They were very friendly, and hooked me up with a great van at a low price. Trustworthy as well the two gentlemen have been mechanics for 15-20 years. The dad of the office manager even put me in a van he trusted to let his daughter drive at one point. They allowed me to chose how much my payment would be and how often. If you need a good reliable vehicle fast, Dotte Auto is the place to go!

If buying a car from them i recommend getting it checked by your own mechanic. I bought a 2014 Dodge Journey in the beginning of January, two weeks into buying the car it started to leak oil. I was given a 1 month 1,000 mile warranty so i called the salesman Kenney. He and a mechanic came a picked it up from me at work and it was returned one day later. When my significant other checked the part that was to be replaced it was NOT replaced. I was also not given any paper works to show it was fixed . The mechanics that fixed the car put lube on the part to keep it from leaking. i then continued to drive the car for two weeks then the Traction light came on. I then broke down in the middle of a busy road and had to wait two hours for my insurance to tow me home. Once my car was home my mechanic looked at the car and i need to replace an Anti-Lock Brake System module at $300 Including the Anti-lock brake Hydraulic unit at $300. The car still also needs a new oil filter housing replaced since their mechanics never gave me a new part. i m already out 1k on a 13k car i gave them a check for. If you buy a car from them get it looked at by someone you trust first..

Super friendly family oriented great staff worked with us to get us financed even with my not so good credit. Worked out a payment plan we can afford on our pay schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Dnt know how they are to date (as I am supposed to be going there to look at some of their vehicles) but I know my bro leased a car wit them only to have it eventually catch on fire! Dnt no if it was sumthn the screwball didn't do rite as far as taken care of it but considering he didn't have the car long before it caught fire, or if it was sum type of mechanical defects. In any event, hope this doesn't happen to a car I get approved to get!

Dotte Auto is a friendly and compassionate family owned business! I would definately recommend getting a car from Dotte Auto. I was offered a nice looking and decent used car at a very reasonable down payment and monthly payment. The people here are so knowledgeable and courteous. If you are looking for all of these things Dotte Auto is the place to go!

I "in house financed" a 2007 Ford Five Hundred Limited Awd from these guys about a week and a half ago. Car just rolled over 170,000. I haven't made my first payment yet but so far everything seems okay. The car seems solid but it isn't perfect and that's typical for buying a used vehicle. I would recommend Dotte Auto as everything stands at the moment. Down payment, bi-weekly payment seem fine, fairly standard for this style of buying a vehicle. Been here once b4 myself with another company. No complaints here.

Recently bought a 2006 Volvo S80 from Dotte Auto. I showed John an issue which is common on Volvos that needed to be replaced. Without hesitation John agreed to have it replaced. While waiting to bring it back for the repair the heat wasn't working properly. Brought it back and not only did they repair the heat problem but replaced a compartment piece I hadn't requested. A piece I was going to replace myself. In all Dotte Auto took very good care of me with my purchase. I would recommend Dotte Auto to anyone needing a car. They'll make you are satisfied.

If i could write a no star rating I would, but wont let me. I m not very pleased with what has happened or happening with the purchase of a vehicle. We showed up first to put down payment on a vehicle Kia Sorento and another customer had already had test drove it but had called and wanted it. We called and they had not showed up. We drove out there for my daughter first purchase and test drove it. One way or another she needed a vehicle. To help descalate the problem we stepped away from the hostile lady. They gave us a different vehicle for same amount which was an issuzu but it had more problems. Then she found one on the website and we test drove it. Look better but couldnt give us what the other was so they marked it down. Husband said he thought they could come down lower beings it needs new tires as well. Make sure when you talk to 1 you stay with the 1. They dont back what each other say and they for some reason forget. They gave it to her for what was suppose to be 5000 and upon the next day signing (mom) wasnt there and they ended up never once mentioning it was a salvaged title until she was in processing of signing. She needed a vehicle and she had fell in love with ot. Then i call and debate the price because they knew I wasnt there. He was sippose to look over video and see what was said and call back but never did. It was already suppose to be 5000 and with it being salvaged title it probably wasnt worth 1/2.that. We called and let them know there was issues with vehicle but we hadnt had time to get it there due to work, but they are aware. She calls back of course after 30 days and they wont do anything. Now 2 months out going to get tags yet another problem. Bill of sale says 7,800 something when it was sold for 5000. She bought a warranty and my suspicion is they added that on the bill of sale. On top of that she just found out she needs whole new braking system all the way around has mulitpke recalls. Need I go further. Remember you do reap what you sow! Very respectful honest people! If your in the market for a cheap used car this is where u need to go! If there s an issue with a vehicle they will tell you! They want you to be happy with the vehicle you buy. Much respect!

Sold me an Explorer that needs more work done than what the car is worth. Told me that he fixed certain things that were never fixed. Was told by an ASE certified mechanic that the car is unsafe to drive. And they wonder why I have not made a paymnt. They refuse to do anything about it. Little do they seem to realize that the state of Kansas does in fact have a lemon law that pertains to used cars. And to top it off the vehicle they sold me was in an accident and they failed to disclose that to me. So that tells me they do no research on the cars they sell.

Jacob Here !! Owner of CLR Inspections ... Just bought a 2004 Dodge Pick Up from Stephanie Straight forward and HONEST People here they are even taking care of they labor on the ac compressor and did not have to I will be back after this SHORT loan is paid off to buy another to add to my fleet Highly recommended

Just called because I was very interested, Guy answered the phone and didn't seem like he was interested.. kinda rude to me. So that's why I will not be giving them my service. Customer service goes a long way.

Didn t act like wanted to even show the vehicle, I asked to unlock it so I could look at it and wouldn t do it. This was my second time here , first time I was looking not ready to do anything yet but first time , it was about the same didn t want me to even look at vehicle,

Due to covid-19 they will not work with you on Payments or do a covid-19 relief knowing hours are cut as well as pay and the cars they have are in the shop more than they are on the road
