I just bought a new car here and two wonderful people that helped make it so much easier Lauren and Dylan. They didn't try to pressure me into buying something like most other dealerships do. They didn't blow up my phone or any constant emails about any cars. It was very easy and relaxing finding the car I wanted and up to buying it. They answered all my questions and honestly. I would recommend them to everyone I know. 100% happy with the customer service I got from them and seem like genuinely good people! Especially Lauren, she told me all about the features of my new car, and didn't get any vibes of annoyance or being talked down to, which being a smaller women happens alot but she was great! Again, I would recommend talking to them if you're looking into buying a car.

We bought a 2024 CRV today from Aaron Clark and Caiden Rempel. When we arrived Aaron greeted us at the front door and was very polite and patient. We had lots of questions on the features and trims and Aaron didn t skip and beat and had every answer for us when we needed it. Caiden worked with us on the numbers side and we felt very respected and not pressured. Both were very professional, patient and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend! Ask for them when you go, you won t regret it!

Bri and Victoria were wonderful! They let me borrow a loaner car until my new car arrived, and were patient with me while I was debating between my favorites. I love that you get to test drive without someone from the dealership. They were respectful when discussing final numbers and allowed my husband and I time to talk privately. Everyone was very nice! This is my first purchase of a Honda and I couldn t be more excited! Thank you!

Today I bought my 2024 CRV EXL. The car I ve had my eye on for so long now! When I got there Aaron Clark greeted me and walked me through the whole process! He was very polite, patient and answered every question I had. Caiden Rempel worked the numbers out for me and got my payments right where I wanted! 10/10 recommend them! Will be back to them for my next car!

Arick and Lauren were great during this whole process. I traveled from Lincoln, NE because this used car was the exact trim I wanted, they understood and allowed me to hold the car. Lauren was very respectful that we made a long travel and was very rapid with the paperwork process, so we could get back sooner the same day. Arick was great help over email he responded very quickly and helped answer all my questions.

I didn't initially expect that my visit to Legends Honda would end up setting a higher standard for car dealerships, but that's exactly what happened. Caiden, Greg, and everyone on the sales and customer teams there have raised the bar--I never felt pressured, baited, or subject to any of the typical dealership sales tactics & nonsense I've come to expect. There's a more customer-friendly approach to car sales, and these folks are onto it. Honest, straightforward talk and fair expectations appear to be the name of the game there. Great job, highly recommend!

I purchased many cars, and I have to say the Legends Honda sales team (Lauren, Caiden) made the purchasing experience very easy for me, and I didn't feel pressured to buy. I would recommend Honda Legends to anyone, including families who need a minivan. Come out and say hello to them today!

