I normally do not write reviews, but felt compelled to actually brag about this awesome used car dealer experience, which I believe is rare this days! They sold me exactly what I needed, less than my price range, and without any pressure!! Joe was very knowledgeable, honest and upfront. No hassles here and their prices were less than other places. I trust them 100%. Love my used Honda CR-V.. This is the only place I will go to for an honest deal!!

Rosedale is the best! I smashed my passenger mirror & they ordered the part for me & changed my broken mirror in five-minute flat! 10/10 experience - would go again!

This is the best place to buy cars. Wonderful customer service and great vehicles. I have loved both my cars that I have purchased from Rosedale Auto Sales. They have safely gotten me across the state of Kansas many times. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car. You won t be disappointed!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I recently bought a car under the impression that there were no problems, price was great, but there were hidden problems that were not disclosed to me. I was told there weren t any problems with the vehicle later to find out there were various problems. Rosedale continuously told me they would fix the issue but never did. Long story short, the dealership was dishonest with me and held information from me knowing the risks of me reporting the situation but completely disregarding it in hopes of simply making money and not having the problems reported.

Horrible experience. Found a vehicle online, called ahead before going up to look at it amd test drive it but it just so happened that they had it on a lift to paint the hubcaps... First of all whats the point of that. And second we called ahead. Talked to the gentleman and said we would be back in the morning. Called on our way up there just to find that the car was sold to a customer that was already in line for it. It would have been nice to know that there was someone else interested and to be there before they opened if we wanted to get it. Their lack of communication sucked in this situation.

I just purchased a truck from them and will definetely check their inventory if I'm in the market for another vehicle. Quick and easy sale, no run around. I would recommend to others based on my experience. I was referred to them by my finance company and thier price was better than comparable vehicles at other dealers.

I had a good experience with Rosedale Auto! I've been looking for 3 weeks for something to replace my 2005 Ford Focus, and found an affordable option and they were flexible with pricing which is why I chose them in the end!

BUYER BEWARE! NOT men of their word. I've bought 2 vehicles there. The first was 10 years ago and turned out fine. But this past December I bought a truck from there during a snow storm; my old 2WD Ford was crapping out and I needed something newer and 4WD asap. I told them about my past experience buying a vehicle during a snow storm and getting home with it only to find hidden hail damage; they went out of their way to assure me that there was some hail damage but it was ONLY on the roof of the vehicle and pointed out that it was NOT on the hood. I saw this point and agreed and took them for their word (my mistake, as I should've learned by now that car salesmen lie, I should have and will forever more go over the entire vehicle with a fine toothed comb). In short, there is hail damage down the entire driver's side of the vehicle from some past, driving midwestern hail storm. I know the had to have seen it and just not disclosed this info to me, as he had just used the truck all weekend, before the snow, to take his boat to St Louis (who uses a car from the lot for their personal fishing trip?); I know because A) he told me and B) he still had fishing gear and miscellaneous crap in the bed that had to be cleaned out (very unprofessional).Furthermore, it was during this trip to St Louis when he had to have gone about 25 miles an hour the whole way, because the Avg Fuel counter on the dash was listed at over 14mpg at the time of purchase, no doubt to make the truck more enticing, because I haven't managed to get better than 11mpg since that time despite my best efforts.As if that weren't enough evidence of their untrustworthiness, he told me that I had to pay them my taxes on the truck within 30 days, not the 60 days listed on the temporary tag. BALD FACED LIE. I paid it on the 60th day out of spite.I will never shop at Rosedale Auto again and I suggest you do not either.

I have bought more than once car here, and have always been happy with every part of the experience. They are not a buy here (at high prices) and pay here place, so I thing the negative review I saw about problems with payments was confused.

You can see cars by appointment, but no appointments Sunday or if you don't agree to a price before even test driving the car. Rediculous, poor customer service that makes you feel like you're being taken advantage of. Sketchy dealer at best!

Just bought a truck from there now that they have new sale men's it's a good places to shop for a new car...They don't pressure you on buying any car.. They will help you find the car that your comfortable with.... Definitely recommend this dealer ship

This dealershipnis so disorganized.I bought a car from them at the beginning of the year and have had many issues since. I also no longer have the car due to it lighting up on fire while I was parking it. Its almost impossible to get a hold of them and the only time they call you is to collect money but they dont record that you even gave them a payment half the time. I wouldnt go to this dealership regardless of how bad you need a car.

Bought two different vehicles here. Both reasonably priced. They also said if we ever needed anything for the vehicles that they would help. New tires, etc. We will shop there again.
