The staff was friendly and helpful.They were able to restore the damage from a minor accident on my vehicle in a few hours with excellent results and at a VERY reasonable cost.I am extremely satisfied!

Someone's tire decided to pop while I was driving behind them in the highway. Damages was made to my bumper, splash guard, and fog light disappeared I dropped it off, and took about 2 weeks , but that was only due to the wrong parts was sent from Toyota. I am very pleased of their work and how fast and efficient it was. Definitely recommend!

What a fabulous experience I had with this dealership. From the time I contacted the sales manager Jarrod regarding a particular vehicle they had in stock, we struck a deal within minutes. I flew in from Greenville, SC to purchase this vehicle and drove it back. It's the only one left out there that I could find. I'm so glad I bought it from them. They sent Kim to the airport to pick me up and drive me back two hours to the dealership. The salesman Ron Johnson was very helpful going over all the features of the vehicle. They had everything ready for me when I got there and didn't waste any of my time. I would highly recommend this dealership. Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service! "|"

I've bought 2 vehicles from them. Both times I got the deal I was looking for. I would not say they were "excellent" deals, but they were fair deals. They gave me a really good price for my trade in both times and gave me an absolute fair price for the vehicles I was interested in. James Keene was my salesman. He is a straight forward person who simply let me know what they could do without any of the stereotypical gimics that give used car salesmen a bad rap. I would do business with him again.

I've been here twice now and I would highly recommend them. They are on the higher end price wise, but I know when I go there I'm getting quality service and I'm not going to get ripped off. Today I dropped my car off with the intention of getting the timing belt and serpentine belt changed, but I honestly wasnt sure if I had timing belt or timing chain. Once they got it in the shop, they called to let me know it was in fact a belt and also that I had an alternator belt and a/c belt instead of a serpentine belt then they told me how much it was going to cost. I appreciated being kept up to date because I told them ahead of time I had no clue what kind of belts it had since my car model was made with a few different motors. They're always professional, polite and quick.

This place is terrible. I walked in with my wife to discuss selling her vehicle. 3 employees sitting in there, not one of them helped us or even spoke. One guy acted like he was on the phone. As soon as we walked out he got off of the phone and started walking around. I don't know if they're just a-holes or if it's because we're black, either way they suck. The only reason they got one star is so that I could post this.

After over 4 months I being given the run-a-round by another collision repair place, my auntie directed me to Jim Clark on Grant Avenue, Junction City, Kansas. There, I received Great and reliable service! Quick and efficient! My vehicle looked and sounded brand new again! Thanks Jim Clark!!

What's going on with you guys? I DO understand that Suzuki pulled out of the market, but it looks so desolate there! I really didn't want to leave my car there after hours over the weekend! And if I may make a suggestion... If you're not going to be open on Saturdays like the other location, at least have Suzuki qualified personel at the Goldenbelt location.

Had a great experience buying a Chevrolet Cruze from Jim Clark. Ask for James Keene, he'll be happy to help with your car buying needs, and any other problems that may arise during or after the buying process.Prior to getting the vehicle, I asked for an additional key/remote, Jim Clark was considerate enough to get a third after the original key mechanism was broken for the switch blade key.Huge shoutout to Ron and Bob for assisting with sealing the windshield chips, and replacing the license plate assembly, due to the trunk latch not working and the rusted out license screws. Mileage may vary from other people's experiences here, however I will highly recommend Jim Clark to anyone searching for a vehicle.

Rob Billingsley (I think I have his last name correct) was awesome worked a good deal for my wife and I. Followed up while we were waiting for the money to come through. The staff was friendly and professional. And any questions we had were always answered; even if they had to research to find out.

Just walked at 9am in with my husband wanting to look at vehicles, no one acknowledged that we were there. 3 sales men, 1 acted like he was on the phone, 2 others were staring at a trash can, while a mechanic walked right by us in the lobby. We waited for someone to get off the phone but nothing happened. As soon as we left everyone stopped and started talking to each other... Never coming back here.

My husband will only use this location of Jim Clark Chevrolet. Ron, the Service Manager, is the best! He is honest and will explain everything to you. I would recommend!

Rip off, STAY AWAY. .. brought my car in for a oil change and a vacuum leak, they said my engine mounts were bad and had to be replaced. ..I took my car for a second opinion and guess what Engine mounts are fine! !these mechanics will concoct a fault with your car to get money out of yOu! !!

Still waiting to hear back if my windshield will be replaced under warranty. Windshield cracked due to defect ...there were no chips and the guy knew it Bumper to bumper warranty means nothing to GM. I Will never buy another GM car again.