Absolutely no attention to detail from the beginning of this atrocity of a service call to the end !Misinformation from the attendant led to making an appointment to get service that was not covered under a recall ( it was the other doors)So they went ahead and replaced said other doors parts without me ordering the service !This service could not have gone more wrong!No attention to detailDamaged multiple things .. left greasy substance all over the interior !Dumped my yeti cup in my passengers seat !On the final visit when repairing the window switch that was nonfunctional after I got my vehicle back the first time, they put a small hole in the window tint and denied doing it !You can see the way they put the arm rest back together as well in a few attached pictures! It s crooked on one side by over 1/4 and just screwed down tight !!Ended up without my vehicle for 4 days for a 2.5 hr job ! All for a repair I would have chose to pass on if given the choice when I thought it would take a few hours !The attitude was given was that I was just asking too much !The managers reply after saying he was certain they didn t puncture my tint because he watched it the entire time! Was and I quote we aren t going to be able to make you happy !There s actually too much more to even include ..The bottom line! Apparently my car wasn t new enough or had too many miles on it for Honda @ Legends to offer their best service the communication and attention to detail were atrocious !The staff made an appointment for repairs at no charge to me that were not done !!Instead UNAUTHORIZED service to items that were not damaged resulted in damage and messes that were much more of an I convenience to me !The hole in the tint in the window is 100% the additional damage that your manager is claiming you re certain you didn t do !With all of the other indisputable instances of inattentive or negligent work as well as the age of the tint ( and the assessment by the company that installed the tint ) suggest that you are certainly the culprit for this hole ! It doesn t take much , bumping into it with a screwdriver or and rigid instrument or object. But wait , you re saying that the manager watched every second (4days!!! lol) and it s impossible !This vehicle did not obtain 310000 miles on it from me not paying attention to detail!I realize it s not new, but I have kept it up well and depend on it as a reserve vehicle for my second income ! I made that clear as well ! The age and miles on the vehicle seem like an irrelevant point that actually demonstrates exactly how you approached my vehicle from the start and offers an explanation !The damage to the drivers window tint was 1000% not there when I dropped it off , or when I spent 15munites cleaning the greasy substance from that exact window that was left from your team after the first attempt to service the vehicle which resulted in numerous other spills and ultimately the windows not functioning !You are correct ! Your facility is not a good fit for me ! Authorized service that does not result in further damage or tea spilt in my passengers seat or scratches all over the top of the door panel ( which I literally watched happen ) ! Etc and so on Would have been adequate !Oh. And again thank you for the loaner car, since you brought it up!! .. I have some more pictures to post of when I picked it up ( it was covered in mud , dirty enough that I didn t want to touch the outside, I had to wash it immediately)Furthermore , your employees told me when I inquired about documents for the loaner car that would allow me to utilize it to continue to work , that a manager would call me back directly within a few minutes!Which never happened, then 2 days later when you reopened I inquired and was given the response the loner agreement is all we had to offer . !So the loaner car resulted in me spending another 15$ to wash it , but not being able to use it! But thank you for the gesture !

I was doing some preliminary shopping for a vehicle and found some vehicles with the trim level I was interested in. I just wanted to sit in one to see what the interior was like in person. Ended up taking a test drive and a few days later took it home. While the cars are the same dealer to dealer, the friendly, approachable and transparent process really encouraged me to buy a car from Legends Honda. The process was fast, no pressure, efficient, and frankly the best experience I have had when buying a vehicle from a dealership. Arick and Chris were both fantastic and made the process easy. Special thanks to them and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I been wanting to do a re-review and as I was driving today I enjoyed the ride so much I was like, let me re-do that.The sales team hooked me up. That's all there is to it. Even got me a lower interest rate rolling over a loan. Khalil, Miranda, and all who had a hand in it. Thanks. And thank you for your patience with me. I think I really messed up in some things just not thinking before I speak, but Im thankful to you all. I recommend this sales team 100%. So much that I tried to convince a man to buy one when he asked about it. Very happy with it.

So happy that my husband and I were recommended here to purchase our new family car! We honestly had no intent on buying a new car, especially one brand new but we're happy that we did! We were able to get an amazing deal on a new Honda HR-V and are so happy with our purchase. Brianna and Arick were absolutely amazing, super friendly, and patient considering my husband decided we go look at cars 1 hr. before they closed, haha. They stayed behind a bit to help sign papers and get us to our new vehicle! Will absolutely recommend this location anytime. May even stop by here before to long to upgrade our leisure car! I have to be honest I was geared up for war. We needed a new van and we were just going to go test drive one we were NOT buying. But Gregory and Victoria were so delightful, the experience was so nice, and the price was so good, that we ended up walking out with a new Odyssey. The highest compliment I can offer is that I would buy another car from them tomorrow, and I would send anyone else looking for a car to them.

We purchased a new Honda CR-V Hybrid two weeks ago from Khalil and Dylan. They were friendly and professional. There was no pressure and the entire process was very easy. We are very happy and would return to buy a car from here again. This was the best experience we have had buying a car in a long time.

This is the second vehicle that I ve purchased from the (Legends) auto group. this time I went with Honda. I gotta say the whole process from the first phone call until they handed me the keys was top-notch! The used car manager, Dylan in particular was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership seemed eager and willing to help me with the car buying process. In a time of utter turmoil in our nations economy and ridiculous supply chain shortages. This experience was definitely a bright spot. Kudos guys!

