I honestly love this store. The manager is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind and goes above and beyond for his customers. He said he would train all his employees to be like him so if it hasn't happened already this store will outperform even the best retail stores that work for commission

it wasn t this auto zone where i found this steering wheel but oh my god it is so flipping cute. it only cost me $21 dollars! the lady who helped me put it on was amazing. it was a two persons job tho

Purchased a battery for 222.44 for them to tell me they can t put it in my car horrible customer service. Orallys would ve put it in with no problems. Won t be back

Clean but too quiet. If I was the manager I would play some music or the weather or news. It's like they were getting ready to close. 2 hours before that happens. I felt uncomfortable looking around the store. They had my part I needed. I'm happy for that. I will go back for sure.

I had the worst experience at this location. Came in for parts, they sold me the wrong parts. Found out from Mechanic and alignment place after having to pay inspection fees. Called the store and all they did was argue with my boyfriend and I about how they didn't screw up and no plan to correct it. I went to a different location close by and they corrected everything they could and told me to go back to this location to get my reimbursement. The manager and other staff argued until corporate got involved and were proved wrong. I'm still out lots of money and they shorted me the money corporate had them pay me. I will NEVER go to this location again. Costed me a day of work and 2 days to pay a mechanic for an hours worth of work. They do not care about customer service. Nor care about their job enough to make sure they are selling the CORRECT parts.

Very nice location although the system may say when they look up certain parts they have it or another location does then you get there and it's not in stock once they fix this I can give 5 stars. If your car is needing work the last thing you want to do is drive to several locations to get what you need I had to go 2 4 location to get all the parts I needed and that really was to much but needed to get it done so I did.

So I came here to exchange an item and the lady that was there was rude,and she was on the phone with someone and the driver was trying to help and told her she had 2 customers waiting including me and she did a face expression of not caring and after a while I asked her how long more was she going make us wait and she just said in a little bit in a rude tone but never helped me, some other lady who arrived did. Any ways I don't know why have a rude person working with people if she doesn't know how to develop in that job very well.

Been on hold for 20 min. I walked in the store still on hold 2 females standing around playing on there cell phones. Some customer service what a joke won't shop here anymore for sure. Don't waste your time here. Shawnee Dr store Kansas City Kansas

This store is a joke! I have seen a male manager be so rude to customers and belittle another female manager that I truly couldn't believe my eyes. Customer service doesn't exist here and the wait time is ridiculous. They need to put their phones away and focus on the their jobs.

Lady at this place was great!! She helped change my battery no problem. Her first name started with a K, she said she transferred from another store. 5 s. I ll come back for all my business vehicles needs.

The store is fine but the service is a joke. The dude working literally was on his Bluetooth in a conversation with someone while he was ringing me up and did not get of the phone. I hope i didn't interrupt anything important by buying stuff.

They manager is a real B**#h rude as he'll and acts like she is in charge of the world. I like the store can't stand the manager. She has no right talking to anybody the way she does.

I absolutely hate coming to this location. The customer service is literally the worst I've ever experienced by management. And they are probably the least knowledgeable in industry it seems. I've been just dealing with it for several months, but I'm just tired of the frickin attitudes. Go literally anywhere else if you need something parts related

Was in from out of town ordered part saturday said would be there at 530 i call way after and they said it would be sunday at 530 drove home 6 hrs with bad part wearing out my expensive tire and my awd vehicle has to have all same depth tred you dont want a 4 new tire (small claim in court) ,if manager hasnt takin good care of me in past ,Would call my family member at corporate amongst other legal actions

Fantastic from the entrance to the exit! The young lady opened the door for me and provided exceptional service until I left the store. Finally! After all this time... a perfect shopping experience! Way to go!!!

Everyone working was friendly and the man who helped me was extremely kind and changed my battery in just a couple minutes! After a long day of car troubles I m so glad I came to this Autozone. They really turned my day around!

I called to get a price check or to see if they even carried the part i was looking for. I was Put on hold for over 20 minutes as I'm driving over to the store thinking they were busy I stay on hold. The whole ride over only to walk into an empty store with the lady who answered the phone standing next to it playing on her phone. Had the part I needed just did not want to give them my business after what I had witnessed.

Duralast electrical parts are trash! This store is great though always get in and out quick but I've had it with Duralast junk I've waisted hundreds on multiple parts that only last long enough to get past the 90 day warranty. NEVER again! I've learned my lesson.

I needed a light bulb for my tail light. A gentlemen asked me my make and model and retrieved it for me from the store within 2 minutes. Great costumer service.
