When I had an accident I didn't have time to call my insurance before another tow truck came and took my car away. They refused to take it half a mile away to the repair shop. They didn't give me any card to reach them and I looked for it for over a week. When I finally did find it it was ransacked and all of my belongings that I couldn't get at the time were gone. Including expensive sunglasses and important paperwork. Among other things. They also took the only key I had and between them and the repair shop no one did anything to fix it or find it. It was a total joke and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Be careful who you give your things to and make sure you always get pictures and cards, information...names as much info as possible. This would have been a total nightmare if I had to pay for everything but thank God for insurance.

Witnessed today 2/19/24 on Highway 9 in front of Water Works a MAXX Towing Truck illegally using red and blue flashing light bar, no other color. Not a government company, and not in an emergency speed. I waited for it at a stop sign, thinking it was Police related, when I didn't have to. Deceptive use of police colors.

Went here for my very first car auction. Went specifically about a 93 g m c Yukon 2 door that I was wanting to buy. And was lucky enough to get to do so. Its got a little damage but with me being a Bodyman and little work she should be good as new. Thanks Midwest you guys rock!!!!

Love this place. If you are a Drive away driver this is the place for you. They are Driver friendly and the pay is GREAT. DEFINITELY NOT like other carriers. I RECOMMEND

The tow driver stole my wife s car. He never asked her where to take it after the accident, never provided even a business card, much less any explanation of charges or destination. Predators, plain and simple.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Ordered a custom vacuum truck from Flowmark. The truck took twice as long to build as Flowmark stated. Midwest Towing picked up the truck on Thursday the 20th of July in the morning. We are 27 hours from the factory. A CDL driver can drive 14 hours a day. When Mike Hammer from Midwest finally got back to me he stated an eta of Wednesday. This is 6 days to do a 2 day job. We are losing business because the tool that we ordered to do expensive well paying jobs is more than a month late. Mike is now unresponsive.

What a great Job!!! The customer service on the phone was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Tim, my driver was extremely nice and did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous, and was highly skilled. I cannot thank him enough. He got to where I was quickly and got my vehicle home and put in the garage for me. I cannot thank MidWest Tow enough for helping me out!!! Thank you Tim. I really appreciate all of your help. I will never use another Tow company!!!

Spencer B. was GREAT. We had a Dead battery! and he was absolutely terrific. With all the snow the area had on Sunday 12/15 he had been working pretty long and hard helping people. Pleasant and personable. Really appreciated his work ethic. Merry Christmas Spencer.

Our truck broke down in Bonner Springs and AAA used Mid West Tow to tow our truck back to the house. Vincent was the tow truck driver and he was AWESOME. Very nice, knew what he was doing, professional, and parked are truck perfectly on our driveway! He showed up earlier than we expected too. Thanks Vincent for your help and being personable. We had a good experience and will recommend this company and Vincent.

It was a great experience from scheduling my son s car to be towed to the delivery of his vehicle. Patrick was personable, quick, and placed the vehicle in the exact spot I requested. We will definitely use them again. Excellent service and staff!

We had a flat and unfortunately didn t have the tools to fix the flat. I used AAA and they sent out Midwest to help get the tire changed on the side of the interstate. Spencer called and gave me an update and got us back on the road quickly. Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. Just wanted to give him a shout out! Thank you

Anytime that I have used AAA they have sent Midwest Tow and I am so happy that they do! Always a great experience and friendly service. Though, I do have to say that Austin is the man! He has helped me two separate times with a flat tire, the first time he was there in under 20 minutes and the second time he was there in like 10. I don't know how he knew that I needed someone there ASAP but he was like a knight in shining armor coming to save me! Plus he is super kind and does a great job even when it is FREEZING outside! Also, I cannot remember the name of whoever came to tow my car the next day from my house to the mechanic but, he was awesome as well, just not as awesome as Austin...he's #1!

Great experience with Midwest Tow. They arrived on time, Garrett, my driver, was 100% professional and patient. Took great care of my car and explained everything. The price was very reasonable too! Next time I need a tow, will definitely be calling Midwest!

Good people man! I had just got off work and caught a flat tire ! A driver name Patrick Flynn saw me on the side of the road and pulled over and changed my tire for me ! I really appreciate him going out his way for me and I didn't even call them ! I'll make sure to keep his card for any future unexpected services I may need! If the customer service is this good from someone who is not even a customer yet I just know that they will go above and beyond for they're customers .Thank you so much Patrick and midwest tow service !

