If I could give this place 0 stars I would never recommend someone to ever stay here. The roaches/rats are horrible and not to mention the rude owner Amy at the front desk. The whole time we had to stay here the owner was harassing us always asking for money for fees that seemed to come out the blue all though we paid in advance for everything. The doors leading into the building half of them have to propped open to enter. The room we had didn t have heat the bathtub always didn t drain right and half the lights in the room don t turn on. The bedding on the bed was just a flat sheet a lil foam pad thing and a thin blanket also the bed was ripped really bad. Simply put this place is the equivalent to that one run down house in the town your from that everyone assumes is definitely a crack house. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Hopefully the city of junction city will read this and come put a condemned sign on the door.

Lady behind the desk was nice enough but there s no way this place gets any stars. Place stinked as soon as I walked in the room I felt uneasy. Roaches were everywhere on the ceiling the floor bathroom even on the bed I had paid for multiple nights but I left and slept in my car. The next step is to report them to the better business bureau this place should not be open for business.

Receptionist had a "not my problem" attitude. Very direct with no interest in telling you what they have available at this facility. Hotel very rundown. Outside missing paint, doors propped open with rocks, windows have graffiti or left open from previous visitors. Inside interior dated, room had water damaged ceiling, damaged lamp shades and curtains, cable box did not work, bathroom had vent falling off wall and stains on bed sheets. If I would take any positive experience from our stay, I would say it was quite at night and the maintenance manager was prompt and very friendly when he fixed the cable issue.

The USA INN. it's a cheap hotel to be honest. The rooms didn't feel safe in terms of someone wanting to enter: Strangers. It has the air of a place where crimes are committed and nobody at the front desk. A mom and pop's kinda place but they are remodeling the place. Need a night person/security at night. As an update the owner called my review a joke. I visited someone a couple of days ago and what is a joke is the safety of the patrons. Here's an example in the photo. The back door remains busted, not to mention the trash.

READ THIS REVIEW!!!!!!The manager was friendly at first, he told me if I paid cash he would give me a better rate without taxes. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.I gave him cash and when I went to the room the entire bed was missing!!!I went back and got a 2nd room and it was the worst I ve ever seen. Half of the carpet was removed. There was no towels except for the used wet one laying inside the leaking tub.I went back to the desk and politely told the manager I would prefer to take my money and go to another hotel. He flipped like a switch and was extremely rude. He told me absolutely no refunds and pointed to a small sign. I told him his own sign says no refund after 10 minutes and it had not been 10 minutes. I showed him the time written on my receipt and the current time but he was just got more mad.I told him I was going to leave and he stormed out saying you just can t please some people This guy gave me two horrible rooms that were probably out of order to steal the cash he talked me into paying for a better rate. I should have used a credit card so I could have reported him for fraud.Please do not use this hotel, it is a scam and a disgusting place that should literally be condemned.If the owner sees this please ask him for the receipt with my phone number and give me a call. You re so called manager was the WORST customer service I ve ever had.

To be honest me my kids and Husband stayed for two weeks. The towel Shelf fell down. The shelf for you clothes fell down too. The air conditioner did not work. It was fried. Cope was all was there to Arrest or Raid somebody. The lady at the up Front was nice at first. But when we didn't want to stay anymore we asked for our money back she said no. I think this is unsafe to have your kids or yourself in this Hotel. To be honest I think that it needs to be shut down it is not safe to say at. It is felling apart. Someone need to close it down.

Very dirty, burn holes around in non smoking room. Toilet seat too large for toilet, toilet wouldn't flush, shower didn't work right, hole in the wall inside shower, tv remote didn't work. No complementary shampoo. Had mini fridge but it wasn't plugged in. Back sliding Door to courtyard did not lock. When I complained, they said it was all because of COVID and I cannot be refunded. Left my phone number to hear back from management. Will update if I hear from them. Pricing was also higher walking in than listed anywhere else online.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, BUT the room was seriously unhealthy and based on other reviews this isn t a first. I ve never given one star before, and I d hate to do it for a friendly staff but when the place wreaks of pot, the pillows have multiple blood stains and a woman s hair on it, I have to warn others. They did provide us a refund though but we let them know immediately once we entered the room. The price should be a give away, if you just don t have the money, please make sure to use your own sheets or sleep in the car.

