Do not come here for Dynasys work. Held my truck for over a week, wouldn't return phone calls, gave the run around when I did get to speak to someone only to change the belt and push us out the door with no assurance that the actual problems we brought the unit in for were fixed. And of course they weren't because the unit broke down again (in their parking lot) when my drivers picked it up from their shop after hours. We got the unit in at another Dynasys service shop and they had put the wrong belt on. Complete incompetence and lack of customer service.

Jacob came out to fix what I had thought was just a bad battery on the reefer unit of my trailer, but he found out the root cause was fuel gelling up. He did a great job getting it up and running quick, very professional.

KCR is my go to reefer repair techs. Great place for washouts as well. Dustin(Owner) is without a doubt one of the hardest working gents I've ever met. I will typically argue with my trailer leasing company if they want to use any other vendor for break downs. Turn around time is extremely important in this industry and frankly there is no one better than KCR when it comes to reefers. Dustin has bailed me out of more jams than I can count or even remember. The team he's built seems to stay with him as well which really says a lot about the leadership and ethics in place. I run around 30+ reefers at any given time and I've essentially used every fleet service in town at this point. The bigger vendors simply can't compete with the level of customer service this company continuously provides. If ever asked for a reefer reference, KCR is not only at the top of my list. They are the list!
