Very trustworthy individual. Doesn't chance the almighty dollar.If you're okay with spotty call answering and a slow turnaround you'll be rewarded with honest work and a fair price. I'll absolutely trust them with my future needs.

Fair prices, quality work, and honest staff. Never had the usual mechanic nonsense of "We changed your oil and discovered 5 new things to fix." Great reliable place, but it does sometimes take some effort to get ahold of them over the phone, and they are usually very busy so you might have to wait a week or so to get your car in, but the turnaround time is great.

Amazing customer service and superb maintenance. Had my check engine and maintenance required lights on and oil leak. I was previously made aware of a bad catalytic converter that need to be replaced by previous shop. The biggest difference is these fine folks did the same job plus more (oil leak repair) at half the price quoted by another shop. It was a quick turnaround and my old Honda is sure to go another 100k if not more.A huge thank you to everyone at the shop for there work, professionalism, honesty, and affordability.I will be coming back for any additional service needs in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I brought a car here to have it fixed because it would not start. Levi was very friendly and helpful. They got the car fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Dependable, honest and trustworthy place to have your vehicle service or repaired near the Fort Riley area. They communicate with you on the vehicle status and provides you with advise and recommendation to have your vehicle working properly and safe. Had my 94 Toyota serviced twice by the professional technicians. Great job as always. I wished I had more time to have my AC replaced. Otherwise, it was running cold when I drove from point A to B. Thanks Marty and to your team!

Finding a new mechanic when you're new to the area is always a process. Can you trust them? Are they going to overcharge you for work you don't need? Rest easy when you go to Lott's Auto Services. My old Tundra has a slow drain on it, and instead of charging me an arm and a leg for their work, they diagnosed the problem at an affordable rate. These guys are wonderful. I made my appt to have a few things checked out. On the appt date I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it was finished the same afternoon. Prices were quite reasonable. Levi was very informative and explained everything that was done and added helpful tips on helping me keep vehicle run better. I will definitely give all all my business to Lotts for the care of my vehicle.

I had to take my vehicle in for some brake work and routine maintenance. Lott's was quick, efficient, but most important thorough and cost-effective. I felt like I got a fantastic deal on the services and when they discovered some additional problems on my car they fixed them for barely any additional cost. They were also very meticulous about going over the bill with me so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Overall great service and will be going back to them for as long as I'm in kansas.

The most sincere person ever!!!!!Very respectful . He deserves a prize as the most genuine.I went there after being frustrated at the Ford dealer.The guy explained to me the posible problem, looks at my car, makes a diagnosis and explained to me.Surprisingly, he never charged me.

Horrible at answering the phone so you have to go in to the shop.I took my car in and was told it would take 2-3 days to get it looked at. The owner said he would call me toward the end of the week to discuss costs and services. I was very patient. At a week and a half I tried to call but never got anyone to answer. At 2 weeks we went in to see what was going on only to find out they had barely looked at my car, had no idea what was wrong, could give no cost estimate, and told me it would be at least a week and a half before I would know anything. We decided to just take the car back because waiting a month or more to maybe hear something about the family car seemed a little ridiculous.

Come here FIRST! The heat in my car was blowing out cold air. I took it to J&L and told them I needed to get it fixed because I take my child out early in the morning to school and it s starting to get pretty cold in the mornings. They told me it would be around $650 for them to replace my heater core. That didn t sound right to me at all so I decided to get a second opinion. Lott s is the highest rated auto shop around here for a reason. They fit me in the next day, they thoroughly tested parts and had it back to me in less than an hour with my heater blowing HOT! I didn t need new parts or anything. They were friendly, professional, honest and you can tell they genuinely want to help people get their cars in shape. I have been looking for a new go-to shop since all the others I ve tried here have given me misinformation, either from being lazy and not really checking it or trying to sell me something I don t need. I m soooo happy I found this place.

Was incredibly thorough with my husband's car and fixed problems that others had overlooked for years. He called to tell us the vehicle needed additional work and was happy to show us the difference between our defective part and the new one. A bonus for us is that we were able to bring our own parts so we only paid for labor. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of work and service.

Lott's is the best! I had gave up taking my truck to repair shops because the always did not do what they said and overcharged for work. But Lott's IS HONEST! You can trust their advice and work. Went in for an issue with my truck, dealership wanted $1,600, said it needed new this and that. Lott's found the issue and saved me $1,550. They are knowledgeable and will explain in detail what you need or don't. I will drive back to them for all my repairs even if in another state, because I trust them and know they will do what they say. They are friendly, talk to you respectfully and I say again, they are HONEST and provide quality service and work. Thank you Lott's!