Patrick was a big help, with the patience and friendliness you'd never expect from a tow driver. Got the job done quickly. Also mechanically knowledgeable and helped me figure out what went wrong with my truck. Great driver of course.

My car broke down on the highway and the first company the insurance sent me had a 2.5hr wait time. Patrick from Midwest Transport Specialists was there in under an hour. The drive home was quick and he provided a calm and professional attitude the entire time. I will definitely be going through Midwest Transport Specialists, should the need arise.

My husband's starter went out while at work. I called Midwest tow and transport and TJ was very professional and extremely helpful. Tim and Curtis were great! I have never had to call a tow service before and they were nice, professional, and got me home quickly. Very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend Midwest Tow Service to anyone in need of a tow!

What a great tow service. I had my tractor towed from 50 miles south of Kansas City, the driver Dustin could tell I was frustrated with the situation, he helped me out with something to eat and drink after sitting in the hot truck for an hour waiting. He was very helpful with the service center staff and even took me 15 miles to a motel.5 Star service Definately recommend.

I called for a tow for my son's pick up truck. Patrick was the driver who came. He was extremely helpful, courteous, kind and calming. He was going to change tire instead of towing for me however his spare would not work. He then went above and beyond by helping me find a tire in stock at a shop and making sure I ended up with the correct one. I am so appreciative that there are still good kind hearted gentlemen that will help out as well as do an excellent job on the tow. Thank you so much again.

Patrick is the coolest dude. The wait time was 2 hours, he showed up in half the time.His personality rocked our world and was super helpful. I hope I don t have to tow another car, but I hope to see him again!!!

All I can say is WOW! Dustin was my driver and he was absolutely awesome. Very fast, high quality truck. I have a lifted truck with a trailer and it was no issue with no harm to my stuff. Just wow, these are the guys to call when you are in need!!!!!

I called this company to provide, me a service that they clearly provide but after I was advised that the tow truck would be to my in 40 minutes. However, after many failed attempts and unsuccessful tried via the phone, the driver showed up six hours later. I have never seen such odious, service in my life.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The young lady in the office was very cordial and helpful in dealing with my son's first experience in dealing with a wrecked vehicle. They made it easy and painless. Will be using them again in the future if necessary.

I ve been having trouble with starting my car the last two weeks, had to call for a tow truck three times, had the starter replaced, still more problems. It sounds cheesy, but that changed when Midwest responded.Javier from Midwest was highly professional and truly went above and beyond. The guy could probably double as a counselor because his personality and demeanor alone reduced my stress level. I was stranded without a working car, laundry and groceries needing to be taken home, fearing I would need a tow to the place that fixed my starter, probably would ve paid a ton to fix it again. It was a Saturday night, Labor Day weekend. Had plans, would ve been without a car til Tuesday.Javier jumped my car and got it running. He said I should go to O Reilly s and get the battery checked, maybe buy a jump pack. I had to stop at my apartment first and didn t want to leave my car running or unlocked to be stolen (because that would happen where I live). JAVIER OFFERED TO FOLLOW ME HOME AND WATCH MY CAR AND JUMP IT AGAIN IF HE NEEDED TO. Who does that? His job was done. He could ve left to his next tow job, but he chose to make sure I was set.Because of Javier, I got my battery checked, it needed to be replaced. I still made it to my plans I had that night with a lady friend and I m not paying RACKS to fix problems that aren t there. I told him he deserves the best review he s ever had. Javier legit LOVES his job and has a passion for helping people in desperate times. If everyone at Midwest is like that, you gotta call these guys. You re getting taken care of.

A driver by the name of Logan helped me. He gave me a ride from KCK all the way to Topeka. He was super friendly and nice and made sure that it was not an awkward trip. He was very professional and kind. I would hire him for every tow if I could. Thank you Logan. On June 12th 2020 had another tow from this company with a different driver Vincent was his name. I had the same great experience as the time. He is very polite and professional and took great care of my car even tho it was broke down. He has respect for his carrier. Great job again midwest tow.

I receive service for towing my vehicle from a young man named Leland Quint. This young man was very courteous and helpful in my time of need. I will always and forever contact Midwest Tow Service for any vehicle whether it's family members or friends I would always request Leland Quint as the tow truck driver. This young man was very patient. I would never call any other Tow Service other than Midwest Tow service if you had more young men like Leland Quint in the towing industry cars would be broken down city to city just to have his service. Thank you again mr. Leland Quint you are very awesome and very professional

Nick came out to tow my car but was able to get me on my way by changing my tire. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and followed me for a bit to make sure there wasn't something more seriously wrong with my car. I can't say enough good things about him and my experience with Midwest Tow.
