I am soo disappointed at this store. Back in June I bought a battery for my car. While in Oklahoma the battery was not holding charge. I went to replace since it was under warranty. I found out the battery I was giving and the battery on the receipt did not match. They never reached to me to let me know of the situation.

Went in there to get a new battery for a friend's truck and the kid that was "helping" us was extremely rude and condescending. He eventually said, "Fine. I guess I'll get someone who knows more than I do" and then walked away very abruptly. I already knew more than he did so we didn't wait around and went across the street to Auto Zone. They were much friendlier and the battery was cheaper!

kid in there on the phone said they have 8 4way tire irons i could use through the loan a tool then told me when i got there that i d have yo buy one and that i couldn t return it. what a joke that is. also had his little girlfriend sitting next to him on the counter talking to him the entire time.

Went in to see about getting a part number for a part I needed she came right out and said that I could wait until someone else could help me find the part # so she could help another customer who came in after Mr. Where is the customer service here?? 6.26.2023 @9 am she needs to learn customer service

O'Reilly Auto Part in JC has a convenient location the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They were not able to assist me cutting a automotive key by the vin number, as a nationwide parts and automotive parts supplier they should be able to cut keys by vin #

Had to order parts from them and they always seem to get the right part the first time. Would have given them a fifth star had they called me to tell me my part was going to be a a few days. and also if they would have called me in the part came in. But still a great place to shop and get the right parts the first time !

They are freaking awesome here. Bob and Cody took perfect care of me. I was in junction fixing my mom's car I must have came up at least 4 times while I was there and every time the customer experience was exactly the same to the t. Awesome job guys much much better than auto zone across the street.

Go with older guys if possible. 90 percent of the young salesman have no clue except how to plug it into computer. Besides that great experience. I usually go to Manhattan store but had to pick up parts at salvage yard there. Very happy with my visit and I never post on these things

We were out grocery shopping and our battery died in our vehicle. A nice guy at the store gave us some jump which got us to O'Reilly. My husband went in and got a new battery and came out to switch them out but couldn't find his small tool bag under all the shopping. He went back in to the store to see if he could borrow what he needed and 20 seconds later he was back with an employee, Michael, who was very friendly and helpful.. Michael basically switched the batteries himself. My husband was extremely pleased with the whole thing because he got the new battery, got them switched, and got the core charge back for the old one, and all in less than 15 minutes.

The gentleman there helped me put a lot he didn't just direct me he grabbed both items and explained how the differed lots of people are in and out for car issues and that was us and we ironically needed both sockets he grabbed for me! Wish I got his name

I have gone in multiple times and only once was there an employee that was helpful. The other times they act like it is a burden to help you. One person seemed like they wanted to help and scratched my car shoving my headlight in. I gave them chances, that is the last chance and purchase I will ever make there again.

Place would get a 5, but they wouldn't consider listenong to my wife when she knew exactly what was going on with our car. Apart from that, there was a younger man in there, he listened and was helpful. The others, not so much.

Just like any auto store, they'll hire anybody. 9 out of 10 of them can't tell you a thing about a vehicle, so do your own research and footwork. Wasted 2 weeks of my time waiting for them to special order 5w-50 engine oil and they never did, come to find out, they couldn't, but failed to call and inform me of that. They live off of what their computer say, which is wrong half the time, and always have that half assed look and response when you ask them a question. Be careful and mindful of what idiots at stores like this tell you

They never seem to have what I need in stock. Expect long waits as they always seem to be on the phone or in back. Friendly and helpful most of the time, but just can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Very friendly staff always helpful and great prices. They help find what you need or they will order it if there is a slight chance that they cannot get it then they will point you in the right direction.