I visited Lott's Auto on a Wednesday. They were able to see me early next morning. Within 2 hours from drop-off, I received the diagnostic, a cost estimate and available date and time of service, which was early Friday morning. For any working civilian, time is money and I was not disappointed at any point. My car was fixed Friday morning by 10! Forget the big names.. Briggs, Firestone etc... go to Lott's Auto!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just moved to Kansas. My car has been having off and on clutch problems for a while now. No mechanic has been able to explain or properly fix the issue. Levi at Lotts was able to make us feel welcome and explain every step of the way, and get the job done. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The best business overall I've used in Kansas, as well as the best mechanic experience I've been through. Hopefully we wont have to be back for a while, but at least having a good mechanic to trust would make the next trip to the mechanic easier!

After 25 years of being overcharged and paying for services from shady mechanics. My prayers were answeded when I discovered Marty and his shop. He is honest and tells you what does or does not need fixed, and he does not rip you off and take all your money.I will never take my automobiles any where else EVER! Thank you Marty!!

If I could give more stars I would. Both Levi and Marty are AMAZING! These gentleman are honest, fair, and flat out AWESOME! They know their stuff. I had to have my transmission replaced, and they worked with me, found the best deal for the money. They put up with my calls, my stopping by, etc....again, JUST AMAZING men!I know for some women it can be intimidating to go to an auto repair shop, due to the unfortunate reputation that many shops take advantage of us, however, Marty and Levi are not those type of mechanics. They are very honest, and will explain the mechanics needed to your vehicle in layman's terms. There are no hidden costs, and if anything changes, they will commutate with you PRIOR and get your approval to go forward with any additional repairs.Again, if I could give more stars I would.... so, I will do it this way **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

MILITARY PERSONNEL, as you read through these reviews you will find that this is your go to automotive service! These reviews can t be more spot-on regarding the service I received and you will receive. This shop is my #1 go-to for all my auto service throughout my stay at Fort Riley. Marty and Levi are seriously courteous and as honest as they come. They are not there to get rich, but truly provide a professional service. As you will see, this shop is a certified Jasper Engine installer. Having a shop certified to install Jasper engines, says a lot about this business, I know I have had an engine installed by a certified shop completely satisfied. You will also notice that they work through the standard lunch break, allowing folks to stop by during their lunch. The list goes on and on, bottom line is they are what you are looking for. Damn fine people!

At Lott s, the mechanics are honest and direct. They care enough to tell you the difference between a repair that should be made for your safety vs. repairs that you can simply forego. They are willing to break down the issues in laymen s terms and are patient and willing to answer all questions. I will definitely take my vehicles there for future repairs when needed, and give them the highest recommendation. They are quite busy because they are the best! Hands down, these are the people you want working on your vehicle!

I just had the best service and fairest price of any repair shop I've used in recent years. I have turned my own wrenches for a long time and can honestly say these guys are top drawer. I was impressed enough to leave a second vehicle.

Levi was very accommodating. He had already repaired the vehicle when I called. I had forgotten to mention some other things I wanted him to check so he went back in to check them before our trip out of state. I highly recommend their services!! They may not answer right away as they don't have a dedicated office worker at the time of this review. Keep calling and leave a message.

Marty and the guys at Lott's Auto are mechanics you can trust completely to do excellent work, to stand by their repairs, and to truly care about you as a customer. I've been bringing my cars to Marty for years, and have referred tons of friends to them as well. Everyone loves them. They are the real deal! Tell em Larry sent ya!

Highly recommended. Had an old truck die on me as i was driving it across Kansas. Had no idea who to turn to in Junction City, and the towtruck owner recommended them. They diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road without no fuss. They also worked with me on holding the vehicle since i had to come back for it. Overall, they were great to work with and if i lived in Junction City I'd definitely use them again.

I'm the type that is hesitant about certain mechanics and their tactics to over charge customers to profit! It is extremely rare when you cross paths with a business that are not about profiting vs peoples safety! As much research as I conducted, I found Lott's to be genuinely honest! Hats down to you! I highly recommend this business for not only their professionalism, quality but honesty! Don't take your car anywhere else!

Levi and Marty are the best, hands down. They are upfront and honest about what is wrong and the cost of repairs. When my hubby's truck needed a new motor, I went to Lotts. When my Jeep started clunking, I went to Lotts. We will not take our business anywhere else.
