I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here. I test drove a few that were all within the perimeters that I was looking for based on their website. I made a deal on one and paid my deposit/downpayment. Then I discovered there was a significant discrepency on mileage between the actual miles and what was advertised online. When I talked with the owner about it, he was very professional and accomodating. He apologized for the error, made a note to get it corrected, and offered me my deposit back. A disreputable car salesman could have played it way differently and I would have had to pursue annoying and time consuming legal means of solving the problem. I was pleased with our interactions in their entirity, and will revisit the lot any time in the future that I need to purchase a vehicle. It's good to do business with stand up people.

I was in and out in 30 minutes! The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about questions I had that didn't pertain to my oil change! They have great prices and currently have an offer on Groupon! As a woman I was not intimidated or felt pressured at all 100% reccomend this business for all your automotive services and repairs! They even finance vehicles if your in need of a new car! Great establishment!!

Auto Mart USA is an awesome place for cars! All their cars are in great conditions that I saw and I have an 09 Ford Escape that my wife and I love. It runs great and absolutely nothing wrong with it. Their customer service is great and they are very easy to talk to and they DO NOT make things complicated. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a used car. I will definitely go back to get another used car! 5*

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They will lease you a car that they have put a bandaid on and then make you pay for EVERYTHING. My mother got a car last month and a week later the check engine light was on and they are saying she is responsible. It s honestly sad that they manipulate people the way they do and it s disgusting

DO NOT GO HERE!! The manager Sam is the biggest duche I ve ever encountered. I came here excited to purchase a car a only to be refused service and made fun of based off of my appearance. I was ready to test drive the car that I came to see and just as the lady was about to give me the keys Sam demanded that I show him the full amount of the car in CASH BEFORE I could test drive!(as if he thought I couldn t afford the car) I am a small (easily robbable looking) woman and after voicing my concern he dismissed me and told me it s his cars and he does business the way he wants to . Very disappointing and unprofessional. I was nothing but kind towards Sam our whole interaction despite him belittling and bullying me. My interaction with him left me saddened for the remainder of the day. Do not do business with this guy!

I wish it were possible to give zero stars,that's what they deserve! They are criminals as far as I'm concerned. At the very least, they are extremely incompetent! They take payments when they're not supposed to. Sometimes double with no reason, can't seem to deal with credible insurance companies. They will disable your vehicle if they get upset! The most shady car dealers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. STAY AWAY!!

I had a wonderful experience leasing from AutoMart USA!! It was a fast and easy process and the people are very helpful.It took no time to find a vehicle that fit me & they aren t like other car lots who will just sell you anything. Like the experience I had at AutoZoom.I would refer everyone to go to AutoMart USA.

Highly recommend buying a car from here, I was preferring to finance a car because buying a car in full was too expensive for me. So, I came around and saw this place and asked them about their leasing system. It was very simple and they don't check your credit! The payments are very reasonable thank you Christian!

Be careful buying vehicles from this place. They steal the parts they use on the vehicles!! They buy used parts online and then file chargebacks on the parts, so they do not have to pay for them. If they are this sleazy doing business with other companies, imagine the condition of the cars you are buying! Just trying to make a quick buck while deceiving others! BEWARE!

Purchased coupon on Groupon for oil change for $25 . When I got there, no one was there. Called twice no one answered. they said they were open online. Called another number from their website and a women answered. I told her my situation and asked if they were open She replied that someone would be there in a halfHour. I wait the 30 min and when someone arrived there I tell them What I need and about the Groupon. I have no probably spent an hour driving there and waiting just for them to tell me there is no one there that can give me an oil change AND that the coupon isn t valid. They said I can get my money back on the coupon but I literally can t because I ve viewed it already on the Groupon app. This is ridiculous and just bad business. I m not saying this is not a good business but my experience was horrible.

I recently leased a vehicle from here. I got it the same day I came in and they checked my tires, transmission, and more.They made sure everything was 100 percent before I left with the car. I felt very welcomed here at Auto Mart.

Check your titles before you leave. My freind bought a car. He paid with cash it has lean on it. How come? And we are waiting for them to call back us. It s been 4days now

The owner decided to put hands on my fiance, his employee for simply asking about some engines in the back yard, and than he lied to the police about it and shut his whole shop down including sending home the 2 employees working for him before the cops arrived. Sketch Central and a horrible boss and business man. 0/10.
