I thought I got good service very good service I got a good estimate an final cost the communication and work was very satisfying my truck looks new again . I never had body work done but I my truck wasn't gone long. Give them a try see what you think .

We were driving through Kansas City on a road trip and smoke started coming from under our hood. We lucked into finding Auto Craft off the exit. Dustin and Kim couldn t have been more helpful and kind. They diagnosed our problem and got us back on the road quickly. We highly recommend them for their excellent service.

I needed alternator changed on my car. They helped me order a new alternator and placed it the very next day! It was done on time and they were very professional. I found Auto Craft from a referral and I'm glad I did. Dustin was honest and straight-forward with the work to be done and kept me updated as needed. I started with an engine swap as I knew the old engine was no good and we worked through issues until the car was running smoothly again. It had been sitting for about 6 years so it wasn't a small list. He was very reasonable on the prices for the work and made sure I was happy with every step along the way. I would highly recommend as I never felt pressured or deceived. The work was done as expected and for the amount promised. He has a great team and I am very happy to have my car back in running order! I've taken my car back to get the AC and oil leak fixed, the experience was just as great. Thanks again!

Dustin and his team are amazing! I came in for an oil change and was very pleased! Everything was completed in a timely manner and I ve had no problems since. They're good guys, they took care of our insurance claim repairs when the dealer was trying to make us pay extra. The owner, Jerry, is a great guy. Always gets you taken care of. This is also my preferred place to buy tires.

My daughter wrecked her brand new car a few weeks after she got it and they did an amazing job fixing her car!! I take all my cars to them!! I highly recommend them to everyone, they stand behind their work and make sure you are totally satisfied with the job!!! Love them!! Thank you auto craft kc for everything!!!

The guys diagnosed the problem and called me before any work took place to get my approval. They completed the work when they said they would for the agreed upon price. Dusty even texted me a few days later to verify that everything was still ok.

I randomly found this shop when looking for some help with wiring and electrical work for my truck and couldn t have found a better option. Everyone here has been professional, extremely knowledgable and kind. Fair pricing, fast and honest quality work. Will continue to use them for all future work while in KCK

They added on the brakes to my bill which was fine because i needed them but they werent put on correctly at all. I had to go to a different place because they started making this loud noise and they told me the person who put the brakes on didnt put them on right and one of my drums were thinner than the other one.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Great shop, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Workmanship is solid and they make it a point to lookout for the customer's best interest. Full service shop, including maintenance and tire sales.