I went in and inquired about a Camaro SS that they had, took it for a test drive and fell in love with the car immediately! Went in and talked to them about the price and then took a day and searched around for something equal for a comparison and couldn't find anything even close. They were the most aggressively priced dealership I could find anywhere for the type of car and options on the car. Went inside and dealt with Esmeralda, she answered all of my questions about the buying process, ran numbers for me as I tried to decide how much I wanted to put down and printed out the results so I could take it home and use it to decide what I wanted my payments to be. The whole dealership is very helpful without that stuffy robotic business feel but still very professional at the same time. All in all it was a great buying experience, I felt like I got a good deal on the car, and they make you feel like family as well. It took about an hour to do the paperwork from start to finish, as most things are done online now, been a minute since I've bought a car. I contacted them the day I was coming up to look at it one more time before deciding whether or not to pull the trigger, they had the car sitting by the door with a full tank of gas, fully detailed and ready to roll. Signed the papers while everyone congratulated me, then jumped in my new car and took it home. It's my second purchase from the legends stores, my first having been my wife's Fusion from Toyota. Both stores are a great experience as far as buying a car goes and I would definitely buy another car from either store should the need or want arise in the future!

Excited to get my 2024 CR-V EX-L. Caiden sales rep was great working with all my questions and getting this vehicle ready for me. Staff was pleasant and courteous through out the process even with our two huskies nosing their way through the show floor. Though I still think buying a car was more fun 10 years ago! I'm old school and enjoy haggling over price and options!

I recently purchased a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport and I love it. The team working at Legends Honda were all so nice. They ensured as much paperwork was completed and ready before I got there. From the first visit when we test drove and put down a deposit on the car to the delivery of the vehicle the entire process was smooth and pleasant. I will definitely be going back for our next vehicle and there weren't any additional dealer fees. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from.

Working with Dylan at Legends Honda was a great experience. This was the first time I purchased a new vehicle on my own and he made me feel comfortable and respected. Kahlil did a wonderful job making sure I was knowledgeable with all the features of my car before I left the lot. Absolutely amazing experience. I was greeted as soon as I entered, I was catered to for my needs and wants. The staff went above and beyond. I love my new car and the experience was memorable. The customer service was on point. My only issue is that I was shown vehicles that said to be available and they were not actually available. I hope the tech team can do a better job with Making updates to the actual available vehicles. Overall I recommend doing business with this company.

Recently I bought a new car at the Legends Honda dealership as a first time shopper. Aaron was nice and very well-informed. He was eloquent in his responses and didn't attempt to push me towards one specific car. He respected my preferences and wishes. Esmeralda was nice and offered many different options for financing. She did a great job of answering all of our questions. I do appreciate her patience and professionalism as we were a bit of a hardball. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and would definitely purchase another vehicle there again :)

Purchased a new 2024 Odyssey for the family and are loving it so far! Khalil was very friendly and showed me several of the high tech features the van is equipped with. Caiden was able to make the financial magic happen and I was able to get rid of the old SUV I had been driving. Overall my experience was great and would definitely buy another vehicle at Legends Honda!!

Probably the best dealer experience I have had so far. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Chris was very knowledgeable on all of the cars on the lot and ultimately made my decision very easy. The finance team was also great. Victoria and Dylan were both transparent with the numbers. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from this dealership.

I am so grateful for Honda Legends and their amazing team of employees. Duce Lett their GM is the best! He helped me in a time of need and found me the perfect car after my car got totaled! I was in a bind and he was so kind to me to take the car for a few days to test it out to make sure it was the one. He introduced me to the salesman, Greg Luis who is also too notch! He is so sweet and very knowledgeable. He gave me confidence when purchasing my new car and made sure to go over all the features and details of the car. He was not a pushy salesman at all and I really appreciated that so much. Dylan the finance manager was simply amazing too and worked with me in this time of need! He made the process of financing my car so easy. He is also so knowledgeable and confident in what he does! I abhor car shopping, yet was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Legends Honda. Lauren J was the first to greet me. She was able to set me up with a test drive in the vehicle I had in mind. Experienced no pressure from anyone I met and ultimately purchased the vehicle. Praise to Lauren and the entire staff I worked with.
