THE BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP. Tony simply went above and beyond for me. I called him Wednesday evening about the heat not working in my car and he got me in the shop by 9am Thursday. Tony was very honest about what needed to be done and gave me two options, one cheap temp repair (heat works) then gave me the breakdown on a final repair. He is not trying to dig into your pockets or take advantage. I went in alone as a 25 yr old woman and was treated with such respect. Tony even had my car started and warming up before I arrived.. This alone I rated the experience 10/10As I was pulling out of the shop my front wheel completely came off, it was completely rusted off. I was SO LUCKY to be right in front of the shop when this happened. Tony IMMEDIATELY came outside, told me not to worry that he was going to help me out. My car was on a tow truck and put into his shop within 3 minutes (no joke, a tow truck just happened to be dropping off another car).. Tony had 3 new parts sourced and put onto my car, good as new within a couple hours.All of this happened within the same day. 10/10 company.

The BEST auto repair shop!!! The mechanics are amazing, I've had services done here several times and I yet to have a complaint. Tony is great!! He lets you know firsthand what services are needed. He's always honest and he explains things in a way I can understand!! I heard amazing comments about TONY and the shop and had a severe need for a brake job. Not only was he able to work me in quickly, although he had a full load, but he didn't try to get me to purchase additional services I didn't need. If you're looking for Great Service, Great Price, Great Customer Care and a place that gives you an Experience versus a Transaction, you should consider checking out TONY and KCK Automotive! My biggest anxiety is having car issues as a woman. I called to see if I can get an appointment for diagnosing my check engine light. When I tell you Tony got me in within 30mins he went over my repairs precisely and Tony is an amazing human being, super informative and acknowledgeable. He took really good care of me he will forever be my mechanic he is heaven sent. If my dad was here he would approve.

Best mechanic in KCK. I ve been helped multiple times and every experience has been wonderful. My car broke down after closing hours and they still let me tow my car there and had someone waiting for me! Tony got my car fixed in two days ( was a huge repair) because he knew I needed my car for work. I can truly say I have been so blessed to find this shop and won t use any other. Not only amazing service but amazing people!

This place is the best! every time I have had any issues with my Jeep Tony and his team always go above and beyond to fix it and to get me in whenever need it. Tony and his team have serviced my Jeep for the last 8 years and I only trust Tony and his team with my car repairs.

Didn't tighten a bolt and caused major damage to my front end. Had to spend another 5000 to get my car fixed right. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. They seem nice but obviously don't know what they are doing.

WOOOOW WOOOOW WOOW! I can not express how happy I am right now!!!! TONY is a life saver !!! His shop does amazing work! I am a medical student, and I'm already stressed out enough. A lady hit my car and lied about it, so I had to go through my insurance, which they wanted to total my Lexus and cash me out at 10k... I was driving all over town with so much anxiety on the verge of giving up everything. Thank God for someone recommending me to KCK automotive because as soon as Tony saw me falling apart, he picked me back up and told me not to worry. He said he would make sure things go my way. Which was hard for me to belive but something told me to belive him and I did EXACTLY as he said. I explained to him that my Lexus means a lot to me because in my family, we have never paid a car off, and I worked really HARD to finally pay it off (only 2k left)... Tony took the initiative to speak on my behalf to defend me from these insurance companies. I had no idea how claims worked. Not only did Tony defend me, but he also educated me and guided me through the WHOLE process. Needless to say, the person at fault insurance paid for it and on top of that tony got me a rental. My Lexus is in PERFECT conditions, no complaints. I had air bag light come on, and they took care of me that very second. It was an easy fix, and they explained to me exactly what happened, which I appreciated because I like to stay updated to whats done with my car... If anyone needs a reliable shop.. KCK automative is the place because they truly care about their customers as you can tell by the reviews. Tony SAVED MY LIFE!!!! Now I can continue on my path to become a first-generation doctor.. Thank you, Tony, and thank KCK automotive.. I will never forget this and will MAKE SURE to pay it forward. Much blessing to this amazing business.

