I'm a satisfied customer because I come back regularly. Most people are familiar with Jiffy so I won't sing to the choir. I got in and out today because I timed my visit when shop traffic was slow. All in all I have no complaints.

Patrick made it a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The wait was minimal and the service was outstanding. I moved over to this area not long ago and am so glad I decided to give you all a try. You have a new regular now! I ll 100% be back. Thank you for your time, the smiles, and the quality service.

4/12/2024I've visited this location three times for Oil changes. Julie is always polite and informative. On a previous visit Julie informed me about air filters. I did choose to get it changed after showing me. No shop has ever informed me about Air Filters. It was extremely dirty.

Quick and professional. I usually change my own oil, but my garage is full and I was way over due. The price seemed a little high to me, but worth it for the convenience. My oil and filter is about $62, which means I paid about $55 for labor and the convenience. Not bad.

Jiffy Lube on 78th and State is absolutely amazing I got off of work and came in to get my oil changed and the very nice gentleman told me that they actually close at six but he stayed open late just for people who get in late very very good customer service very pleasant. I would suggest anybody to come out here to the Jiffy Lube off of 70 and State always get amazing treatment. They will always get my business.

The wait was a tad long, but once I received the service it was worth the wait. I did not know that they were gonna check my engine air filter which I'm glad they did, it was dirty! Julie asked me if I would like to keep it or get it replaced. I asked her to replace it. I'm also happy that a woman works here. She can help other women understand that there is more to just getting your oil changed. I then talked to Julie about the advertisement for the transmission. She informed me that it's similar to exchanging out the fluid like oil. I told her that I may come back this weekend to do that since I had to get back to work. I would like to thank the worker who actually did the oil change. He was fast and efficient. I will most definitely be a return customer. P.S. I found out about you through my daughter LaShae Smith. She came there first!

The staff were very nice and even informed me that my coolant was pretty low. Normally I have issues getting my oil changed and always try to get up charged on things that are not even necessary at the time. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for treating me like a person and explaining things to me that I may not have understood.

Came at 7:30 to make sure I was fast in line. They DID NOT open promptly at 8am although I seen two workers inside walking around. Showed the lady my coupon she said she doesn t think it works even though I got it from the Jiffy Lube website. I asked her could she figure it out for sure (because thinking and knowing or two different things and I wanted to know before we got started). She seemed annoyed and claimed she used it before and it s not valid and told me to look for the store directly. I asked her could she just advise me of what coupons they have active since clearly the website can have corona that don t apply. Again she seemed annoyed and told me I just need to look it up (but that s what I did to begin with and she said the coupon wasn t valid, so now this is where customer needs to happen). After some back and forth I decided to leave because poor service. The store should know what coupons they have available and make them available to the customer upon asking without trying to fish the internet for them. I won t be taking my cars back.

Excellent service. Thank you Jordan, you re very patient. Love the drive-through service without having to request it, and I m glad that you guys understand how important that is to people. Prompt service, and very accurate with who came first taking them in order as we arrived. Three of us arrived before opening and they serviced us in the order in which we arrived.

I will definitely refer my family and friends to jiffy lube. I went for an oil change and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm on a strict budget and the pricing was very reasonable! I didn't have a long wait and they were busy for a Friday afternoon! Great experience.... I will be returning for my next oil change.

I had to change my review from 5 star to 1 star after investigating an incident that occurred during my visit today. When I arrive to get my oil changed there was a black woman with a newer model Lexus. She was the car ahead of me being serviced at the time. After waiting a really long time, I notice the car was having some kind of trouble. I thought it was strange because the car looked almost brand new. However, they got her taken care of and out of there. After they were done changing my oil, my car wouldn't start - and there I was a black woman looking like "what the hell my car was fine until I came here" much like the look the other black lady had. The white woman in the other garage had no issues the white guy on the side of me had no trouble either. They were trying to tell me I needed to purchase a new battery, but I told them whatever was wrong they did it. So, the guy charged my battery, cause he knew I wasn't a good victim. I called a friend and we got the battery tested and it was just fine. Here's the game: They say they are testing your battery like they are doing a routine check to help you. Then they discharge your battery, your car won't start and guess what you have to buy a battery from them. Hold on though that's not all - they tell you they only have synthetic oil so don't even ask for the standard oil. I once rated this place 5 star, and I was going to excuse the minor little oil overcharge and the long wait figuring every place kinda sucks these days. However, I feel like they targeted black women. This is a problem, because black women have a hard enough time. I didn't make a scene cause I guess then I would have just been an angry black woman. I have to warn people especially black women, STAY AWAY FROM THE JIFFY LUBE IN KCK ON 78TH STREET!!!Service: Oil change

Today I had an oil change on my truck at the Jiffy Lube in Kansas City Kansas at 78th and State Avenue. The guys there Patrick and Jaxon were great! They were very kind and informative and sweet! My oil change was done very quickly, and they were very awesome with my little Yorky named Milo! I will definitely continue going back to the Jiffy Lube. They are always great and always get the job done right!

What a great team working under Joe! They worked to find the source of my oil link as I was on my way to Colorado with my daughter and our 2 dogs. I do t know what we would ve done without their help. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and Joe!

I initially gave this place a 5 star about three years ago. Today, I tried to get an oil change and I felt like I was being baited; not only did the lady tell me they were out of conventional oil but conveniently could offer me an upgrade with $22 off which is the coupon price. How is that a deal? Furthermore, the interaction didn t feel right so I left. I hope this location is looked into because it surely is disintegrating.

They close at 6 but I got there shortly after 5 and they still saw me and they still serviced the cars that were behind me that would keep them there well past closing time. They were extremely knowledgeable and performed my oil change very quickly. They were also friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Also I never had to leave my car which I found to be extremely comfortable and convenient. Price was affordable especially with the coupon I found. Highly recommend and will most likely be back.Service: Oil change
