Worst car buying experience ever! He agreed to fix some things on the van before I purchased it. He kept the van a few days and then told me that he had fixed it, when in fact, he hadn't. He agreed to take the car back, but then refused. I filed a complaint with the KS Dept of Rev, and he was fined over 2K for defrauding me. Now I have to hire an attorney and take him to court. The car is complete junk even though he continual said it was in excellent condition. Do not waste your time or money. Noah is very dishonest, and his cars are not what he portrays them to be.

Noah is the most honest and trust worthy person to deal with when it comes to used cars. I bought a car and more than happy with it 2 years later.

Honest, trustworthy, dependable, fair and the best priced vehicles in KC. This is the only used car dealership I will do business with. The Owner, Noah, is straight forward about the vehicles on his lot. Our family has purchased three vehicles from Ideal Auto and have been more than pleased with our purchases. No pressured sales. Lowest prices and on site mechanic. If there's an issue with a vehicle you will be informed. The only place I will buy a car. We've had a great business relationship with Ideal Auto for more than 7 years. Good cars from a good man. A+

We purchased a vehicle with approximately 129,000 miles on it from Ideal Auto. This was the second vehicle we had purchased from Noah, the first of which we had no issues with. Trusting him we did not have an inspection on the vehicle done as it appeared to be very clean for a 13 year old car. Within 3 weeks we noticed that the engine was leaking oil after the car had not been driven for approximately 48 hours. We took the car to Firestone where they told us it was leaking oil from the Front Timing Cover and the Valve Cover gaskets. I then contacted Noah asking if his limited warranty would help to address this issue as we were still within the 30-day/1000 miles the warranty covered. He told me no, it did not. It only covered the engine and transmission. How a major oil leak is not an engine issue, I m unclear. He said he wanted to do what he could to make things right and asked me to contact him the following week so his mechanic could look at it, as the mechanic was out of town at the time.I spent a week trying to arrange a time to have Noah's mechanic look at the vehicle. Finally I took the vehicle to his location. Noah looked at it and agreed that it was leaking oil, and that he wanted to try and make me happy with a resolution. I asked if he could buy the car back, but his response was he didn't have the cash to do that. He did offer to trade the vehicle for another, but he had nothing that interested us. He also did offer to look for another vehicle he could trade, but that really did not interest us either. The final suggestion he had was to let them fix the vehicle (replace the valve cover, front cover and oil pan gaskets) for a fair price. I told him to determine what that cost would be and to let me know. Noah was unresponsive to my repeated requests for this estimate.Finally, I contacted the BBB regarding my complaint. Noah responded to that complaint with no real information saying only he was concerned that if he repaired the vehicle we would not pay him for the repair. Yet he never expressed this to us. I responded asking that he at least reimburse me for the 10% his warranty covered for the repairs I had done to repair the leaks. This would have been about $110 for him. He did not respond and the BBB closed the case as the business did not respond.My advice is to be very through in any vehicle you purchase from Ideal Auto and be warned that once you purchase the vehicle, Noah will not stand behind anything regarding it.

Guillermo is amazing! He s took awesome care of me and my VW Passat. The owner is a cool guy as well... forgot his name though. Definitely give this place a chance. Mechanics are hard to find and I believe I found mine. Before Guillermo... my last mechanic I had for 8 years and it was a big thing for me when I decided to move to Kansas City from Chicago.

I bought my van here on April 1st and still ha went had any problems with it, I love it! The owner is very nice and doesn't push you into anything. I will definitely recommend Ideal auto to anyone I know thats looking for a new car
