PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I M TRYING TO SAVE YOU!!!I was 18 years old when I bought a vehicle here. I have known the owner of this car lot personally for 7 years so I felt safe doing business there.Now as a young woman I ve never felt more taken advantage of!I was sold a 2010 Ford mustang on October 22 of 2022. I ve officially owned it for 1 year and have been unable to drive it for the entire year. My parents have had to financially help with repairs and the total is now at $4,000 in repairs, and we are still going. It s been to 5 mechanics, including 2 Ford certified master mechanics. All of which have been just as worn out and defeated as I am. It s still currently in a shop in Salina Kansas.If I hadn t been taken advantage I could ve bought a brand new car with what has been spent on this mustang. The cost of the repairs have totaled half of the purchase price I payed for the car! It s defeating. I ve given up all hope, I m paying monthly for a car I can t drive, and I can t trade this one in because of the engine issues. It be upside down $7000 on a new loan and I can t afford to buy another car outright.He wasn t honest about the cars history (carfax does NOT show everything), and the extent of problems with the car he sold me. He was supposed to fix the issues I m having before the final sale. There was a 30 day warranty but it seems like he chose to bandaid the issues by clearing the codes to get him outside of that 30 day window when he took it to his mechanic.I have been completely blind sided by the shady business he gave us. We trusted him personally. And that was the biggest mistake. He set back a young woman financially who was just starting out. Please, please, please don t let this a happen to you, do not buy a car here.

Morgan was extremely helpful and friendly. Very willing to go the extra mile. Really rare to have such a great customer experience in today's day and age. Will definitely recommend and return for any future needs!

They helped us out alot. Everyone there was customer friendly and served us with a smile. They are one of the few dealerships here in town with good reliable cars with no hassle. I would definately recommend them first if you are in need of a nice looking, and dependable vehicle.

Would not recommend it. They talked trash on my truck saying how much it was gonna cost to do body work on it so instead of a straight trade for the car I wanted he said I had to pay an extra $1000. Come to find out they did nothing to the truck but cover the rust with flares and the car they sold me has a suspension problem they refuse to fix even while it was under warranty. The only work they did to it ruined my alignment on the car. Something along the fuel system doesn't work right causing my gas gauge to read wrong and have "worked" on it a few times the last 2 months and still doesn't work right. The car broke down on me while I was driving on the highway luckily didn't have much traffic to avoid while coasting to a very slow stop. And they still expect me to pay the $1000 with the broken parts

I've had nothing but great experiences with JC Auto Sales.I purchased my vehicle from them back in October of 2016. Brought it home and it had an oil leak. JC Auto Sales honored their warranty and replaced the head gasket free of charge. My car runs very well despite buying it with 134k miles and it being 16 years old.A week ago I had an issue with the engine cutting off randomly. I scheduled an appointment with JC Auto Sales and they took care of me, as always. I only had to pay $73 for BOTH labor and the part needed. They didn't even charge me for diagnostics. Plus, they had my vehicle ready in just two hours.Overall, excellent experience and I'll be buying my next vehicle from them for sure.

Haven't been here since I've left left the Army. But if Mike is still running things you're in good hands. Very friendly, helpful, professional. Love what he do so if you need a ride talk to the man Mike.. He'll put you on the right track.

Mike takes the time to find quality, low mile vehicles for his dealership. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from JC Auto Sales in the last year. Mike and Cisco are both great about spending time making sure it is the right vehicle for you. Cisco is very efficient, personable, and professional. Our experience with JC Auto Sales has been outstanding and we will definitely continue doing business with them.

The employees at JC Auto Sales are very professional, knowledgeable, they take their time to get things done correctly, and efficiently. The sales representative, Francisco Merced is a very respectful, and professional man. He walks you through each step of the car-buying process and answers all of the questions you have with details, and if he doesn't have the answer to your question, he will make sure he finds the right answer for you and he does it with professionalism and efficiency. If you are looking for a specific type of car, they will search for you and give you options. They also detail their cars everyday or every other day so that their inventory is extremely clean, and presentable. I RECOMMEND going to JC Auto Sales, they will serve you with the utmost respect and efficiency!!! .

