Good work on the oil change, but it took well over an hour and no one ever communicated to me about a delay or just to say "Hey, we are behind, but your car is next," or something of that sort to reassure me that I hadn't been forgotten. When I first checked in, the guy told me about 45 minutes. So an hour and a half with no communication is frustrating.

My car lost power on the interstate and I couldn't get it to start. It was towed to this shop and when the mechanic went to start it, it started and drove just fine. I expected a service fee of some sort and there was no charge for them to just look at it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for being so kind to these out of towners.

I want to start off by saying that nobody in this establishment was unfriendly by any means during my whole ordeal! HOWEVER. I hit a gnarly pothole/curb combo and knew I wrecked something under my car. My steering wheel is sideways and it feels funny when I drive. So I dropped my car off to them at 8 am for an alignment. I was told it would be ready after lunch and my car would be the 2nd car on the lift. I called at 3pm and was told my car was not finished and that it would be done before they closed at 530. Next call I got from them was informing me my car would not be complete today due to a car getting stuck on top of the lift earlier in the day (that would have been a prime opportunity to call me and let me know my car would not be done in time) I was audibly frustrated and Lisa still stayed calm & professional when speaking to me. I informed them I needed to work at 5 and as a delivery driver I cannot go to work without my car. I was then contacted around 5pm informing me that my car had went up on the lift everything looked great but they could not perform the alignment due to my spare tire being on the car. Cool, next day I go up to discount tire- get a new tire and drop it off at T.O. HAAS. I m informed to give them some time & they ll call me when they re finished. Next call I got from them was around 2 pm when they informed me that the completely fine car they had apparently just looked at the evening before now had a bent inner tire rod. (Expected.. but now I think you lied about ever looking at my car) my car spent 2 days sitting in their parking lot for whatever god knows reason. Although everyone was polite and respectful while I was admittedly was not the entire time I am not pleased with the way they handled the situation especially since I m not a new customer. I m out of at least $200 I could have made in those 2 days I was unable to go to work, I now have to borrow a car and wait on parts to be delivered next week just to get my car fixed when all they had to do was call me when that car got stuck on the lift so I could have taken my vehicle somewhere else. Keeping the car when the business didn t have the means to fix the car makes me feel like they wanted my money more than they wanted to fix my car & help me get back on the road. Unfortunately for ME I will not likely be returning to this establishment anytime soon as I absolutely cannot afford for them to keep my car for 2 days over an alignment maybe go to a real shop, save some time..

I decided to check T.O. Haas out for the first time yesterday. Lisa and AJ are very friendly and the service was great. I got an oil change and plan to return for future needs. The mechanic took note of issues and made sure that I was aware but in no way tried pressing me into further services or spending more money with them.Highly recommend this place.

Went in for an oil change and a check engine light a couple of weeks ago. The whole thing turned out to be a much bigger saga, but the gentlemen there were very helpful and made sure I knew what was happening the whole time. When the problem persisted due to a manufacturer error in a replacement part, they helped me get to work and fixed it at no additional cost. My car is running smoothly now, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Greg and all the lovely folks in the shop! Only sad thing is that the dogs I saw when I went in last year weren't there when I went in, but you can't have everything.

I always have a great experience here. They also include pictures and a diagnostic email, automatically adds to the carfax which is helpful! Nice staff. They are much appreciated

They're good things and bad things about this particular location. I'll start with the good. After I purchased a set of tires, I picked up a nail at my apartment complex since seeing the property management company was neglectful in making sure that the parking area had been properly cleaned. And rather than charge me the 29.95 they went ahead and let it slide. Very nice of them. And they have some very nice staff. They also have some staff that are just kind of plain. They don't have much personality and are just kind of blah. They also tend to bring religion into their business. And I don't intend to criticize anyone's faith. It's just that there's a time and a place for everything. Business is business. Church is church. So overall they did a decent job on my tires. I did have one that was leaking afterwards and it needed a new tire stem and I asked them if they had replaced the stems and they said they had not. I've never bought a complete set of tires before where they didn't replace the stems. I just have never run across that. Before you get a new set of tires they make sure that they're good to go 100%. No problems. Like I said in the beginning they were nice enough to let a nail slide and patch the tire. They didn't have to do that and I'm very grateful that they did.

The Service was excellent, the staff friendly and professional, my concerns for my vehicle was there priority . I'm very pleased with the out come of my repairs and I will return for service again I recommend this business to family and others you will not be disappointed.

Great service provided by Greg and thorough checks when I got my car serviced by Adante. Price is reasonable and they definitely will let you know of anything that is alarming with pictures and will provide a report of what was done to the car.

They tried to overcharge us then, after telling my wife when she dropped the car off that there wouldn't be a diagnostic fee, they tried to charge us $99 over the phone. I would have accidentally paid it if I didn't talk to my wife first (and confirm what they told her). Our mechanic (father in law) told us to run from this place and the sentiment on the JC community page is similar (it seems over half a dozen people have had bad dealings with Haas, and the other half recommend taking one's car somewhere else). Frankly, I just don't appreciate places that try to "pull one over," so I'm making other people aware. Not everyone is a "car guy," and not everyone is lucky enough to have a father in law who knows when a mechanic is trying to overcharge for parts and labor.

Everyone we came in contact with was amazingly helpful! The team at T.O. Haas was incredibly quick, they updated us on our vehicle's progress throughout the day, and they even set our clock for us... Which we don't even do! I appreciate everything these folks did for us today. Ten stars!

Greg and crew assisted us with replacing a trailer tire while we were traveling through Junction City. They were very helpful and worked quickly to get us back on the road. The customer service is always absolutely amazing here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful which is why I give them 4 stars instead of 3. I had gotten 4 new tires on my vehicle. It seems they were properly installed but they left my rims dirty from a liquid they used and my front breaks were squeaking. I was also missing a rear lug nut cover. I just returned from a rotation so I can't confirm with 100% certainty it was there when I left my vehicle with T.O. Haas. I also can't be certain the squeaking breaks are related. All in all they did the job I paid them for so I'm not upset. I just expect better work for people who take pride in their job.

Excellent customer service and advice. I told them I was passing through and wanted to see if they had to change the transmission fluid and filter, they squeezed my vehicle in. I m so grateful because it keeps me on schedule. They also didn t charge me extra for the 2 quarts my vehicle was low on. I really think their actions speak volumes in a positive way.Service: Auto maintenance

Went in on a Friday with a tire that had a slow leak. They checked it and it couldn t be repaired. Unfortunately they didn t have the tire in stock and as I was traveling on Saturday I couldn t wait until Monday. They were so nice, friendly and professional. If I could ve waited until Monday I would have, I felt comfortable with them and like the way they do business. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.
