I fell in love with that little MiniCooper, and Valor immediately made me feel as if that car was already mine! The process was very quick and easy and everyone (especially Brad and Seth) took great care of me.

Great people, great costumer service, clean place! I recommend that place.I got my Toyota Scion with low mileage for an affordable price. Mrs. Brea is a really good sale Director, she gives reliable information about cars and she makes the process of buying a car goes smoothly.

Had a Soldier get into a bad situation at Little Apple car sales where they deliberately got him into a predatory interest rate.Needless to say we helped the Soldier return the car.At Valor, Dan, Larry, Steven and Seth made things right. Not only did we get the Soldier in a more suitable car for a growing family, in far superior condition, the vehicle was significantly cheaper, interest was affordable, and the term of the loan was more than a year less than the previous. They even made sure the Soldier had GAP included.There isn't a better example of how to treat a first time buyer. When I'm in the market to buy again, Valor will be the first stop for considering something new. Thanks to them again.

Breanna Paige was so very helpful to me. After looking at a few cars, I decided on one. She went out in the snow to get the car and drive it to the front so I could look at it. Then I decided I didn't want that one. So we looked at and other cars again and decided on another one. She then went out in the snow again and brought that car around for me. Not only did we take a test drive but she went over everything in the car and all the electronics to make me feel comfortable about how to use them. She even offered to help me set up my Android to work with the maps app in the car. She was very thorough and went over everything about the car item by item. She made sure I stayed hydrated while there at the dealership. She was kind and helpful and very friendly. I couldn't have done it without her. I found the perfect car at the perfect price and she even helped me get the insurance set up for it. She is truly an asset to Valor. Thank you, Breanna.

Let me just start off by saying, THANK YOU VALOR! I have never had a dealership put so much time and effort into all of my wants, needs, and going the extra mile to make sure the deal goes through with the best rates! Not only did Brad put a couple hours into our test driving and rate comparison with accurate knowledge of common rates before even seeing it on paper, but he continued to give professional guidance when things weren t looking the way we wanted. He remained patient and supportive the whole time and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Even down to putting on my beautiful KU jayhawk license plate to the new car after the deal was complete (i know this was hard for a Kstater LOL).Next i would like to give a raving review to Seth! I was so impressed with the time and effort he put into our deal on the back end, going back and forth with experts and the banks to give us the best rates possible. He put multiple days of work into this deal. He could have easily told us it s not going to work out but he continued to strive on not only our needs but also catered to our wants . Whoever is in charge, give these two a pay raise ASAP! They raised the bar to the whole car buying experience and have now got a loyal Chevy lover into a Ford lover , never going back! Highly recommend Valor for any car buying needs!

Best car deal I ever made. I asked Valor Ford sales team for a specific vehicle and as soon as it showed up I received a text with a photo. I was told the price would be MSRP with no add on s. I got a better than Blue Book on my trade. Deal was done in less than an hour. The new Maverick was present well and all questions about the Hybred system were answered. My experience is rare but seems to be common at this dealership. Stop by and talk with Breanna Webb if you need a top notch sales person.

Really appreciated Brie finding the perfect Jeep for us and making the buying process easy and relaxed. She s stayed in touch with us to make sure everything is perfect and I know she s there if we need anything. We love our Jeep and are happy we decided to buy at Valor.

The service department nor the technicians were able to effectively drive my RHD Jeep and shift the transmission into park. My vehicle was left in reverse after being parked overnight and the service writer couldn t figure out how why my Jeep wouldn t start when I went to pick it up. The technicians did not address my concern about the crankshaft position sensor, but tried to sell me over $700 in parts and labor for a harmonic balancer. The total bill for that, an EGR valve that hasn t worked in 5 years, and a standard tune-up was over $1800. I had to call and request an update on the diagnosis after six hours even though I was assured I would receive a call in 2 hours. The first time I called, I waited over 30 minutes for an update and eventually had to call back. Still don t know what the issue is, and still without a driving Jeep. I have since ordered all the parts on the quote for 30% of what I was told, and most of those parts are upgraded from factory. I m hoping my vehicle was not damaged from this shop because of too much pride to ask a question or look up the proper operation. Not impressed.

Dyshawn was super helpful! My family and I went in to look at a car from online that happened to just be sold. Dyshawn was able to help me find something else that ended up being better than what I was originally looking for. Everything was very clear and easy thanks to our sales person . UPDATE: After getting my ford super duty serviced here a few times, I also bought a used car from them. Brea was very up front about all the details of the car (the good and the bad). She streamlined the process and completed everything extremely fast. Also highly recommend their used car sales team!Excellent customer service at the service department. They were able to schedule me in and get my truck service complete very quickly. Highly recommend!

I drove a long distance to finally get the car I had been looking for. Dexter was very helpful with pictures, videos, carfax, etc of the car I wanted to buy. He was very straightforward about any defects before I drove 6 hours to see the car in person. When I arrived, the car was better in person than the pictures. Everything was as described over our phone communication with no issues that were not already described. There are many car dealers who might have sugar coated things, but not here. The showroom was very nice as well as the whole dealership. The management handling the paperwork was above reproach and explained the forms in a no nonsense manner. No pushy salesman either. This is not just an average dealership, this is what a car dealership should be. Great experience here. Even had basketball for the kids while we handled the paperwork, etc. Would definitely return.

My experience was frustrating, due to mislead of what was completed during the service of my vehicle; and to include a part I purchased from the dealership was taking from my vehicle only to be told they did not see the part. I have lost complete faith and trust in Valor and although I may continue using them I will definitely verify all services completed in the future.

Just a bunch of honest dudes. Our situation was incredibly abnormal but the Valor team was understanding the whole way. I'd happily recommend them again and should the time come where we purchase another car, they'll be the first people I call.

We had an amazing experience with Brea. We went to get a truck that we saw online but it was already sold, so she showed us another one even better! We went with our 17 mo and she was so nice to him, everyone was really nice honestly. Brian introduce himself even though he wasn t helping us at the moment and he was really pleasant as well. Austin helped my husband to get the lowest rate and overall we re really pleased. I m thinking about switching my car and I will definitely be coming here.
