Nice spot for classic and after market customized rides! Nice shop and the owners are cool to talk to. Genuinely love talking classic cars. I'm waiting for my 1994 Convertible Cadillac Allante to come in so I can scoop it up!

Initial transaction was okay. The sales guy didn't really seem like he wanted to be there. Every question I asked he just muttered "everything works" like it was inappropriate for me to even be asking about specifics. But to their credit, they fixed a couple things pre-sale and I drove away with the truck I wanted. 4-star rating if it had ended there. But then the real irritations began.Initially (on the day of sale) they told me the title would be mailed to me in a couple weeks. After a month of silence, I inquired, and was assured that it was either in the mail already or would be on its way in the next couple of days. Time goes by, no title. I called again, he reassured me again. A couple of times he assured me that he'd check on it and get back to me with an update. That alone would have gone a long way toward putting my mind at ease. But then I'd hear nothing back from him. So I'd wait a few days and call again. Rinse/wash/repeat.This goes on until day 57, at which point I'm so confused that I sincerely thought I was going to have to take legal action or complain to dealer licensing because the legal timeframe was about to elapse for me to register the truck.Technically the dealer has 60 days to provide the title, and he did technically get me the title within that time frame, but I feel like I was lied to and strung along for a solid month, and that he was ready to give me as many false reassurances as it took to get me to just leave him alone, instead of just giving me an actual explanation so that I could understand what was happening.Anyway, they did technical fulfill their obligations, but I wouldn't trust them again.

Don t buy from here! Lied to me about why the car I purchased was a salvage title, and also lied and told me the title wouldn t come up as salvaged. Should have done my own research lesson definitely learned

For this shop to be in such a small town, they have some AWESOME selections of classic, tricked and unique rides! The staff seemed helpful enough, especially considering my visit was NOT sales related! They helped and served and got me on my way!

It's was definitely easy to get a car with them. My husband found one he was interested in and when we test drove it, it all seemed fine. Well, after a week of casually driving it, the transmission was slipping in gears 3-5. They said they would pay to have it fixed at dons transmission here in town. They had it a day and got it back to us but the transmission was still doing the same thing. So we informed them it was still the same and they stated they would have a new transmission put in. When we picked up the car 2 days later, they informed us that they put a used transmission in it. We asked for a receipt which took them a while to get together. On the receipt it says the transmission was new, but it's still sliding and slipping in gears 3-5, so we are paying out of our pocket to take it to a Chevy dealership because we don't feel like they have resolved our issue. Another thing that's quite frustrating is we have asked for the title to get it tagged a few times. The first time no one was there to find it, the second time they informed us that it was misplaced and this coming Monday they are supposed to go to Topeka to get a new copy. It's frustrating because the temp tag goes out next week and we will not be able to drive it if the title is not found or a new copy isn't given to us. I will amend my rating once this all is figured out.Update....Never buying a vehicle from them again. For the title, they "misplaced" it and had to get another copy. And They did me and my husband so dirty and then refused to fix it. We ended up having to take it to a Chevy dealer and there is so much wrong with the car, they don't even know how we were able to drive it to them. Now we have to come out of pocket for a new engine and transmission for a car we have not been able to drive since we bought it. Fraud artists these ones are. Watch out.

UPDATE: employee messaged me personally on Facebook to tell me truck has transmission issues and that s why they wouldn t sell. Different employee gave me a different story. Now ignoring my messages but responded to my friend in seconds. and truck is once again posted for sale. Even though they responded to this review saying they didn t feel comfortable selling to anyone.They made a deal with me and then backed out and lied about why. Now ignoring me. Dishonest salesmen. Beware.Had an agreement with a salesman for cash value on a vehicle AS IS. They agreed to give me an estimate for possible work on vehicle in question. I showed up 3 days in a row with 2k more cash than agreed (more than asking price) to take the vehicle and they couldn t deliver. Finally telling me vehicle was no longer for sale. However it was still posted online for sale. Blame was put on whoever Neil is. That they didn t want to do the work and send the vehicle to auction. Or even sell it to me so I could take it to my own mechanic. So either salesman made a deal on a vehicle without the authority to do so or they don t inspect their vehicles very well before they post and advertise them or both. I have bought vehicles and sold vehicles here in the past but after this experience and seeing the unprofessionalism here I regret giving them my business and won t be back.

Gave me a really good deal on a Mitsubishi mirage. And while it had a few small things wrong with it, it was the cleanest, most mechanically sound vehicle I could find for the price point. They offered to fix everything, and when I was on my way to pick it up they even fixed a couple things that weren t on the list. Great service and great deals!

Recently bought a car a couple weeks ago. Overall good experience and pretty good customer service. The only part of the process that wasn t great quality was my interaction with Tony, my salesman, he didn t seem very interested in me purchasing a car. Didn t ask any questions besides how much I was willing to pay.I was able to bring the car to get an inspection. The car had bald rear tires, bad break light, oil leak and bad window motor.Aaron was professional and kind, he agreed to fix those issues. All the issues were taking care of the very next day by their Mechanic, Adam who was also friendly and professional, fixed all the issues the very next day. This was all free of charge.The car rides great although there all some small things to fix but it s a used car so that s expected. I am happy with my experience here and my purchase.

So my experience with this place was a few years back, and I m definitely late on getting to this review but I only have good things to say about them!! They helped throughout the whole process of getting my vehicle and were super kind people. In the first two weeks after I bought it, I had two different occasions of small hiccups in the functioning of the car. The first time, my engine was leaking from the housing filter and the second time it was not turning over to start. Both times I had called the dealership and they helped me out more than I couldve hoped for. I live an hour away and both times they had towed it to and from AND it was free. If you re just kind to them, they will be kind and treat you nice back. 100% recommend this place for non shady business.