Once we walked in, it was just horrible and very outdated. We had our room on the second floor. While walking to our room. The ceiling tiles had holes in them. We opened to the door to our room. The beds were unmade and disgusting. There was a fountain drink, a pack of cigarettes, and a note with room numbers on it. We went to the nearest exit and left and never turned back this place needs to be turned in!!

I would have to say for what you get it should be cheaper! First time I stayed I was put in a room with mold coming from every corner, I had to find "housekeeping" for clean linens and bathroom needs. Second time I was put in a room facing the pool. The sliding door that goes directly outside to the pool was off track so it didn't close at all. I tried to close the door just a smudge and the whole thing (weighing over 75 lbs) fell against my back leaving a few small bruises but the office wasn't any help. Just kept telling me I shouldn't have touched it but expected me to sleep with my sliding door open.

First room was not what we asked for at all. It was also adjoining to the room next door which that door had no lock or handle on it. Second room lights didn't work and it was nasty. Third room was just as bad and the sliding glass door would nearly shut and didn't lockWe gave them 3 chances then finally asked for a refund we will find out if that happens like he said it would I would not rerecommend this motel to anyone.

Stay away from this hotel. It is dirty, smells bad, and has bugs. The place is run down and has many electrical and plumbing issues. Do not believe the pictures. They were probably taken 10 years ago. Beds are worn out. Maid service is substandard. Dirty carpets and bathrooms. They advertise continental breakfast but in no way it is even close to continental breakfast. There extended stay room consist of a very small refrigerator and a small microwave.

It's an inexpensive 2 star hotel you can't expect much. Free breakfast and coffee. It needs some updating and some general maintenance as well as the carpets could use a deep cleaning. But the Beds were comfortable and clean. The customer service was amazing.

Context: I'm driving a 16' Penske truck moving my furniture across the country.I booked my stay here because it was the only hotel left on Expedia. All hotels that evening were booked and I was getting tired.- Booked the hotel at 10:42PM.- Arrive at hotel at 11:30PM.- I step up to talk to the front desk and I'm told there's no rooms left. My reservation from Expedia didn't get added, and there was nothing she could do...- I ended up driving away into a cleaner and safer looking area of town & sleep in the truck.- Next day I call Expedia for a refund, they call the hotel for this and the manager is away and to try calling back later.- A week goes by and we try calling a couple more times but conveniently the manager is never there so the refund is refused.- My final call with Expedia, I'm told the hotel tells them I have stayed at the property...It's been a couple weeks now and I thought this would figure itself out but here I am now writing this so others don't make the mistake I did.TLDR; The hotel overbooked and turned me away then lied to Expedia about staying there so I couldn't get my refund.

WARNING BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!This hotel doesn t deserve any stars!Last night I was laying in bed playing on my phone and I saw a bed bug crawling on the white sheet. I killed it, then the rest of the night I could not sleep cause I thought bugs were crawling all over me. I went to talk to the front desk this morning, the Indian woman came up and I informed her about the bed bugs. Well why are you telling me now when your checking out ! I said are you kidding me? I asked to speak to the manager and she said he won t be here till tomorrow. I said we are leaving tonight to go home, I want the managers phone number and I walked away and went to call and it s the number to the hotel and not the managers number. She called me a liar and their hotel is nasty and just needs to be tore down. But a tent instead and go camping would be a better option than their hotel.

RUN! My husband is a pilot and we have traveled all over the world and this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! First there was no heat in the whole building. A man was walking down the hallway and I asked him if his room was heated and he said he was living there for $300 for two weeks so it was ok with him but they had to go buy space heaters from Wal-Mart and were using them the his room. Second, the towels were filthy! I mean dirty. They looked like theycleaned the bathroom with them then hung them up. There were psyched holes in the walls and the carpet had blood on it. I had two young kids withme who were freezing and I did not feel safe withthem in such a filthy place. Expedia has them listed on their site at USA expended stay but that is not the name posted outside of their building. Super scary place. We left after an hour still with no heat in the room and got another hotel. They are not willing to refund our money. Like I said before worse placee I have stayed in the whole world.

