I want to personally thank you Ark City for taking care of my daughters truck. She was driving back to OU from Missouri when she started having car trouble. She stopped at a different mechanic who told her the problem was her throttle body, but he could not get the part until the next day. He got her going temporarily, but she started having problems sooner than he predicted. She stopped and we had her truck towed to Ark City. For no other reason it was open on Martin Luther King Jr Day. Towing took so long she arrived after hours and dropped it off. They went to work on it the next day. They discovered that the throttle body was not the issue, it was actually something else. They got her fixed up the same day. Great work, and friendly knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend.

Tom and his crew are GREAT. When they say they can do it, they get it done right.I've been going here for years and they have always treated me right. Give them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!!

People were very kind. Service was quick. I do not know much about cars, but they did not make me feel stupid and explained everything thoroughly. I will come again when I have car issues & would definitely reccomend to a friend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Friendly and fast service. I recently stopped in to have my starter looked at and happened that my starter went out in their parking lot. They got my truck right in and replaced it. The longest wait was for the part to get to their shop at no fault to Ark City Tire. He charged me a very reasonable price on the whole deal. The owner is a good man and his workers kept me entertained.

My job requires driving, and I needed a patch on my tire. The guys had time in-between THEIR work to fit me in before I had to work . They were super down-to-earth, fast and cool. I tipped the guy $5.00 for being so polite.

They did an oil change for us and did not rotate the tires, because they didn't need it. I appreciate not being taken advantage of.