Best dealership around. They helped me with getting my payment down to what I can afford. I got the truck I wanted. Arin went and found the perfect truck for me. Adam took his time to show me we re to check all my fluids. They do it all from sales to repairs after the sale. I even scheduled a full detail after a long road trip with the kids making a mess in the back seat.

Head gasket blew during the first 30 days of ownership and they refused to repair it. Didn't honor the warranty, made no amends and the owner is horrible!In response to your post. You are a liar!! My daughter has not driven the car. The is nothing wrong with the radiator, you are choosing not to fix it. There is no negligence on my part. Shady operation!!

Sold me a car while I was under the impression it had no issues. Told me they would fix it for free. Kept putting off when they would fix it until the transmission started going out. Held it for 2 days kept saying they would return calls but wouldn t. Ended up just telling me they re keeping the car and giving me my money back and the insurance I paid for is on me. Now I gotta figure out how to get my kid to school. Me and my girl to work. How to get my girl to her baby appointments. I know someone else who just bought a car that is going through the same thing. Has issued that they weren t informed about. I burnt up the transmission doing what I bought the car to do. Drive

The buying process was easy and smooth with Aaron and Janet who have both been decent to work with. However, when issues arose due to their incorrect installation of the stereo they installed as an agreement of the sale, our experience was soured. When I called about some sort of resolution for the fix as it was their installation that was the problem, I was talked over, disrespected, and practically yelled at.EDIT: They did agree to send us a check for a portion of what it cost us to fix their errors (and they did), but not before arguing with me and blaming us for not bringing a vehicle with a dead battery all the way to Junction. The entire exchange was unprofessional. As I said, I was talked over, disrespected, and practically yelled at.

Anyone reading this, I must tell you that you simply will NOT believe this until you go there yourself! Neal, Adam, and the entire staff are of such a high quality, other dealerships should be ashamed of themselves. From the moment I walked on the lot until the moment I got my ride, I received total honesty and integrity. No blind siding, no slight of hand, no tricks. They treated my friend so well on Thursday that I returned on Monday and bought a vehicle from them! They worked with me and my friend to get any and all mechanical issues fixed BEFORE they delivered the vehicle. And while fixing one issue on my friends SUV, they found another and took care of that too! I have left many reviews of businesses and I feel I am accurate with my words. THERE ARE SIMPLY NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW WONDERFULLY AWESOME THESE FOLKS ARE!!!!!!!!!!! I feel you would be totally insane to pass them by and not see for yourself how amazing you will be treated here. If you have realistic expectations, they will NOT let you down!

The first car I ever bought on my own, I got from here a year and a half ago. Neil, Janet, Adam, and Johnny have been beyond amazing. Any issue (I haven't had any major ones) I've had with the car, they fixed quickly and they've done it for free. They've gone above and beyond to where they've worked with me, knowing I have work and school, and have come and picked up my car, taken it to JC to do maintenance, and brought it back to my house. Adam met me on my lunch break at work a couple of months ago (over a year after buying my car) to fix a minor issue with the hood. I truly cannot recommend them enough. Truly great people.

I have had some bad experiences at dealerships, but this one has changed my mind. They were patient with me, gave me a more than fair assessment of the trade-in value of my car. These people are legitimately honest, and, to help me out, gave me way more than anyone was willing to give me for my Buick. Also, I went back after a couple weeks and they were willing to work on my car after the warranty. I needed an oil change, and they charged me nothing. This is who you should do business with in Junction City

Good place to get a cheaper car. Employees are very good people though and will try to help you. Definitely a family owned shop.Everything that I asked to be fixed before I bought the car they fixed at no extracharge, so I highly recommend mentioning anything that you could see with the vehicle. They will fix it before they sell, absolutely impressed with the people and how well they treat you.

Very friendly, honest, good people. Very patient with all of my questions. Even came to my house to help with a problem I had 3 weeks after buying a vehicle. They didn't have to do that, butbit was greatly appreciated. Will absolutely buy from them in the future!!

Walked in interested in a truck on the lot. Salesman looked unprofessional, acted like he didn t wanna be there. Told me it wasn t for sale yet. I said fine I m interested when will it be ready? He said after we put a lift, wheels, & tires on it. I m not interested in a lifted truck. So I asked for a price as is. He refused to give me one. Only wanted to know what I d be willing to pay. Since I wouldn t give him a number & he wouldn t give me a number I had to leave & he wasn t interested in Making a sale. Do not recommend. Don t care about customer interest.

Went to look at a truck and after standing outside in the rain for 15 minutes looking, no one came out to help us or even say hello. We parked our vehicle infront of the main door so it was obvious that a customer was there. Very unprofessional in my eyes, who has worked in sales for many years. I didn't realize we had to hunt a salesman down. Obviously they don't need a paycheck very bad.

Bought a car from them almost a year ago and wanted to work with them to get the part I needed. I ordered the part and did not get called when it came in and they lost it. They told me I needed to come back so they could re run the test. I went back and was told the guy who runs the tests and orders the parts wasn t there. They told me to come back next week and they would not only work on my car and change my oil, but dispatch me a rental in the meantime. I called the day before I was set to bring it in and they told me they don t do that, and had no explanation for me as to why I would be told that. He told me he wanted to get to the bottom of it so he would call me back. He never called me back so i called them again. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude and told me the person I needed to speak to wasn t there and to call back. I called back same day and they told me it was my fault for not coming and getting the part the first time, even though no one ever called me to let me know it was in or kept me updated in the process. Super disappointed and will not be doing business here in the future.

By far the worst dealership in town you better off buying your car off the street we're here to help you but we don't listen, my attitude may not have been the best but you should understand my frustration when buying a new car and having to get it fixed not once but twice but don't worry I'll just pay cash and get it done the right way