I realize that "you get what you pay for", but I don't think it's asking too much for the tiles in the shower not to move or be rusty, there not to be a small, loud, aggressive dog at the front desk, or towels to not have obvious stains. Cherry on top- only 1 towel in the bathroom (no mat, no rags, no handtowel) and she acted like we were bugging her asking for... necessities? Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Let me preface this review by saying this is the first review good or bad on anything on any site I have ever written. But this experience warrants it. This place is now called USA Inn. They can change the name but will not be able to run from the reviews. I jumped on this hotel against my better judgement. I'm traveling with my elderly mother and she started to have a health episode where she needed rest. The front desk was kind enough as we checked into two rooms. One for my mother, one for me. But when we got to my mother's room. There were holes in the wall. The carpet was ripped and torn. The tv didn't work. There was no ice machine. The heater/AC unit had no knobs or labeling and the place was not clean. With all these issues occurring and with taking into consideration the quality of the room we decided to ask for our money back and find another place. They agreed to refund only half of the money that I paid for the two rooms. I didn't even make it to my room and we were in my mother's for maybe 15 minutes tops. I guess they did this because they need the money more than they need to be fair, reasonable or good owners or managers. Unless scabies and being ripped off is your thing stay away from this place there are much nicer hotels 20 minutes West in Salina.

I m gonna try to be as fair and nice as possible. Honestly tho, don t take my word for it. It truly is almost uncomprehendingly disgusting. I ve never been seen a hotel that s this bad before.Large cracks and holes in the walls, cockroaches, filthy carpets, trash left in the rooms, urine cover toilet, broken furniture, exposed electrical wiring, blood on the walls, cob webs, bed linen had that not so fresh feeling like they weren t changed after the last person left. I literally went out to my vehicle and slept in there instead of the room they refused to refund me for.By the way if you book on choice hotels website, the owner will refuse to honor the price agreed (for me it was the MILITARY rate they refused) and just cancel your online reservation through choice but keep your card info and charge you manually for the room at a higher rate.Choice Hotels should be absolutely ashamed to have there brand anywhere near this honeybucket.Again, Please, See for yourself I don t blame you even with all the pictures I m sharing proving my review.. It sounds Overly dramatic and to horrible to be real.. So cheers! Bring some Lysol.

My colleague has been traveling across the country for 3 years and I have been traveling for 2 years; in all of our travels, we have never seen such a filthy hotel. The first impression after getting the key was driving to the door and seeing an overflowing trash can, the trash was all over the ground. Then we walked to the first room: it had feces clogging the toilet, cigarette butts, an unmade bed, stains on everything, cigarette ash everywhere, it smells like garbage. We got moved to a second room...on the walk up to the second room we noticed the ceiling was collapsing near a window and the fire alarm was non stop chirping which means it's batteries are in need of replacement, it was completely run down. We got into the second room and thought it was much better until we looked at the beds and there is a serious bug infestation (the maintenance guy said it was just fruit Flys and that someone must have just left the window open) after looking on Google...to me it looked like bed bugs....I went into that bathroom there was something nasty all over the floor and sink. We got a 3rd room it appears to be okay minus the smell until we got into the bathroom and there are weird black and orange stains all over the towels. Buyer beware!!!!! I am currently trying to upload the pictures.

This place was disgusting. The woman wasn t at the front desk when we got there and when she finally got there she walked around barefoot. Very unprofessional. We changed rooms 3 times. The first room we were in looked decent but the toilet didn t work so we had to move. The second room had an overwhelming smell of smoke and mildew and you couldn t even breathe, there was stains on the ceiling and the curtains were torn so we tried another room. The third room we opened the door and someone s dirty clothes was all in the floor along with trash cups toilet paper around the room. The window was cracked open and a curtain was torn down like someone had broken in and been staying in there. It was the most disgusting place I ve ever seen so we left and went down the road to comfort suites

