My experience with Auto Dent Company was extremely smooth and the communication was wonderful. Door-to-door deals can seem intimidating but when Mr. Brett Barr knocked, I knew I could trust him immediately. He was genuine, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable with the pricing adjustment. A++ for the results, I would definitely recommend Brett to all friends and family.

When your Insurance Adjuster says You have your car with a really good company. You know you made a good choice. The communication was outstanding along with the work they did. Everything was about accommodation. They made sure we had a loaner vehicle that matched what we needed for our family and picked up/dropped off all vehicles to our home. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

They did a great job repairing the hail damage. The only reason I gave a four is because there was too much back and forth between the office and my SP. He would tell me one thing and then the next day it would be something else. My SP was very polite and kind. Just don t feel like the office folks were communicating with him. When I finally was able to pick my vehicle up. I discovered some scratches and other things that were disappointing.

Jaden at ADC went above and beyond with his exceptional customer service. Professionalism, and willingness to help. Even during a stressful car accident with their rental, Jaden went above and beyond, assisting with the police and the other party. It felt great knowing they had my back. The level of care and empathy was exceptional. I'll always recommend ADC. They understand how to build long-term customers, and I'll be spreading the word and utilizing their services for any future needs. They're doing right by me, and I believe it is only fair to do right by them. They've made a loyal customer out of me.