Honest review. This shop is very busy, so if you need a major repair be prepared to wait a couple weeks for your car to be done. There is no receptionist, so communication can be a bit rocky since only the owner answers the phone, but the job will be done and done well. I appreciate what Tony did, he gave a fair price. I only took off a star because of communication issues but ultimately I was satisfied with the job done. He told me the other things wrong with the car but didn't push me to fix them right away. Over all if you have time to wait for a major repair I would reccomend.EDIT: these repairs only lasted about a month and a half before my car broke back down AGAIN. My new mechanic informed me that this job was done very poorly. Wires were spliced and did a slow drain on my battery that caused more issues than I had before. After I had already paid 1400 to this shop to allegedly fix all problems. Here I am dishing out about the same again. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I was nice about my review when I should not have been. Tony acts nice as long as you aren't questioning him. He lies about your car being done when it's not but gets mad when you show up to his shop. When I went up there the day after he said the car was done he finally admit he lost my keys and then found them but the car still had not been reprogrammed and even threatened to take all of the work he had done out of my car when it was supposedly already finished. Outside of that the whole shop has a shady vibe. Save yourself the trouble. Considering reaching out to have BBB pay them a visit!!

Above & beyond fantastic work! My 2011 Journey was crunched by a construction trailer. I needed a new hood( couldn't open because front side panel was bent over it), bummper & front panel. Tony & his team did an amazing job. And in the fastest time for all the work that needed to be done. Then had it detailed. WOW! I've never seen my car shine. Trust any and ALL car issues w/KCK Automotive!

By far one of the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. Tony is very affordable and honest which is very hard to find these days with mechanics. He will not only fix any problems you have but if he notices that there are some additional services that may be needed he will give you recommendations. Outstanding!!I'm new to KC. After a 21hr drive to the area i know my vehicle (2007 Jeep Geand Cherokee) needed some tlc. My alignment was off and in the winter conditions it was dangerous to drive. I was recommended to KCK automotive by a satisfied customer. I called Mr. Tony and explained my issues; he invited me to come to the shop on the day of the storm 11/9/23. I was surprised he was open. I couldnt make it because i was snowed in but Mr Tony allowed me to reschedule for the next day. I came in early at 9p and he performed and tested the alignment to my satisfaction... no more swerving and shaking on the roads. Thank you, sir.Further, I have a few more things i'd like him to take care of and Mr Tony said no problem.He's honest, personable, and professional.

I took my car in to get the engine replaced, and they did a spectacular job. I was very impressed with the quality of work and customer service. They had it done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend anyone to come here for car repairs if they want something done fast, done right and a price that you can t beat. They also bolted my spoiler on at no extra cost.Service: Engine repair

Tony is easily one of the best mechanics around the KC area. Extremely honest, super fast, and always reasonable with the price. If you re going through a tough time like we all have, Tony will work with you to make sure you can get back on the road with a few bucks still in the bank account. Y'all, these guys are the REAL DEAL! They've done a couple jobs for me now;Tony and his team of paint wizards do absolutely incredible work at a very fair price.Tony, the owner is kind, considerate and very easy to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Couldn t have had a better experience with Tony and his staff at KCK! Had various things done such as brakes, an evap leak and AC work. Reasonable pricing and spectacular customer service I would recommend this shop to anyone. Tony is a great guy and has a great business. I had to get several AC units taken care of in my fleet. He got me right each time. They stand by their work. He helped me out a great deal. This is my preferred shop now.

Tony is the man. I have been a loyal customer since 1991. His the best. Kowns the car problem only by explaining the issue to him. His gifted man.and reasonable with prices. If you lucky he work on your car. His super super busy because his super good. Thanks Mr Tony for all the work and help all these years. Have been a customer for 9 years with 3 different vehicles. Tony & his team always have exceeded my expectations. Prompt attention, quality work, very fair pricing, excellent service and communication before, during, and after the sale. Highly recommend. This latest project was an old Honda Accord all beat up on the sides and they made it look great again!
