First time at this location. The Staff here are really friendly and caring. They work well together and seem to respect each other. They are funny to watch and listen too. I loved my experience here while I waited to get an oil change and tune up. 10 starts in my book. Thank you all. Everyone took the time to tell me what was going on or answer any and all of my questions. See ya next oil change.

I came to the Rainbow location 2/20/2024 for a full synthetic oil change. As I pulled up the workers were standing by their vehicles and appeared openly annoyed that I pulled in. A man finally walked up and barked for me to pull in toward the other garage. I thought that was the worst of it and I left after all was finished. Once I came home there was a leak under the car that had not been there before so I brought it back the next day. I believe it was the same crew and the guy was extra rude and yelled for me to pull behind a jeep they were finishing up on. I told them that there was a leak under my car and the guy got angry and stormed down to the lower bay and was yelling at me and the lady working in a very rude voice that I wasn't pulling in correctly. After all his yelling, he starting cussing and criticizing that it was just a little spill over of oil from the oil change yesterday and talking like I was the dumbest person on the planet. I immediately left because I was growing angry and feeling confrontational and didn't want anything to escalate. Once I got home I noticed that it was still openly dripping under my car and now I have $122 down the drain and trust nothing about the "service" I received from this location. This was the best experience I've had at Jiffy Lube, it was quick, no wait and they even cleaned my headlight lens to make them look brand new, thanks alot

I went in for an oil change and began to regret it very soon. The tech doing the work did not know what he was doing, and the person ostensibly supervising the tech was of little assistance. It was a complete fiasco, which I was able to witness because it was too nice outside to wait in the tiny waiting room. Because it was clear I had seen what was going on, the manager knocked $20 off the cost. I suspect if I had stayed in the waiting area, this would not have happened. But wait, there's more! There is now oil leaking onto my garage floor, underneath the oil filter, which has never happened before. I did not know which flavor of incompetence was responsible: did they not bother to clean spilled oil off my skid plate, or did they over-or under-tighten the oil filter? Now I have to worry about THAT! I crawled under the car to see, and noticed they had not bothered to replace the oil filter access plate AND one of the two bolt that holds that plate on was missing. So now I need to find a replacement for that part. I would not go back under any circumstance; I would not even trust them to replace the bolt they apparently lost.

Great crew!They are able to joke around, while also working on your vehicle in a careful, and professional manner. They also communicate with customers very well on the work they are performing on their vehicle.This will be my go-to stop on preventative maintenance work, and would recommend them to anyone else as well.

I went in for an oil change, the guys did a great job gave me 15% discount and even cleared all of the fog from my headlights. Would definitely recommend, they were awesome.

you should really enforce better rules for how your employees interact with women. multiple employees heavily flirted with me right when i got there and the guy who acted like a manager even asked for my phone number and wanted to show me around town . like can y all leave me alone? i m just trying to get my oil changed. but i have to play nice because im completely alone in a garage full of men. gross behavior.

Called about 8:10 am to see if they were busy, by 8:20 I was in line and already up being taken care of. Christen answered all my questions, knew what he was talking about and when he needed help he promptly asked for it. Mike was there to help with all questions needed and Gary is a quick and quite fella in the bottom Bay Area. I can tell you I ll be back to this location for these guys quick, effective and always able to answer any questions. I ll be a returning guest many times over because of these 3 gentlemen. I cannot recommend this Jiffy Lube enough!!. This place has been my go to, because each and every time, without fail, I get such amazing service and I know that my car is so completely taken care of when I go there. It's a peace of mind! The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I've never had one bad experience there. I went in today because my tire pressure was low. Nick and Ryan helped me. They were so speedy and efficient! Not only did they take care of my tires, but they also topped off my coolant which was low, as well as my windshield wiper fluid. These guys are seriously THE BEST! I'm so grateful for them!

Nick helped me out today for an oil change and he was great! He applied several coupons for me to lower the price, and he even cleaned my windshield! He was fast and efficient and I loved his humor, as well! Overall great experience.

This was the worst oil service I ve almost ever had there was no one else here took 45 minutes. The three guys working up here stood or sat around the entire time and told inappropriate stories to the young men who knew absolutely nothing about cars from the convos I heard. Didn t ask me what I wanted. Went ahead and gave the $95 service. Weren t even nice. Beyond bad I m gonna go check their work I should have done it myself. Feel ripped off and unsure of the quality of service I received. Only time it was worse was at another jiffy lube that filled my car twice because they to busy trying to impress my girl.

Seriously the fastest oil and filter change I have ever experienced. No muss no fuss. In and out. Had an online coupon that didn't coincide with their system, but they applied it anyway. Impressed.

I was recommended Jiffy Lube at this location by a friend... I had the best experience! The workers were friendly, knowledgable, and fast! They went above my expectations and I will absolutely be going back! The professionals were so great, I had to ask for their names: Nick, Rashad, Ryan, and Derrick. Fast, friendly, prompt service. I'm used to my car dealership where I have to schedule ahead, but today I dropped in here and was able to leave the lot 30 minutes later with everything taken care of. I appreciated that the transaction was straightforward and that they filled my tires too.
