once I get there they inform me that they don't sell it by the foot and only have 25ft rolls... I needed 3 ft.Very disappointing to drive this far out if the way after being told it was sold by the foot only for it not to be sold by the foot. The website even says it is sold by the foot.

No one asked me if I needed help with anything. I was the only customer in there for at least 10 minutes, and I stood in front of the counter for about 5 minutes, after I looked around for about 5 minutes, and still no one asked if I needed help. Finally someone asked what they could do for me. I know they were busy with phone calls and other things, but someone could have at least said that they would be with me in a few minutes.

I called ahead and the gentleman had all the correct parts ready for me when I walked in the door. He even made sure I got all the best discounts when I went to pay.

All you will need most likely here for vehicle parts.I forgot one of the guys answers the phone using speaker and is so loud everyone can hear. That is very unprofessional to me and very obnoxious!! No one else really wanta to hear that.. I was about to enlighten him but I left it alone. Maybe next time

The amount of inventory is impressive because it is their hub. Since its inventory covers about the size of a city block, it may take awhile to get the parts you want to the register.

Napa sells car batteries that are made in the USA. That's one of the reasons I shop there. The battery we bought had a 7 year warranty, the first 2 years at 100% & then 5 more years at a depreciating value! This is a top of the line battery! We paid $135 for the battery.We also bought new battery cable ends, pads for under each terminal and dielectric greese to keep crossion away.This is a full service auto parts store with a huge variety of parts, accessories, fluids and complementary items to select from.

The slowest of the dooe it's crazy how hear nobody greet you when you walk in nobody offers to help you you stand there people standing there talkin here cursing from the back just not a pleasant experience and it's not wasn't my first time it took four trips for me to finally say okay enough said enough and switch part stores all together and I'm not just talking personal supplies my job and where were bigger account of theirs buyers beware

Napa is Napa. Good store. You get what you came after. Don't have to return visit like some O'Re...... some other stores. And they sponsor Chase Elliott. Can't go wrong with that.
