This has been the best car buying experience we've ever had. Everything was done with such ease and smoothness, and Ron was Amazing to work with! Great dealership to buy from. We had a bit of an issue with the car when we first bought it but Jerry made sure that we were fixed right up and back on the road. We were in talks with 3 other dealerships and this one was the best by far. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I will never go here again. I ve taken my car in 3 times and they can t do their job and figure the issue out. They even admitted to not seeing anything loose so they couldn t find the issue. They also admitted to hearing the problem but since they find where it s coming from they can t do anything about it which makes zero sense. Second time they looked at it they said it was the license plate and how two bolts were tight and two were loose ..was not the issue. And when I took it in today they blamed it on the things that are in my car door that makes the whole car shake which is just a lazy excuse of them not doing their job. I ll take it somewhere else because at this point they are irritating and irresponsible.

I purchased a used vehicle from Jim Clark Chevrolet recently, and I feel really good about the entire experience. (No buyer's remorse at all!) This was the first vehicle I've ever purchase on my own. I'm a widow and our previous purchases were done by my husband and me together.I had a lot of fears going into this "purchasing a used car" journey.1) my husband only bought new vehicles. He didn't want to buy "someone else's problem." Since I'm on a single income, purchasing a used vehicle is/was a better option.2) that because I am a woman, I would not be treated with respect.3) that because I don't know a lot about the vehicle-purchasing process, I'd be scammed.I started by doing research with consumer reports (for best used cars...years/makes/models), so I had in mind very specific vehicles. I also asked friends on facebook for their opinions regarding our local car dealerships, and I checked reviews on-line.I found a local credit union that offered a really good interest rate, so I didn't have to deal with interest rates that dealerships were offering. I can't speak about my experience dealing with a a car loan through Jim Clark, but I can share everything else about my experience.I expressed interest in a used vehicle at Jim Clark Chevrolet, and within 12 hours, received a very friendly and polite e-mail from Pat Magee, the salesman from whom I ended up purchasing the vehicle.When I met Pat Magee in person, I liked him immediately. While taking the vehicle for a test drive, I felt that he was very knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. When we were finished, I told him that I had not yet decided (as I was still going to look at a few other vehicles at other dealerships). He did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle or rush me regarding my decision, and I really appreciate that! It felt like he really wanted me to find the right vehicle for myself, and not just make a sale.It took me quite a few days to make up my mind, and during that time, Pat would check in with me (but he never pressured me).I made another appointment to test drive the car again and brought my best friend with me to get her opinion. Due to her schedule, I we kept delaying the test drive but finally got there!I made a commitment to purchase the vehicle, but by that time of the day, the credit union I was working with was unable to complete the loan process. I signed all the necessary papers and interestingly, the dealership allowed me to drive the vehicle home, and to return the next day with the check from the credit union. (I wasn't expecting that!)The next day, after all was said and done, the dealership offered to top off the tank with gas. Pat Magee offered to follow me to the gas station. I suggested that he hop into my car, since I'd have to drive back by the dealership anyway. So, he did. On the way back from the gas station, he revealed to me that someone else had expressed an interest in the vehicle, but he did not want to tell me that before I purchased it, as he didn't want to pressure me.That shows character!Thank you Pat Magee and Jim Clark Chevrolet!

Jerry was very accommodating and efficient, and Willy R was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a fair value for my trade in with minimal haggling. The whole process was super easy and was actually fun - who wouldn't love getting their picture taken with their beautiful new truck adorned with a big bow?! Thanks guys... happy customer here

The communication between Jim Clark and the customer is severely lacking. I made several phone calls between 8 and 9am to be told that everyone was busy, they would take a message and call me back. My phone calls were returned same day maybe twice out of all of the calls. Jim Clark had my car from September 20th to November 8th. Only the air cabin filter was replaced in that time. Frustrating that my car was gone for so long, and that was the only thing needing replaced however I was happy to pay for that service. After getting home, I noticed that 2 of my tires have a PSI of 51 which is the maximum. I needed new tires prior to dropping my car off and I had been occasionally filling them, but to a PSI of 36, NEVER 51. November 9th, I took a walk all the way around my car to find that the lenses for both turn signals are not only disconnected and just sitting in my headlight, but one of them is broken. We spoke with someone in management on November 10th who stated this would be looked into. It has been a week and once again, I have not had any communication from Jim Clark. Never will I recommend anyone I know to Jim Clark for service or otherwise.

Dropped in unexpectedly with a vehicle that needed to be jumpered to start. They were very busy with many dead cars! They were able to keep my car that evening and diagnose and repair the next day.

Our car buying experience actually started a couple of months ago. We came in to talk about purchasing a new Traverse in the fall when my lease is up. Ron Johnson helped us select the features we wanted and we ordered the new vehicle with all those features. Ron kept us updated as to the progress of the vehicle and told us it would come in early just a couple ofnweeks ago. It actually came in the end of July so we were able to get it earlier than expected. The process of purchasing the car was made very easy between Ron and Willie Roberts. We are very happy with the car and the whole experience.

Went in for an oil change, told them to check tire air because they were low. They say oh ya we check all that .. get truck back and home and check air pressure same as when i took in .LOW .didnt even look at them, makes ya wonder if they even changed the oil

This place is Amazing! David Rich and Willie Roberts were great! They got me in a car even though my credit was not good. They have wonderful communication. If you just let them know your situation they will go above and beyond to get you in a car. Everything was quick and exciting! Even if you are unsure just talk to them and ask. Will use again.

So I wanted to update my initial review, sadly I can't give out more stars but this is not the first correspondence from this team and its not like we bought a new car. It was used, maybe 15k dollars so nothing significant but the wife loved it. They have not been pushy come buy more cars, but for sure making sure they stay at the forefront of out minds when we think about cars. Well executed and classy through and through. ****When dealing with cars the most important thing is a courtesy and attentive staff. Every person i interacted with was awesome. Quick and painless process. Very impressed.

A car buying experience is usually a painful process and not something I enjoy. However, Rafael and Willie changed that for me. Rafael was honest, open, listened to our needs and did everything in his power to meet our needs. Additionally, the finance manager, Willie, was phenomenal. He was patient with us, explained everything in detail, and made sure we understood what we were signing. This has been by far the best experience we have had ever! Thanks to the entire team. Overall 10/10I have been so happy the past couple of weeks since I purchased my truck here. 1 month of sleeping on the couch is worth the next 100k miles that go on this sierra AT4! I get mean mugged every morning while sporting a smile.Customer service 10/10 Sarita and Willie helped close a great deal on this awesome truck.Willie in finance helped find the best finance options to really end the whole transaction very smoothly.Highly recommend this dealership.

We had trouble with our 2018 GMC Duramax while traveling by their dealership. They worked through our issues over a couple of weeks and were able to get us back up and running prior to a scheduled vacation departure. Their service department went above and beyond to save our vacation and even drove our vehicle and met us halfway between our home and their dealership to get it back to us! Tested their repairs on a 1300 mile trip pulling our 5th wheel and it did no skip a beat. Will seriously consider them for our next vehicle purchase based on their service department. THANK YOU!!

I became a fan of Jim Clark Auto Center when I was travelling through Junction City on a very hot Saturday afternoon with my dog in the truck and had engine trouble. They got me into service right away, gave me a comfortable, cool place to wait with my dog and even provided water for him. I have driven from out of town to purchase from them since then. Management through sales people are all wonderful to work with and go the extra mile to get the vehicle I want.
