I was truly impressed with the staff and especially happy with the good customer service I received from Mitch. He was awesome and patient. Also I enjoyed Buck the General Manager talking with me and passing out candy. I will definitely be back and tell others about them. They were great. I felt right at home at a automotive industry.

It was a good place to start but not very good on equality listening to their employees riches batteries don't give you enough breaks you only get one ten minute break and one 30-minute lunch in a 12 hour shift on some days you get to breaks 10 minutes you work on a point system which it is very easy to get points if you're sick and call-in you get points and so on and so forth I was on the first shift in receiving some days were terrible but most was okay you work at least 12 hours during the warm months and when It gets cold you might be good to work 6 hours it's good and it's bad it all depends on what you're looking for it was a heck of an experience though. I wouldn't tell anybody to go and I wouldn't tell anybody not to go I have no recommendation I say a person should try it for themselves

Appt @ 0600. FTL Unloaded with ppwk in hand by 0630. Easy backing & great customer service.

Worst customer service, special award goes to Gabriel! with his unwillingness to help verify an order.They even send me directly to voice mail when I try calling with solutions.Apparently they don't like my money, but the chargers appear on my credit card. INSANE!

Bought an expensive truck bed cover only to pick it up, get it home & it was damaged. They did however replace it the next day w/o question, but I had to drive there again (25 minutes each way) to swap out

Tried getting anob there when they needed help.. but I did loose my phone . Who's to say.idk but sure would have been convenient

No parking on site, but you can park at the street. Unloading - 1.5 hours. They start receiving at 5am.

Had a 9am delivery appointment. Checked in at 6:30am, was empty by 7:30am.Overnight parking on the side streets.

Had appointment delivery for 6:00 am. Was empty at 6:25. Never seen better!!

Went there for a delivery... Waited couple hours to get unloaded. Staff not friendly at all. Especially the receiving lady from the morning shift !!!
