I found this dealership online as they offered a great deal on a van. Drove 2 hours to test drive and check it out, came home with a van. Great service and really appreciate Keith for his help. Very responsive by text before and after the sale!!

Alex made it easy and simple to buy a very nice car offered by this company. He was communicative and didn't pressure me at all which helped immensely. The process was completed efficiently and without drama. I am 75 and have owned more than 60 cars in my life and the experience with Best Choice Auto and Alex Sveshnikov was as good as I have ever experienced and I highly recommend this establishment.

I am writing a review after 4 years of ownership of a vehicle I bought from these guys. Truly, I could not be happier. This was a 2008 salvaged Nissan Versa sedan with 56,000 miles on it. Granted, I knew this vehicle did not have mechanical damage according to them, and according to the Carfax report. Throughout the 4 years while I used this vehicle as a medical student, the vehicle only required regular maintenance. While my classmates ran into issue after issue on their old cars, mine kept running confidently, and I will be selling it today to the next owner still without any mechanical issues. I would purchase from these guys again, but I think I'm due for an upgrade now :)

Back in spring of 2012, they made us a great deal on a reliable car. They bought it totaled out due to hail damage, and gave us a great price. A 6 year Dodge Grand Caravan with less than 95K miles on it for under $5000. Well, that was almost 6 years ago.... Our van now has 165K miles on it and it still runs great (and we drove it all the way to Florida and back!). We've had to change the oil, replace the tires and replace the break pads over the years, but of course we did. I searched online for a couple of weeks before choosing a vehicle, and we traveled all the way from north central Missouri. Couldn't be happier, it was worth every mile!

Great cars at the right price with an outstanding costumer service!!!I have purchased well over 5 cars from Best Choice Auto. All cars were in great conditions and adequately priced. Great to see their business and inventory grow. I see costumers returning to them year after year - and so am I. Always polite and friendly , fast tech service and great consultations.BCA is not the 1st place I go to check out cars - it's the ONLY place I go to.P.S. Love it here. I have bought 3 different car from them till this day all of them are running great .I have not had any issues with any of the car It has taken me a while to give a review. Everyone that workes here are great and very helpful.

Nice space in a very particular part of town. What and intersection. The office is nice and welcoming. The staff really make you feel comfortable buying a car. If they don't have it. They have other locations they can find the one you are looking for. You can save you so much time and money here. I always recommend this place as the first and only to buy your vehicle.

Great quality cars at comparable prices. Variety of makes and models to choose from. I have never had any issues with any of my cars. I will definitely come back again when I am for an upgrade.

Terrible service. The man was very rude, didn't even introduce himself. My friend drove up Friday after work, only to be sent back home and come back the next day. It's a 2.5 hour drive. Saturday, my friend and I drove up, the guy still had a terrible attitude. Luckily I made my friend test drive the vehicle again. The battery was dead!! He jumped it. We drove it around, shut the car off, and it was dead again! We went back and told the guy and he didn't even care. Like what? No! Needless to say, he didn't make a sale.

I had been eyeing a vehicle at Best Choice Auto for a few weeks since i lost my previous car in unfortunate accident.It was too good to be true,the make,model,year,price, milage and condition of car.went down and met with Marino.test drove the vehicle and was blown away.purchased the car few days later and now im one happy. woman!everything was what i hoped for and more.they are truly amazing!Thank you to the owner Sergey and Marino!!

Dmitry, Alex, Sergei and Peyton (et al) are a professional, friendly and kind group of guys. We ve happily been going to them for service and maintenance on our cars and just recently bought one from them too. We were looking for something specific and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Top notch gentlemen that you can confidently refer your grandma to.

They advertised a 2010 Corolla for $6184 on Craigslist. When I called about it and asked for the price, they told me it was $6684 -- $500 MORE than their advertised price. When I asked about the price on Craigslist, I was told "It must have been a mistake".So now the owner has responded saying they've checked the ad and it says $6684 and could I send them a link to the listing so they could investigate. But of course when I check my link, it says $6684... NOW. I should have taken a screenshot of it saying $6184. I was looking at the screen that said $6184 WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE with "Best Choice" (Ha!) Auto. They quoted me $6684. I said, "I'm looking at your Craigslist ad which says $6184." I was STARING RIGHT AT THE NUMBER, READING IT OFF DIGIT BY DIGIT as I said it. My daughter was here looking at it as well. Do NOT do business with these people.