I have been meaning to write this review for about a month or two now, but have not sat down and done it. I now finally made the time to write the review because it needed to be written. Let me first say how happy I have been with the vehicle I bought at JC Auto Sales. When it came to the buying process at JC Auto Sales, there was no high pressure sales tactics, and Cisco (not sure if this is the way to spell his name or if it is Sysco) was a pleasure to work with. In addition to already having a great price on the Jeep we wanted, Cisco went above and beyond by calling the owner Mike (it was late Saturday afternoon) and getting us an even better deal then what the Jeep was listed at. All told, we paid less for the vehicle then what KBB listed it at with all of the options it had. Cisco also provided a Carfax for the Jeep, so that we did not have to buy one ourselves. To make the buying experience even better, before we picked the Jeep up, Cisco had it washed and detailed inside and out, as well having the gas tank filled, thereby saving us a cost of having to fill it ourselves.But this was not where JC Auto Sales stopped. When we bought the vehicle, they gave us a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty on it. This turned out to be the biggest reason why I would do business with them again. We bought the Jeep in early April, and did not start running the A/C until June. After a few weeks of running the A/C, we started to have issues with the compressor. When we first bought the Jeep, JC Auto Sales had replaced the compressor because the A/C was not working when they bought it, so they replaced it before selling it. Once we started to have issues with the compressor, Cisco suggested we bring it in and let them look at it. So I took it to them, and their mechanic was not able to find out why the A/C was not blowing ice cold, or why the belt would smoke every now and then when I would turned the A/C on. So I went ahead to took the Jeep home and thought no more about it. That was until early August when I had to drive to Topeka. On the drive there, the A/C went out completely and stopped blowing altogether, and when I got to Topeka the A/C compressor was starting to really squawk and it looked like the pulley was flopping around. Needless to say, the Jeep did not make it back to Manhattan under its own power, and the belt came off because the compressor locked up. I had the vehicle towed to my local shop here in Manhattan, and then called Cisco to talk about what they could do to help. I was not expecting them to do very much, mainly because the vehicle was way out of warranty. That's where I was wrong. Not only did Cisco and Mike buy a new A/C compressor, but they drove it from Junction City to Manhattan, obviously my Jeep was not going anywhere, and hand delivered the new compressor to the shop where my Jeep was at. I was totally blown away that they would not only cover the A/C under warranty and buy a new one for me, but to take the time to deliver the part showed me what they are willing to do in order to take care of their customers.Like I said, I would do business with them again in a heartbeat, and if and when I need another car before I leave the Manhattan area, I would take my money to them time and again because I know that they are willing to do what they can to make their customers happy, not only in the buying process but afterwards as well. If you are in need of a newer used vehicle (many of their vehicles are 2005 or newer, no old junk here, and it is not a junk lot like so many others near base), and want to get a great price from a company who will stand behind their offered warranty, then you need to go and see Cisco at JC Auto Sales. A great buying experience from beginning to end. Thank you Cisco, Mike, and everyone else at JC Auto Sales, you all turned what could have been a very expensive nightmare into a GREAT experience. I can not say enough good stuff about you all and the experience I had with you guys. Thanks from a very happy customer.

Won't buy a vehicle anywhere else. Have worked with Mike over 30 years and at least 20 different deals. He inherited an old school approach to customer service... Personal attention and complete satisfaction on every transaction!

Friendly staff. Bonus points for super cute dog who greeted us at the door! Very helpful. Was able to explain how credit reports worked and how they could help us in the future as well as now.

The personnel at this dealership are very helpful. If you have an idea of what you're looking for, they will help you get it. They strive for great customer service and if anything happens mechanically, they have a great team of mechanics! I will continue to get my cars from them!

My truck needed alot of work. My truck is my livelihood. I'm a maintenance technician on Fort Riley. My old truck was under a loan and I had no way out of it. J C auto sales pulled a rabbit out of a hat and got me in a great truck with low payments. My thanks to JC auto sales for all the hard work.

Was great until I went to register my vehicle find out there was a mistake made with the title so we couldn't register the vehicle have to wait for a new title 60 day expired and they are unwilling to do anything
