a few years back I came here and had an engine replaced, they found it, replaced it and it is still running good. It was a fair price and was done I think in a reasonable time frame. As a woman, my definition of a good mechanic includes the whether they are likely to talk down to me or rip me off. The guys at Jack Swall are honest, and fair. I have used them for five years now, and recommend them to everyone I know. Charlie, Jeff and the guys are great and I have no hesitation in sending people there for work,.

this is a small shop. the people who work there are good at what they do. the prices are fair and the service is good. you do not get talked down to. they explain what they are going to do, they only fix what needs fixing. If you are in the Kansas City Ks area. You can't do better than here.

This dealer is the bottom of the barrel!! Not only did this dealer take my car, title and bill of sale as collateral for a car he promised to fix he continued to lie and string me along. In the meanwhile he sold the car!!! He continued to lie and give phony reasons as to why his actions was justifiable cliaming because he had to put oil in my car... Never would I ever give this dealer or refer this person to anyone. This man is out to scam people and even after trying to scam you again. He was still trying to tell me he has another car plus tell me he could still take my old car and dispose of it at value price. I mean how far could you go? If i could give negative stars i would!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place deserves 500 stars! They have the RARE mix of great service, quality work and fair prices. The ONLY place in the KC metro to take your ride. NO question.

They are a joke. Went and got new engine put in and 9 days after I got back check engine light on and they can't find what is wrong with it. Or tell me that is not engine problem
