Glenn is an excellent mechanic and he is honest, fair and reasonable. He will show you what the problem is (with a visual aid) and how he is going to fix it. It gives you a better understanding of what is wrong with your vehicle. We have been bringing our vehicles to him for years and by far he is the best mechanic in this area. We fully trust him with our vehicles.

After returning to Junction City after 30 years I found th�t the mechanics I grew up with were no longer here so I randomly picked Your Automotive Service Center from a list on the internet.My vehicles ranged from a 84 Buick LeSabre, a 1992 and 2001 Ford Taurus , and a Honda Ridgeline truck. I found Glenn to be knowledgable, professional, up front, and reasonably priced. I feel like he treats my vehicles as if they were his own. Glenn is your go to mechanic!! He is knowledgeable, clean, and professional. He gets the job done and his prices are reasonable and fair. FIVE STARSWe were towed in with a blown spark plug on a v10 Triton. It took the insurance company 3 hours to get us the two miles to the shop so we just made it by closing time. Glenn allowed us to spend the night in the RV and repaired the motor in the morning. We were on the road before 10 AM. It took less time to fix it than it did to get towed.A honest and friendly place with reasonable prices. Glenn can work on almost everything. Call first.

Glenn was amazing! Their customer service is above and beyond. I am a rural postal carrier, and was just calling to discuss a possible conversion on my truck. He looked up information for me and called back. He didnt have to at all! Though the conversion idea is out i am going to be using him for other services in the future! Highly reccommend!!!

My family and I were traveling across the country in an RV with a Jeep tow. The trickle charge on the Jeep battery failed so the system that synchronizes the motorhome and brake system drained the Jeep battery and it would not start with our jump box. We were panicked because we weren't sure if it was the battery or something worse. We just knew that our braking system was compromised and we could not move on without repairing it.They were very busy but still took the time to help get us moving again. We were beyond grateful and gained some valuable knowledge about batteries and how to stay safer while taking these extended trips. This guy clearly knows his stuff and was happy to help. So grateful! I wish I had this place in my hometown, it would be my new go-to vehicle repair shop.Service: Electrical

[07/31/2017 Fair pricing, I'm very happy with this place]. 2015 Months ago I brought my car in to get a turn signal lamp replaced. The owner himself replaced it on the spot no charge. Friday he was able to replace my failing alternator during my lunch break on short notice. When I tried to tip him he politely refused.

Had them do a simple suspension diagnosis. They said it needed 3 ball joints, not press in type, simple bolt on. All is fine except cost was $500.00 dollars and he didn't even inspect the specific part I asked him to. Got home and checked the torsion keys and found the mount was loose, huh. So high cost, didn't inspect exactly what I asked him too were my issues.

This place had great reviews from local military that had used them and I'm glad I chose them. Very trustworthy and go above and beyond to help you solve any car problem without over charging you or doing anything unnecessary. Friendly and fast service, this should be everyone's only choice in junction city.

I literally called them to ask them can they put in my throttlebody and the guy instantly said no and hung up in my face like damn not even a have a nice day

This place is horrible, the worst part about the owner, is that I truly think he believes his own lies. I hired them to do 3 jobs. He completed 1 in a full day (incorrectly). Incompetent and horrible service. Stay away!!