Please be careful staying here.. we were being stationed here, so we had to book a hotel! You get what you pay for. That s the truth.Toilet rocked, stains on the chairs, not so clean, heater didn t work well, phones didn t work, tried checking out at 11:10 no one was there for 10 minutes. We had to leave to go and unpack at our house, we tried calling a few times no one answered. We had our dog with us, and she was perfectly healthy when coming to Kansas. Unfortunately after staying here we seen she was pooping worms... just be careful y all ( she s happy and jumpying around we went to the vet )

clean room, no bedbugs, a hot shower, and an excellent low price. these are important things to me and exactly all you'll get. bring your own soap, shampoo, and toilet paper because they are not provided. also count on having breakfast elsewhere because the "breakfast bar" has been abandoned by whoever runs the hotel. I'm ok with that though. I got a good night's sleep and got back on the road in the morning. that's really all I needed.

I would give the place a negative rating below 1 star but not possible. At first I figured I would give it a chance, couldn't complain too much due to the rate. Building old, stinks, plumbing backed up, not one exit secured with key access, some rooms have sliding doors for rear access which don't close or lock properly, no towels in room, toilet paper so old it crumbled apart, and blinds don't operate. The Room I was in was okay, like I said for the price; however the shower was clogged. I asked them for a plunger so I could unclog it myself. After several attempts it was a failure, the only thing that happened was nasty gunk came up the plumbing. I asked for my refund and was denied due to being past checkout time, understandable so I took that as a lost. However, I asked them that I was entitled to my refund for the following night (paid 3 nights) Saturday October 1st, and was denied that too. We got into a bicery argument about the quality of the room and my refund, the owner was pretty rude and unprofessional as for customer service goes. I checked out so now I am here to let everyone know that this is not the place you want to spend your money on. Spend an extra 15 dallors for something worth it. I am not the type to complain or even waste my time with reviews but this is for all my brothers and sisters leaving or coming to Fort riley......DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Got a room here asked for handicap room wasnt given one. Pillows were old and felt like a wad of clothing. Pieces of wall were missing in bathroom. Ot felt dirty. There was a lingering smell about the hotel. The bathtub didnt drain well, the toilet was loose. The place felt creepy and to top it off the TV was on when we got room, the remote would only change channels, volume was loud had to find controls under TV to lower volume and turn off the TV. Side door didnt lock anyone could come in. The door to room didnt have the door latch it had been broken. Place was cheap might do better if they fixed it up and charged a little more. The person cleaning rooms was also same person working the front desk.

Let me begin by saying I am a functioning germaphobe. I stay at hotels and it's usually not a big deal, but this stay was life changing. The tub I refused to bathe in; there were two beds and one of them had food crumbs all on the pillow, and under the sheets, and when I told the front desk, she exclaimed that she had changed the sheets. The son-in-law was rude and grumpy. When he came to fix the tv in my sister's room, which just as bad, he had a dog with him under his arm. I refused to take my clothes off or unpack anything. I broke out in hives I was so freaked out. If you are in a jam want to save money, and have no options and aren't bothered by much, then maybe stay here. I hope I never have to stay in here in the state that it's in. There is more I could point out wrong, but I'm so over it. If I remember when I get back to the room, I'll take pictures of the bathroom and room.

The hotel had a very bad odor that we noticed when we first talked in. There room were filthy, and the pool was empty excerpt for rainwater (in July!). However, the manager was nice, but we're still didn't stay the night-we had to lose our money and go to a different hotel. I would NEVER recommend any one to stay here.

First checked into 231 room was not clean beds slept in towels on floor .... They moved me to 222 .... That room had cob webs inside whole window seal, heat wouldn't work room was frezzing , cable didnt work . They say they clean 231 move me back it smells like a$$ sheets not changed, bed bugs crawling on celing. Got refund & left 3/321

The first thing that set me off is the put us in a single bed room.when our reservation was a double bed. The staff were nice but the room was disgusting. The first thing i do is check the beds. However upon checking beds we found brown spots and this weird substance on the string for the bedcover it kinda looked like earwax but it wasn't. We got a refund and found a new place to stay! I do not recommend this place!
