Maria and her team have always taken great care of me and my vehicles. They are local and experts at what they do. Go here if you want great service at an affordable price. Don't go here if you trying to get work for free, they are a small local place with enough people trying to rip them off on jobs.

My experiences with Mobile Car Care have been good. Very friendly, down-to-earth people. Mechanic is very knowledgeable and honest about his experience with certain things. They're not out to rip you off, unlike so many other places around here.

We called them to come look at my husband's truck and the first day they did not show. I rescheduled it after trying to call the store and no one answered. So today they where supposed to come by to look at my husband's truck and again no one shows up. This is not a good way to run your business and we will not be rescheduling a third time.

If I could give 0 I would. Took my Buick enclave to them for a power steering issue the replaced the pump problem wasn't fixed. After a huge debate on who would pay for the correct repairs they decided not to fix my car. I ended up having someone else look at it they immediately found the leak and the auto parts store gave me the little rubber seal for free. Yup my car had a leak in a seal that these professionals didn't notice and I had my car fixed for free while they were throwing a fit over who would pay for the repair that ended up costing nothing. Absolute garbage. They also stripped a bolt while they had it

I cannot express how thankful I am to have stopped at this repair shop.Let me share moreWe had a 16 hour drive from indiana to colorado. After a gas stop in Kansas, we noticed our car was making the weirdest noise. We were happy to see we were .05 miles from a collision repair shop(booooo) We stopped in just to have someone take a listen and let us know if we were ok to drive the 6 and a half hours home they sent us to T.O. Haas repair (booooo) . They said they can t even look at the car until tomorrow morning .. MAYBE we are frustrated at this point because HEY MAYBE ITS NOTHING But it s not worth the risk with our fur babies in the back.After being let down from state farm and the other car shops in town, we made our way to mobile car repair.It s like 100 degrees out and we were greeted by the two friendliest people ever. They listened to us ( and the car ), advised us on best practices on how to safely get home, our next steps if/when we have a problem on the road, and what we exactly needed to fix when we get back home.Side note- I got my car serviced before we left the trip and they looked at the receipt and told me 1. I got ripped off and 2. What they missed when servicing my car that is leading to these problems. OH AND DID I MENTION THEY DID ALL OF THIS FOR FREE. We were there for a total of 20ish minutes.If you need service done or a quote.. go to mobile car repair.You re welcome in advance :)

I have personally taken my vehicles to Jesse when I have had concerns. He has always given me a diagnosis and/or suggestions before performing any repairs.He has priced repairs on a higher end but when I have returned to pay, they have always been MUCH LESS than originally quoted.Some of my own personal "mechanic" friends have been stumped at times and have gone to Jesse when they can't figure out issues. Jesse has the diagnostic machine to tell you exactly what is going on and he WON'T overcharge you for unnecessary repairs!For this reason, I will recommend Jesse McNair to any of my friends and family!!!Thank you Jesse!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

My car started acting funny and gauges started flashing, turning on the a/c or the headlights would kill the engine. I heard good things from a couple people about Jesse so decided to trust them and was not disappointed, he got me in quick and figured out where I had a short near the fuse box under the hood and fixed it the same day I dropped the car off. I am extremely grateful to find an honest mechanic here in JC that I will go back to for any future car problems, definitely will recommend to friends and family. Glad I can get back to work and didn't lose my job.

Terrible. Called multiple days in advance to set up a time. Called the day prior and the day planned to confirm the appointment. And got no showed. Tried calling back after nobody showed up and got no answer. Can t rely on them, I suggest utilizing another mechanics shop. Otherwise you will sit around all day, miss work and still have a car that won t work.Service: Electrical

I was asked to drop my vehicle off there around 9:00am. I knew they didn't open till 9. So, when I got there at 9 and they were still closed, that was fine. However I waited until 9:20 and they were still closed. So, I had to leave and will have to take my truck to somewhere else.

Mechanic was late to my appointment. I left my car there at 9:30 a.m., I was told it would be done in a few hours. The mechanic waited until 6:00 p.m. to call me and tell me he can't do it but it'll be $30.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

This place is horrible I needed one thing fixed on my car and they turned it into 3 and my car won t start the lady smiled and got smart and said I have the law on my side I would not recommend to anyone at all

Trash company. 25years. What a joke. They made an appointment 830 to 9pm. No call no show. So I called back at11. They answer. 45 min to an hour they said. No call no show. Call to reconfirm. No answer and no reply to text.

Fair on prices. Checks with you to verify repairs and what needs attention. Reminds me of my old mechanic back home. He tells you what needs to be fixed and doesn't try to upsell on other things that need to be fixed when they really don't. Great guy and an honest mechanic.

Went in for an estimate. I was told I would have it with the following day. The estimate never came so I called three separate days over a couple weeks to get my estimate, each time I was told he would get it and get back with me. I ll find somewhere else to go.
